I need to use a program from a website on my phone when I do not have an internet connection or cell service. How can I take that application off the internet and localize it to my phone?

Only the carrier (not Apple) can initiate the unlocking process. In the US, AT&T has not and will not unlock the iPhone for anyone for any reason.
If your network provider cannot or will not unlock your phone, then you phone cannot be unlocked. If you need an unlocked phone, sell yours and buy a factory unlocked phone.

No. If you made your backup to iCloud, iTunes will not restore from an iCloud backup. See:

I'm having a similar problem. I had previously (over a year ago) purchased 2 episodes of Law & Order. Then about 2 months ago, I purchased the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy. When I downloaded these episodes to my iPad, about a dozen full seasons of various shows popped up, too. Edit > Preferences. Select the check box for Ringtones, this will add them to the listing in iTunes.

If you tried to restore to your iCloud backup and your photos didn't fully restore, first go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and make sure it isn't still in the process of restoring.
If the restore is complete and all your photos weren't restored, all you can do is try restoring the backup again. You might try the solution posted by ezjules in this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/message/19518589#19518589. This involves opening the photos app after the phone restarts and you provide the passwords for your Apple IDs, then leaving it open for the remainder of the restore process.

Have you logged into iCloud on the phone? If not they won't be there, also just to let you know photo stream doesn't keep your photos forever anyway. It will keep up to 1000 photo's after that it will delete the oldest photo there, it will also delete any photo that is 30 days old.

I always delete cookies and cache on exit. I use photon and puffin to watch flash player videos on tv series site with links such as put locker. I heard that there is no virus for the iPad but Trojans do exist.

Speculation about what might happen in the future or articles focusing on the Mac OS or Android are not terribly relevant. So, if you do have any other citiations, preferably from a source that doesn't derive most of is revenue from the companies it reviews, that document a virus or trojan that affects an unjailbroken iOS device, I would be interested. I have not been able to find any. I thought, perhaps, as a professional, you might know of some.

There is NO International Warranty for the iPhone. Your best bet is to purchase one in Thailand. If you purchase a phone in France, you will NOT get warranty service on it in Thailand and will have to return it to France (or any EU country) for warranty service.
