Local credit union credit card. Whatcha think?

I'm having a little buyers remorse on my credit union card. They gave me a $5000 limit when the only card I had was my Discover with a $1500 limit and my credit score was 50 points lower. But of course there are no real rewards and a blah rate (17.99%). Now that I have reward earning cards I don't use this one much at all but it does have an $850 balance that I am paying $100 a month on right now (putting other money toward spend bonuses for Chase at the moment). Well I was looking at other CUs in my area and saw the details for a card from Vibe CU that look pretty darn good:Rates between 9.25% and 11.25%No Annual FeeCredit Limit up to $25,000

You have to be in a country to use its store - you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account to be able to use the US store (that applies to buying and redownloading).
You can use iTunes Match in South Africa, do you not have a backup copy of all of your US iTunes purchases so that you can subscribe to it and upload those that aren't in the South African store to it ?

Just follow the on-screen instructions and it will be fine. Obviously you need all her settings and preferences though so it may be wise to have her on the phone while you're doing it.

The App store stopped accepting my credit card all of a sudden. It says that my credit card is "not supported by the Chilean app store"... The credit card is Chilean and was working just fine. Help!

This is the second time this happens. I was living in the US until April 2011. I moved to Chile and kept using the App Store and the iTunes Store just fine with my US-issued credit card. However, when I accessed my Apple ID from a different device, the store stopped recognizing my credit card information and migrated my ID to the "Chilean" App & Itunes Store (significantly less apps & music... but anyway). I started using my Chilean credit card on the App and iTunes store with no issues. I supposed that the devices catched that I was no longer in the US and that I had to be transferred to the related store (which I think is fine), and that because I was now in the Chilean store I needed to use a Chilean-issued credit card (which doesn't make sense to me, I still don't understand why Apple stopped accepting my US credit card if it is accepted everywhere else in the world online and offline!).
However, yesterday I bought something from my iPad and when today I went to use the app store from my iPhone the SAME THING happened. I got the same request to "update my billing information", I confirmed my Chilean credit card info and, surprise! "Your credit card is not supported by the Chilean app store"...
I don't get it. If I didn't get it the first time, I ended up accepting it an getting over it because ok, I moved to another country and my account was migrated, etc. But now, it doesn't recognize my local credit card in my local store! I tried both my local Visa and my local MasterCard, and none of them worked. It looks like my account will not accept ANY credit card, no matter wheter I try to update the info from my mobile devices, on iTunes, on the Mac App Store, etc.
It has been impossible for me to find any information on what causes this and on how to solve it, and so far I hadn't had any trouble with Apple and hadn't need any support before, but now that I need URGENT SUPPORT, I've come to realize that THEY SUCK at being accessible! There's no way I can contact them! So, please help me!!!!! I need urgent help!!!!

I want to purchase apps and because I reside in CHina the options for payment are Chinese banks and yet I hold an international credit card. I want to pay for my apps and unfortunately because I am not a Chinese citizen, I don't hold a local credit card but debit cards, does it mean I can't use my international British bank credit card to buy apps in China, as I also bought my IPad in China. Why would Apple want to place any non-required restrictions just for the heck if it that prevents the sale of music, video, and apps, and the same for those who own the distribution rights for music and videos and 3rd party app developers, which are the ones who earn most of the money with the sale of music, video, and 3rd party apps via the iTunes store and App store, not Apple?
The sale of music, movies, and 3rd party apps involve licensing issues in each country, and laws/regulations and restrictions in each country. Some of the reasons why some music for sale via the iTunes in the U.S. is not for sale via the iTunes store in England or in another country and vice-versa and the same for music and tv shows also affects the sale of 3rd party apps in each country.

CS6 download in UAE . . . with UK credit card

Just moved to Dubai from UK for 3 years, bought a new mac and want to download CS6 Design & Web. The Middle East online Adobe store only allows for a UAE billing address and my credit cards are registered in UK at my home address. The UK online store does not offer the download, only cloud-based (from here anyway). Apart from waiting until I get a local credit card, any suggestions?

Credit Card payment for Apps in China

I am trying to buy a Chinese Apps with an international credit card. Card good for 15'000 use credit and apps worth 25 rmb. All details filled out correctly such as billing address, security number etc. but purchase is always rejected. Anybody know if you need a Chinese Credit Card to buy a Chines Apps ? Maybe this another new govt. regulation ?!

You may only buy through the iTunes/Mac App Store for the country where you legally reside. You must use a local credit card issued by a bank in the country where you reside that has a verifiable billing address in the country where you reside.

I think i have figured this out...but believe that i have may have located a bug
When I turn on System Information and hover the mouse above the different fields in the Payment Terms Tab the description seems to agree with the field label.
Example..."Credit Card Type" = Credit Cards
"Expiration Date." = Credit Card Validity (date)
When i hover the mouse over the field labeled ID# - here is what the system information says
Average Payment Delay in Days (Numbers From: -32,768 to 32,766)
Form=134 Item=145 Pane =6 Variable =1 OCRD, AverageLate
Is this a bug? If so, does a newer patch level correct this?

You will need to sign into your account using the iTunes app on your Mac or PC and change the region/country for your account. If you do not have a bank card for the new country, you should be able to make purchases with iTunes Gift Cards if they are available in the new country.

No, you need to be in a country and have a valid billing address in that country to be able to use a country's store. If there isn't an iTunes store in your country then unfortunately you won't be able to buy any content from iTunes.

Unfortunately, this is a problem that is driven by the DRM Dictatorship. Despite the proliferation of mobile devices and the fact that there are many of us who do a lot of international travel, content providers don't want you to have access to their products outside of your homeland. The Balkanized mentality of the DRM Dictatorship is way out of touch with the modern world.
At least Apple, to its credit, allows you to use your accounts outside of your homeland as long as you have the proper credentials for them. Most other services use the more Draconian geolocation filtering which does require you to be physically present in your homeland. For the most part, you are not allowed to leave home if you want access to your favorite entertainment!

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future?
