Locate Developer 2000 1.6.1 for Windows

We need to locate a copy of Developer 2000 v 1.6.1 for Windows.
Can anyone help?
We know it is obsolete but we have a customer with a problem.

best suggestion is to contact a local Oracle office or customer support in the hope they have a copy. I don't think that you'll find teh software online.

Flash-based extensions will be deprecated for CC extension with the release of ExtensionBuilder 3.0.
But flash-based extensions will keep working for CS5 and CS6 applications.
But you are right, this is not the solution to choose if you want to make an hybrid extension for CC.

I can't locate my Elements 9.0 CD for Windows

I am missing my Windows CD for Photoshop Elements 9.0. I only have the Mac CD and the serial number. Is there a link where I can download it?

I am sorry losburrosdeadobe we only have replacement media for the current product. If you have your serial number you can certainly qualify for the upgrade. Otherwise if you can locate a copy of the Windows installer CD for Photoshop Elements 9.0 then you can certainly make a copy of the CD.

Can't download Developer Edition CF MX 7 for Windows

I can download any of the other versions... Linux, AIX, even
other language versions, just not Windows, English, ColdFusion MX

SQL Developer vs Oracle Administration Assistant for Windows

I'm new to oracle and have logged into the oracle sql developer with a very low privileged user account. I see other users defined, but when I login to the server and open the oracle administration assistant, I don't see any users. The account I'm logging in under is the account the server is using to run oracle. Is there a reason I can't see these other users on the server?

The users you are seeing in SQL Developer are authenticated by the database and not Windows; therefore, they are not External OS Users so they won't show up in that list. An external user (i.e. one authenticated by Windows) would need to be created in order to be visible on that list.
If you want to confirm the type of authentication used, you can execute the following query as a user with the ability to query the dba_users view:
select     username,
           authentication_type
from       dba_users
order by   username;Here's a snippet of the output on my local system:
USERNAME                       AUTHENTICATION_TYPE
OE                             PASSWORD
OLAPSYS                        PASSWORD
OPS$LIVERPOOL\MARKWILL         EXTERNAL
ORACLE_OCM                     PASSWORD
ORADEMO                        PASSWORDThe users with PASSWORD authentication are authenticated by the database and the user (OPS$LIVERPOOL\MARKWILL) with EXTERNAL is authenticated by Windows. That user shows up in the list in the Administration Assistant as expected.
Hopefully that makes a bit more sense now.

Closed Connection on SQL Developer 2.1.1.64 for Windows x64

I trying connect do database 10GR2. SQL Developer connects normally. I run select (select sysdate from dual) and log shows: Closed Connection.
32bit SQL Developer works normally.
This behavior is on some databases. Others databases work normally.

Im using SQL DEveloper 3.0.03.45 and have installed Oracle DB 11g on VM server. I am also facing same issue. This configuration was workin fine for few months .. but now after each 5/6 minuites connection get reset and I have to reconnect again. It gives *"Closed Connecton -- vender code ORA-17008 "*
please help if u hav got any solution for this.

When I unzip Forms 6i for Windows.zip I get "bad CRC" in several files

(CRC- Cyclic Redundancy check if you get CRC error it means your zip file is corrupt) I also download 6i from same location and it works fine are u using any download manager for downloads.

Oracle Forms Dev/Serv 6i/Rel 2 for Windows 98/etc failed to install

Has anyone encountered problem when installing the download version of 'Oracle Forms Developer/Services 6i/Release 2 for Windows 98/NT/2000/XP' available in the OTN? I have successfully install Reports 6i but not Forms 6i. The error message that I get is "path:vrf(86): Unbound variable 'Path_too_long_prompt'". My laptop is on OS Windows98.

JDK for Windows XP1

hi, i am windows XP 1 user,
i wanna install Netbeans Java 7.2.1 for my personal laptop to make a java programme.
When i am going to install that, the Java Development Kit was required in order to install Netbeans Java 7.2.1
The Java Development Kit version are 6 or higher than that :(
First i download from oracle, Java Development Kit 7 update 10 for Windows x86 (32bit)
it gives this messages,

Flash lite 3.1 not available for windows device?

Hi! Can anybody help me here?
I've been developing stand alone flash apps for windows mobiles with flash lite 2.1 with no problems!
The company I'm developing for has switched to Vodafone V1520's (Asus p550) running windows mobile 6 Professional.
I've ran flash lite 2.1 with no problems on the device. I've decided to upgrade to 3.1 as it's a fresh install for all 2000 units.
My problem is, When I install the app using Adobe mobile packager, the device comes back with the error " Adobe flash lite is not available for this device"!! I know flash lite 2.1 works.
Is there a way to manually install 3.1 on the device?

QuickTime plug-in for Window Media Files?

Microsoft recently announced that they will stop developing any update or improvement for Window Media Player for the Mac: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060113/apon_hi_te/microsoftapple
It is a little disappointing aspect because sometimes I keep running into cool websites that have many WMFs but few or no QT support. Right now I'm unable to play any WMF because Window Media Player is very buggy.
Is Apple going to push for some kind of WMF plug-in support for future QuickTime app since Microsoft is going to kill off development for WMP for the Mac?
Please advice.

Windows Media Player 9 for the Mac has not been updated since 2003 so Microsoft's announcement is disingenuous to say the least. They haven't supported or developed the thing in, literally, years.
I cannot say enough good things about the Flip4Mac WMV player that allows you to view WMV files in Quicktime. There is also a browser plugin that lets WMV files play in Safari just like WMP9, only BETTER! And the player is now FREE. Strangely, Microsoft is even recommending it as a replacement for WMP9. It works perfectly on sites like CNN that use Windows Media Player for their video content and is compatible with more codecs than WMP9. Check out Microsoft's website for information and download.

I highly recommend you download and install the Flip4Mac WMV Player. You can say goodbye and good riddance to WMP9.
