Loading Error in MS WORD for BI Publisher.

Hi,
I am getting error while trying to open a report in BI publisher. I have created a report in BI Publisher which has huge data (more than 1 million rows), when I click on View in BI Publisher, it shows XML generated data but it doesn't shows all data, instead it shows a message
XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
And if I try to open this report in MS Word to create RTF format it shows the following error
Error During Load. Please Check the settings
Is there any limit on data that BI Publisher can load from data source? If yes, how can we exceed that database size limit?
Please, provide me some useful information on it.

Is there a way to set up Word so that a sound will indicate an error as you are typing?

Hi Leslie .....
As you know you can setup MS Word for mac to underline "in RED" during typing the misspelled word.
Right click on it and "chance it" if not in the suggested word list you can added the word to your wordbook.
But, I think that you did know this already ...
*Also the question you put is here can be very annoying during typing ... to hear every time a "SOUND" would get you out of your concentration, by this way you could make more mistakes as usually*
It's up to you IF you still looking for a script or anything else to check misspelled words.

Data Load Error: No SID Found for value.....

Hi,
I'm loading data for 0REFX_C01-Conditions Cube (Real Estate). Load Fails & error message is "Record 1 :No SID found for value 'IB20010000777700000001 ' of characteristic 0REOBJECT". Master data for 0REOBJ_ATTR & 0REOBJ_TEXT has already been loaded.
Description of Error:
Characteristic value IB2001000077770000 does not exist in the master data table of characteristic 0REOBJECT. This value could not be be transformed into the internal SID.
Could someone help me resolve this issue??

The record is coming from your source system. The reason why it's not in your Master Data can be either because it's new Master Data (created since last time you loaded) or a wrong input in the source system.
Either way, the answer is in your source system, so make sure this definition exists there and its a valid value.
If it is, try to load and activate your master data again and then load the cube once more.

Can anyone tell me if patch 4561835 is the latest version for the Add-on to Microsoft Word for XML Publisher for EBS 5.6. Patch 4561835 is the version we use for 5.5.

Data load error--urgent

hi friends ,
we are geting data load error as; Process 000087 for deterermined fro infoobject DUVTYPE started in STATUS TAB and in DETAILS TAB update(251new/160 chnaged): Errors occured.
what should i know from information and what are the reasons for this load failure and possible rectification methods.
This load is through process chains and aslo a delta load.
Can i delete the request and start the infopackage manually? also will it make my Process chain Green automatically or should i repeat from the subsequent process?

Hi siddharta,
look in the details of the monitor to see the error. Be very cautious with deltas! They can not be repeated every time. it depends on the datasource! What you can do is delete the failed request from all(!) the data targets meanwhile!

I'm beginning to learn the Schedule with NI-FBUS Configurator and Dialog utility.
I made a simple schedule with NI-FBUS Configurator , I attached the pictures to show the configurations. Just one AI block called "AI".
I can download this schedule with configurator.

Hi,
Single block schedule is not a valid publisher-subscriber schedule. In your schedule, AI.OUT acts as the publisher and publishes the data to the network. But there is no subscriber that receives this data. In other word, there is no valid publisher-subscriber VCR.
You need to try schedule that contains at least two blocks and connects each other. One or more VCR will be established.

It sounds like if you open Preferences in Word there will be a place where you can specify where to store autorecover files. Right now it sounds like it's pointing to somewhere that doesn't exist.

Reseting page number in Word RTF template for BI Publisher PDF generation

Apex 4.0.2, Oracle 10.2.0.4, BIP 10.2
Bills are created based on Word RTF file with BI Publisher. Reszulting file is one big PDF file, which has many pages.
Word RTF template is grouped on BILLS.ID field with page break option. So one BILLS.ID may have one or many pages (according data).
How to create RTF template (for PDF BI Publisher generation) with reseting page numbers when grouping value change.
Page numbers are in footer in format
curr_group_page/total_group_pages
where:
curr_group_page is current page number in group (defined with BILLS.ID field),
total_group_pages is total page number of pages in group (defined with BILLS.ID field).
I need to reset numbering whenever BILLS.ID (group) change.
Example:
ID=1 (4 pages)
1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4
ID=2 (1 pages)
1/1
ID=3 (2 pages)
1/2, 2/2
ID=4 (3 pages)
1/3, 2/3, 3/3
etc.
How to achieve that kind of numbering?
Any help appreciated.

Simple question.. Does your posting deal with an APEX issue or a BI Publisher issue? The posting you have deals with the RTF add-on for Word that builds report layouts for BI Publisher. I suggested in my response that you move it to a more relevant forum..
If you feel that me alerting you to the fact your are VIOLATING forum policy is an issue, please feel free to ask others their view.. (posting to a 3 year old closed thread, creating MULTIPLE threads for a single issue..) You do NOT seem to get the idea that posting this in the Bi Publisher support forum would probably get you a BETTER response than here.. Error configuring Scheduler for BI Publisher

I'm using Oracle BI Suite EE 10.1.3.2 and I'm having problems to configure the Scheduler for BI Publisher.
I've configured the connection to the database and Installed the schema successfully, but when I click on the Schedules tab I get the error:
Scheduler has not been configured yet. Please ask administrator to setup the scheduler.

Je cherche à créer un installer portatif utilisant les drivers NI-DAQmx 8.7.1 et NI-CAN 2.6.0.
Je dispose d'un code LV 7.1 et j'ai installé l'application builder 7.1.
Mais une fois l'application installé sur un PC vierge de Labview, j'obtiens le message suivant:
load error code 21: An external subroutine required for execution could not be found.
Ce message est répété plusieurs fois (pour différents VIs) puis le programme ne se lance pas.
J'ai bien veillé à installer les drivers NI-CAN et NI-DAQmx correspondant au préalable sur la machine cible.
En chercant sur le forum, plusieurs pistes m'ont été proposé:
La version NI-DAQ
L'intégration du Run time Engine
Un problème de DLL
J'ai vérifié ces 3 points mais cela n'a pas règlé mon problème.

En fait, j'ai bien inclu le runtime engine de Labview qui était effectivement la source de l'erreur.
L'installation de NI-DAQmx v 8.7.1 provoque la mise à jour de la version du runtime engine (passage de 7.1 à 7.1.1).
J'ai donc désinstallé Le runtime engine 7.1.1 (ce qui a provoqué la désinstallation de labview et NI-DAQ).
Puis je suis passé par une version plus ancienne de NI-DAQ (7.2) que j'ai adapté (inclusions de DLL et de VIs).
Les messages d'erreurs ont alors tout simplement disparus!
