Loading secure pages

Question

I have OSX 10.3.9. When I try to do online banking using Internet Explorer (5.2.3) or Safari (1.3.1), it no longer allows me to complete transactions. I can get to the bank site and see my accounts, but can do nothing with them. The bank tells me that I do not have the updated version of Internet Explorer. But I used to be able to do these transactions and I believe I have the most updated version there is. Any help

As I said in my previous post you could try tricking the bank into thinking you are running IE6.
There are two you can do this. First way is to download an application called SafariEnhancer and one of the options will be to enable the debug menu. The second is to use the terminal. Cut and paste in:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
Make sure you have quit Safari before you do this. When you next open it up you should have another menu called debug. One of the options in this is to set the user agent - try the windows IE6 option and reload the site.
It may or may not work. Also if you want to get rid of the debug menu change the 1 to a 0 (making sure you have quit safari first)
