Hi,
For this check whether the exchange rate has been maintained for HUF and ur local currency.
If not try to maintain it in TCode OB08.
And also we did not get as to which document you are talking about.
But try to maintain the Foreign exchange Account determination in TCodeOB09.
If still the problem is there, let us know about the error in detail.

Wrong "Amount in Local Currency" value shown in accounting document
Hi,
I have a customer payment accounting document, in which for some line items the "Amount in local currency" values are wrongly converted.
What could be the reason for these wrong values.
Thanks,
ChaitanyaHi Chaitanya,
May I know what t-code you used to post this doc 14-9099?
I presume 10004719 is your customer and you are offsetting AR invoice 198.09 with credit memo 213.09
I try to simulate this offsetting in my sandbox with F-32 and I got
DR Bank Charges
CR Customer
CR Forex
I didn't get 2 lines of customer as seen in your screenshot
Thanks and Regards,

MIGO - cancelled/reversed GR - Wrong Amount in Local Currency value (DMBTR)
Hi Experts,
I have a GR with an amount in local currency of 2,205.00.
Qty in Unit of Entry = 35 EA
Qty in SKU = 35 EA
Quantity Ordered = 3.900 EA
Quantity Received = 2.096
Can you please tell me why the reversed GR is picking up an amount of 2,206.11(different amount) instead of 2,205.00 which is the amount of the GR that causes the imbalance on the PO. Expectation is the amount must be still 2,205.00.
How can I know where/what the program pulls that amount?
Hoping for your replies SAP Experts!
Thank you very much!Hi,
When you mentioned Wrong Amount in Local Currency, do you refer to any foreign currency involved in this transaction?
Thanks,

Difference in values in local currency - MB51
Hello all,
In our scenario we moved all the inventory out of system using 562 and moved all the same amount stock back using 561.
the movement of stock generated material documents that were displayed using MB51. MB51 also has a layout option to display the value of the stock in local currency.
the issue is - when the same amount of stock of the particular material was moved back into the system using 561, there was a change in the value (local currency Value) of the stock, eventhough the same amount of inventory of the particular material was posted back. the difference in the value was very small (only few decimal values less than the original amount)
could you pl. let me know what causes this difference in value before and after moving the stock.(using movement types 561 and 562)
Pl. let me know the reason and possible ways of having the same value before and after moving the stock into the system
Thanks

Foreign currency invoice not shown in local currency
Dear Experts ,
Can you please help me to resole
In my company code currency is INR and my foreign currency is USD , when i posted a invoice in foreign currency it shows in print preview only in foreign currency that is USD but i want to see the local currency INR also for that invoice when in view in VF03
please tell me how to do this
Thanks in Advance
BhaskarHi,
Make sure that in VF03 the document is displaying as per your criteria.
Else you need to add layout of local currency value from layout design.
better you check the table that the correct value is generating ( I mean the local currency information is updating or not)

What is second local currency fields used for?
Hi experts,
Please tell me what is the this second local currency fields like DMBE2, BDIF2, MWST2, present in BSIK, BSAK fields.
Thanks,
vinayA Company Code can be setup more than one Local Currency. For instance, many organizations will setup the Company Code for operations located in Singapore with a Local Currency of Singapore Dollars (SGD). But, they will also set it up with a Local Currency 2 of US Dollars (USD), because Singapore organizations often do trading business in US Dollars. Therefore, when an FI transaction is posted, all identified Local Currency values will be updated to it (there's also a Local Currency 3 too, but it's rarely used - if I recall it was initially setup for EU companies when transitioning to the EURO).

Clear balance in local currency
Dear all,
I hope you can help me with following issue.
I'm trying to clear 2 documents via F-03
The 2 documents have a balance in local currency of 0 (zero). Normally it should be possible to clear these 2 documents.
The problem however is that in the GL master record "only balances in local currency" was not flagged when the postings were done. I think that even the balances in local currency net to zero there is now a balance in foreign currency.
Any idea's on how I can clear the balance in local currency?
Thanks a lotChecking the checkbox "No forex rate diff. when clearing in LC" for your company code in T Code OBY6 could resolve your issue probably.

MB51 - Amount in Local Currency
Hi gurus.
For the first mov type 101 for a material in a specific plant, the report MB51 displays 0.00 as the Amount in Local Currency value. The system considers the previous map * quantity to calculate the Amount in Local Currency value (because there was no previous movement, the map was 0).
Is there any documentation that supports this formula or practice? The business area is requesting information regarding to this logic because they affirm that the correct calculation for the Amount would be PO price * quantity.
Thanks.in order to make prove your theory , check for this material in MC.9 how it is giving the output to be how much valuated stock and value.
MB51 should also show the same for that GL .Check the material moments happened for this to come into plant stock and how they came like either by a PO or by a initial entry or by a stock transfer.
Even though if the purchase is free it inctreases the stock qty and value ... but not the purchasing cost for invoicing.
If it is non valuated it will go to consumption.
stock will be valuated with the GR accounting docs for that GL.
if the MC.9 and MB51 THERE is a descrepancy then need to be corrected.

GR/IR clearing value in local currency
Hi All,
I have a service PO (Item cat D) in which the vendor and local currency is same as USD.
when I see PO history, the amount of SES and GR (101) is shown as 0 (ZERO) in "GR/IR clearing value in local currency" colunm, however the amont of IR is displayed here (NOT 0).
Can you please help to undersatnd of this behaviour.
Thanks in Advance.Hello Kumar,
When a Po is created two currencies come in to picture
One- The document currency, which is generally the vendor currency also or the currency in which the items are ordered.
Two- The local currency or the Currency of the company code or the currency in which account postings take place.
The GR/Ir clearing value in local currency is the value that is viewed in the company code currency. This is dealt in the background and should not cause any issues at all -
Cannot post document : Tax base in local currency is zero
Hi,
I have an order with a down payment.
When I want to create the billing document, I get following error message:
Message no. FF759.
Cannot post document: tax base in local currency is zero.
You tried generating a document in which the tax base in local currency is zero although the tax amount and tax base in foreign currency is not zero.
I see in the sales order conditions that the VPRO is filled out.
Where can I check what is wrong?
How can I create the billing document?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
LindaHi,
Thanks for your reply.
The error message does not make sense.
We have maintained the exchange rates.
We only have postings in local currency (PLN).
In the order I can't find any zero values for the tax amount or the tax base.
But when we do a be-bugging, we get the following:

Local Currency COP, KRW values wrong in report
I have the following problem. Any values in local currency COP (Columbian Pesos) or KRW (Korean Won) comes in a report 100 times in value. For example if the value in the infocube is 1950 COP, in the report it shows as 195,000 COP. This happens only for currencies COP, KRW. For all other currencies the value in the cube and report are same. This is happening in AR cube, AP cube, Inventory cube.
How to correct and is there any setting to be done for this.
Please note that i am not using any currency conversion. I am just reporting in local currency .
RamHi Ram,
It should be a bug.
The situation is the following.
For example, you load amount in COP (KRW) = 12345. Since default number of decimal places for amounts with currency is 2, the system keeps amount loaded as 12345,00 (with 2 decimals).
There is a special table TCURX which lists currencies with number of decimals not equal to 2 (you can also access or set values in this table through SPRO -> SAP Netweaver -> General settings -> Currencies -> Set decimal places for currencies).
I beleive you can find KRW & COP in the mentioned above table with number of decimals not set (zero).
During query result generation the system apply the real number of decimals from TCURX table and 12345,00 is treated as amount without decimals (coma simply ignored). That gives 1234500 amount. The same amount in TND (with 3 decimals) becomes 1234,500 etc.
There are plenty of OSS notes about this bug, for example, # 760195. Not sure which one to implement. Youd better contact SAP Support.
As a workaround I can suggest either delete KWR & COP from TCURX table or use amounts without currency or as number (with a separate 0CURRENCY field going into the cube).
Best regards,

If a customer has a zero balance in second local currency
If a customer has a zero balance in second local currency but some
balance in company code currency before clearing, we want to keep zero
balance in second local currency after clearing. How can we solve this
problem? Is it possible to clear customer open items using second or
third local currency?
When the customers have several documents in different currencies, we
have the problem below:
We want to analyze the customeru2019s balance in Euro and USD. (second and
third local currencies)
However the invoices and some incoming payments have different document
currencies. Invoices are in document currency TRY, incoming payments
are in document currency Euro or USD. In this case, we plan to use
second or third local currency for deciding balances instead of first
local currency. But when we clear the documents using currency TRY
(local currency), system creates exchange rate difference for TRY and
also for the second and third local currencies. We do not want to have
foreign exchange differences after clearing, for the second or third
currencies since their balances were already zero. After clearing the
balances are not zero anymore, and we do not want this happen.
Thanks for your help in advance.Hi,

How do you directly post a value to Local Currency 2?
We have a situation where we need to manually revalue a posting.
The Company Code currency is $
The Group currency is £
We have a balance that we need to wipe out in £ for our company code.
If we use t code F-05 - when we select the document currency to be $ it does not allow us to enter a £ amount as the local currency is $ as well.
If we use £ is in F-05, we need to make a 1 side entry for £, and it says the document needs to balance in document currency.
Therefore we need a way of entering the Local Currency 2 field (Group Currency £) where the document current is $.
Any suggestions?Hi Hugo,
thanks for your comment.
I tried that, but the group currency field is greyed out, so I cant change it.
Is there some config I need to activate to allow me to enter a value?
