Loading Symbol/Spinning Circle to show animation is loading?

Hi, my animation takes around two seconds to load within my browser. Is there a way to display a loading symbol such as spinning circle, that will show the animation is loading, then disappear once it is ready to display?
Thank you in advance.

Yes - In Edge click on Preloader Edit then  click on insert Preloader Clip Art and choose what you want.

My iPad 2 will not allow me to update my apps. When I hit the update button I get a spinning circle but then it times out and doesn't update. In the past when I have updated successfully, the spinning circle would show me an indicator of time left on the update. I no longer have this Indicator. The circle just spins and times out and nothing happens. I've reset the iPad in the settings menu, reset the router, logged in and out of Apple id, powered ithe iPad off and on, and tried a couple other "fixes" that I've read online. So far no luck. AAny help would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks!

How much free space do you have? If it is low, installers may not be able to run properly.

  • My Macbook is stuck at the loading screen (the apple with the spinning circle beneath it). I went to Best Buy, they told me to call Apple Help and ask them to restore my unit. But Apple help wont help me without charging me. Help please !!

My Macbook Pro is stuck at the loading screen (the apple with the spinning circle underneath). I went to Best Buy to get help, and they told me to call Apple Help and ask them to 'restore my unit', which he said is a matter of only about 4 mouse clicks. If it was so easy, I didn't understand why he couldn't do it for me. But he said that even though I have a 3 year warranty and protection plan with them, they were not responsible for this type of problem. Whatever.
Anyway, so I called Apple Help, and even though he was familiar with my problem, it's been more than 90 days since I purchased the laptop, therefore I'd have to set up a service agreement to get his assistance, meaning I'd have to PAY him. So now i'm stuck, and I'm just hoping somebody knows what to do to help me
I don't have any disc that I apparently need, and I don't remember ever getting one. However, if there is some other way to fix this issue, please let me know. Thanks for your time and assistance

  • Macbook Air opens with the spinning circle n loading bar then shuts off?

my daughters macbook air was working fine now will turn on, show the apple icon and the spinning circle/dial begins. The bar below it loads up and then the computer turns off. What do I need to do?

I'm having the same problem with my iMac after installing the latest OSX update. Disk utility is telling me that the hard drive cannot be repaired and that I should reformat the drive and reinstall the OS. After searching online for a while, I found a lot of posts about this. I think something is seriously wrong with the latest update, and I'll be calling Apple tomorrow. I'll probably end up wiping the drive clean and reinstalling the OS, which I'm not looking forward to because I'm in the middle of a project.

  • When im logged in on my phone and try to purchase any app, it does the loading spinning circle and then stops. And i can't download anything. Why is this?

    Help
When im logged in on my phone and try to purchase any app, it does the loading spinning circle and then stops. And i can't download anything. Why is this?

    Hi ..
    Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, check restrictions.   Settings > General > Restrictions

i  cant open iphoto here, open with a circle turning show loading, how to fix it. help!! i nit to reopen it and keep my precious photo

    What version of iPhoto?
If it's 09 or later try
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

I'm running Windows 7x64 and Firefox 6.0.2 is taking forever to open any website, the little spinning circle is driving me mad. Once it has opened my bookmarks and history haven't loaded. Once in ten attempts it does load correctly but this is happening less frequently...

Try the Firefox SafeMode to see how it works there. <br />
    ''A troubleshooting mode, which disables most Add-ons.'' <br />
''(If you're not using it, switch to the Default Theme.)''
    * You can open the Firefox 4/5/6/7 SafeMode by holding the '''Shft''' key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
    * Or use the Help menu item, click on '''Restart with Add-ons Disabled...''' while Firefox is running. <br />
''Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."''
''To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut (without the Shft key) to open it again.''
If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. <br />

  • Mac book will not load past spinning circle

    O

    Hi Jacqui buker,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like your MacBook Air is only starting up to a blank screen with a spinning circle (also called a spinning gear).
The best steps to start troubleshooting this behavior can be found in this link:
Mac OS X: Gray screen appears during startup
I recommend going through these first three sections first:
Disconnect, test peripheral devices and network cables
    Perform a Safe Boot
    Reset the NVRAM / PRAM
    Best Regards,

  • MacBook won't boot - stuck showing the Apple logo and the spinning circle.

    Hi.
My MacBook suddenly froze when I was using it today. Displaying the spinning beach ball.
It never came out of it, fan running at max speed, so I tried to force restart it (Control-Command-Power), but that didn't work, so I forced the MacBook off (holding the power button pressed.)
When trying to start the MacBook again it couldn't boot. It kept displaying the grey screen, with the Apple logo and the spinning circle below the Apple logo.
I left the MacBook like this for 10-15 minutes, but nothing happened.
Went on to try the following.:
*- Removed the AC-adapter and battery for 5 minutes.*
*- Command-Option-P-R (Resetting PRAM and NVRAM).*
*- Resetting System Management Controller (SMC).*
    *- Command-S (singleuser boot)*
And checking the HDD with sbin/fsck -fy
= "The volume ** appears to be OK."
    *- Command-V*
Stops on the following line, and fan ramps up to full speed.:
    DNSServiceRegister("ssh.tcp."): -65537)
Force reboot didn't work. Had to force it off.
    But, nothing helped.
    It simply won't boot.
I also tried to boot Ubuntu 7.10, but it hangs after a short while displaying "Kernel panic".
Force reboot didn't work. Had to force it off.
Also tried the option to boot from the first HDD (in the boot menu on the Ubuntu 7.10 disc), but that didn't work either. Only got a black screen, with a blinking cursor top left, and fan ramping up to max.
Again, force reboot didn't work. Had to force it off.
The only thing that has worked so far is exiting the Ubuntu 7.10 CD boot menu, and pressing enter on the prompt that appears.
But, after rebooting, the MacBook still refuses to boot into Mac OS X.
I left the MacBook alone, hoping it would work its way out of the spinning circle, but after 2 h 38 min nothing had happened.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

This happened to me last night.
I was updating my iPod and I got a message saying that it needed to do an update. I installed the update and went on ahead putting new songs on my iPod. When it was finished i ejected as I usually do and closed down.
When I went to check me e-mails this morning the Macbook would not boot. It sticks on the grey screen with the Apple and the spinny disc underneath, then it restarts and sticks on the same screen. The last software to be onstalled was Norton 11 on Monday but I have used the Macbook since. I cannot think why it will not boot.
I am loathed to do a reinstall as I have some things on the Macbook that I had not yet backed up.
    Any advice?

  • MacBook Air iCloud calendars show colorful spinning circle with any change

Any change I try to make to any of my iCloud calendars results in a colorful spinning circle. Every single click of the mouse in any of my iCloud calendars results in this spinning wheel. The wheel will spin for varying amounts of time. Sometimes it does make the change, other times it doesn't. This only happens on my MBA. My iPhone and iPad iCloud calendars work just fine. Also, this same issue has happened using multiple different wifi connections. I have OS X Yosemite 10.10. This has been going on for three days now (since 11/12/14).  Anyone else experience this? Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.
If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.

  • Spinning circle icon next to LTE icon - iOS 8

Just upgraded to iOS 8 on iphone 5. While using Safari and Mail there is a spinning circle icon next to the LTE icon. It constantly spins while Mail is open and all web pages even thought the pages are fully loaded. This is causing the battery to drain quicker. Is there a resolution to this?

That is the orientation lock for the screen. Double tap the home button, this opens the multi task screen. Now slide from left to right, you will see ipod controls and a symbol to the left of the controls. That locks and unlocks the screen.

  • Select song, hit play button for music and only get spinning circle

Apple TV does not respond to play music.  All my music shows on the screen, but when I hit button to play all I get is the spinning circle. Gave it several minutes to see if it just needed time to load but nothing.  Internet connection must be ok because I can play a Netflix selection.

    Hello there Shazack,
It sounds like you are trying to play your iTunes purchases on your Apple TV but it never plays. I would start by restarting your device in this manner:
Apple TV: How to restart your Apple TV
Restart your Apple TV by selecting Settings > General > Restart.
If that does not fix the issue, I would sign out of your Apple ID in Settings on your device, then restart one more time and sign back in.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,
    Sterling

    -changing firewall settings
    - checking ports
    - fresh install
    -deleting temp file db
