Loading photo to slide show after movie has been created

Hi Everyone,
I created a slide show on iMovie and thought I was done so I created a movie through the Media Share feature (to eventually burn on iDVD). Then, I realized there was one photo I hadn't yet included; so I went back and tried to insert that photo but it won't let me. Does iMovie know that you've already "finalized" a project and not let you make any changes to it after that? Is there any way around this without having to do the entire show over again?

I'm so sorry but I actually can't remember what I did! I haven't used iMovie for over a year. I'm not that tech savvy though so it couldn't have been that hard to do :-)

When I restored my phone from the old backup, my new photos were gone. I don't think they were saved to iCloud either.

Without a backup with the photos on it, you will not be able to recover them.

CUP: Delete user certain time after request has been created

Is it possible to define in CUP a delete account workflow that once the request has been created user deletion waits some time (i.e 1 month) before user is finally deleted? We would need a workflow without any approver.
Delete User request creation >> 1 month >> User is deleted

Hi,
Automatically deleting user IDs after a specific # of days is not possible in CUP. However, while creating the stage, you can define the wait time and then trigger the escalation. You can make the escalation to the Security Manager who can immediately take up the proper action, i.e., deleting the ID or making it inactive.
Infact, this is the reason why it is recommended to have an alternative approver.

Adobe X Standard cannot load/create EuroRoman.ttf font after file has been created using AutoCAD LT 2015. File was loaded and refereneced with Distiller X. Font has been installed to Win7

You have the required Xorg drivers and those errors appear to be expected (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/4789). As a matter of fact, Xorg is terminating successfully. Just to make sure, is your ~/.xinitrc setup correctly?

Cannot save form error after form has been created

I've created a form and fucntions well.
It has been saved as a interactive pdf.
When people with just the acrobat reader open the file and click anywhere on the form a window pops up stating that
" you cannot save form..." then the OK button appears
You are able to enter data into the fields and print, but can only save the form as a blank copy.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to reader enable the form in Adobe Acrobat. Click on Advanced >
Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader and Click Save Now. You can then save a
reader enabled version of the form and users will be able to save their data
in the form.

Table does not Exist in Unix OS after it has been created In HTML_DB

I created a table in HTML_DB and can see the table fine in my HTML_DB application. However, when I go to the Unix OS and try to look up the database using SQL*Plus, I am getting an error saying the table does not exist. Any help as to why this is happening would be appreciated.

When I go to the Unix OS, I then try and search for the table in the exact schema that I used in >HTML_DB.I don't see what the Unix OS has to do with it here...do you mean you're connecting via SQLPlus?
If you're connecting via SQLPlus, which schema are you connecting to? (i.e. are you certain you're connecting to the same schema that the table was created under when you were connected to Application Express).

How do I insert additional text into a form after it has been created? - Acrobat Pro XI

I am trying to add additional text and fields into the middle of a form I have previously created. I can copy and paste the information in there but it does not shift the lines below it down. Is there any easy way to accomplish this without having to recreate the entire form?

If you need to make such changes to the layout of the form, you should go back to the source document, edit it, and generate a new PDF. You can then replace the pages of the old document with the new pages. Any fields that you've already added will be retained and can be move to their new positions and you can add any new ones you need.

How to add a virtual disk into a 'guest VM' after VM has been created?

Well, it was easy when one need to add a virtual disk before creating a guest VM. All need to do was to edit the template and click on disk tab and create a virtual disk.
However the challenge comes after created a 'guest VM'. I need to add additional virtual disk into this 'guest VM'.
This is what I did.
Click on Repositories tab --> Under repositories--> Virtual Disks. There is a green "+" sign. Click on it. It says create virtual disk. Follow the instruction, I enter the virtual disk name, size, and select if it is spare or non-spare. Hit ok. Well, everythings seems fine.
Next, I click on the "blue folder" icon which indicated import virtual disk. It asked me about Virtual disk download location.

Where is the newly created virtual disk located? Isn't it supposed to be in Oracle Server? But it doesn't have a http server running there.

Virtual disks can only be added and removed at runtime from a PVM. You don't even need to know anything special. Just create the vdisk and use the VMs settings to occupy another slot with the new vdisk.
But as I said… this works only with PVMs, not HVMs. In case of a HVM, you will need to shut down the VM and add the disk afterwards, then fire it back up.
The little folder with the blue down arrow is for importing an existing vdisk file from a web- or ftp server. If you have already created the vdisk, you won't need that.

Billing Plan: order changes possible after FAZ has been created?

I've got a question regarding the billing plan functionality. Is it possible to change the order in case the FAZ is already created? Everytime when I try this the system increases the down payment value and a new FAZ will be created. Even when I enter a free of charge material the system creates a new FAZ with value 0... That#s strange, isnt'it?

We can do this ...but you can not look those fields .but you can through error messgaes . this you can do from user eixts or using BADI's. write code in such manner once if document delivey after that if user want to change any data just through error messages for him.

Changing template after page has been created

Hey,
Does anyone if this can be done?
I created three pages as Welcome, Casting and Contact Us and I want to merge those pages under a different template so is it possible without having to totally re-create the website?

Sorry, you can't change templates under a page that is already created.
My advice would be to add three new pages -- Welcome, Casting and Contact Us -- using the new templates you want, then copy and paste your text from the original three pages before deleting them.
Of course, you still may need to change the typeface to match the typeface on the new template. But who knows, maybe the old typeface on the new template may look fine. Depends on which templates you are using.
If you don't have much copy on your site, it may be simpler just to start over.

Hello, I am have problems with coruption of the photos in a slide show after burning the DVD in iDVD. This coruption does not always appear when you preview the project. I have slowed down the burn rate to 1X and kept the quality to professional.

I am having a great deal of problems with Data coruption in slide shows after I have burned a DVD in iDVD. I have changed burn rate from best to 1X with no difference in the coruption. I have the quality set to professional with no improvement. The size of the project is near 3.95, so it should fit on a single layer burn. Should I use either iMovie to create the slide show or "Photo to Movie"? Also, can anyone comment on how I preserve the highest quality picture resolution with a slide show? If I do use iMovie or Photo to Movie, the file size should exceed the 4.2 size so, will I have to buy new DVD's which are capable to handle the double layer burn and upto 8 GB? What DVD's are recommended? Any preferred brand? Are there problems with burning with double layer? I read on this blog of numerous problems.

DVDs are LOW resolution by today's standards - only about 0.3 megapixels - so there is no way they your images on a TV set will look "High Definition". See Preparing images for iDVD slideshows at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iDVD/7.0/en/6675.html for recommendations on image sizes to use. Using larger images won't give you better quality, andf in some cases, will lower you image quality because the Quicktime resizing that occurs isn't the best.

hello, I just want to ask that, can I convert iphoto slide show into mov format??? I tried to select all pics, and export them as a mov, but the problem is, in the iphoto slide show, the pics can be moved and fit the screen size, but when I i export it, the pics just set in the middle , no any effect.

2. Choose your transitions and music.
3. Go to File>Export; this will create a QuickTime movie- a .mov file.

You can also set options for all movies playing at full screen. For example, you can hide the movie controls or change the amount of time they're displayed before being hidden. To set these options, see QuickTime Player preferences.
Note: As long as "Display full-screen controls" is selected in QuickTime Player Preferences, you can make hidden controls appear by moving the pointer.

Thank you Winston. I guess we need to ask that this feature gets added at least as an option in an upcoming release. When someone is using shuffle, it helps to know what is playing while viewing pictures.
