Location Master Data Screen @ O401 for TSW

Hi IS OIL Expertise,
While creating Location Master Data@ O401 for TSW; I need to assign Transport System, Partner Role and material to Location, however I can’t see Location Hierarchy, Transport System, Partner Roles, and Material Tabs on Location Master Screen @O401.Could anyone please suggest me on this.

Dear Chandra,
Could you please check the Business Location Type screen customization from SPRO.
Industry Solution Oil & Gas ( Downstream) >> TSW >> Master data >> Business Location type.

Not able to see specific tags for FSCM Credit Management on BP master data screen

Hi All,
I have already set up Collections & Dispute Management,
I am now on my way to start FSCM Credit Management setting up. I have already created the BP role (UKM000) and assigned it for direction customer to BP, but I am not able to see any specific tag on BP Master data related to Credit management, (just as I can see "Collections profile" tag, in reference to Coll. Mngmt).
So, I am not able to see these tags yet: "Credit profile", "Credit worthiness", "Cresit limit and control".....under Credit Management BP role!
What am I missing there? Have I got to activate BAdi UKM_R3_ACTIVATE in order to be able to "see" those BP tags???
....Or what else?
I will reward with points if someone can provide me any hint about this issue.

Let me tell you, I may be confused by a document I downloaded from internet about the BP master data views (as for the FSCM Credit Management role, of course) . Please find below the commented tag. It is an imaged I copy to you from that document I told you, for you to see which tag I am talking about:
I don´t know the content of that tab...but I would like to see it in place....you know..
Now, I checked you last answer and I saw that everything was already set by factory, please find below:

What's the transaction code for creating Location master data or program SAPL0A02? Has anyone tried to do LSMW or SCAT for uploading hundreds of items?

If I am correct we can create locations through SPRO transcation.
Enterprise Structure>Definition->Logistics General--> Define location.
Here we can create number of locations on plant wise.
The key in this field indicates a location within a plant.
You can use the location to set up a plant according to space and local area. You can assign an address to a location.
The following master data objects can be referenced to a location:
Asset master records of asset management
Equipment
Functional location
Work center
Production resource/tool

How to create new field groups in AA master data screen layout?

We are using ECC 6.0
We have created bunch of new fields for asset master data, but we want to make them visible only for particular asset class. So we need to customize in SPRO Asset Master Data Screen Layout, but there no specific field groups that we can customize. So how to create and add new field groups to manage them by radiobuttons Required, Optional, No or Display?

Forecast and Replenishment (FR) relate profiles
Time Series Profile : A time series profile contains a set of time series definitions. A time series definition describes the operational meaning and technical behavior of a time series instance.
For creation this profile goto SPRO --> Forecasting and Replenishment --> Time Series --> Maintain Time Series Profile
Program Name is /FRE/SAPLUI_TSPR
Similarly you can create other profiles :

Master Data is missing for Specified Matierials at cube level !!

Good Day..!!
I have been facing an issue in my project, Master Data is missing for a KF and values are not displayed in a report for the specified matierial Nos. Where as other matierial nos KF values are displaying.
Intially, i checked from Cube End and found the issue is in Cube level only.
For that in the data flow, i already checked whether the data has been loaded perfectly or not.
Tried to reran the DTP once again and checked the values for the KF in the report and unfortunately KF values are not displaying for specified matierials only.
Kindly advice how can i move further..

Check if SIDs are generated for the infoobject, if not try to do the change run attribute and then load the data to Cube.

Hi,
First define your house bank details in administration --> Basic initialization --> house bank and assign the house bank to the business partner screen under payment system. Hope this helps, if not let me know.

Master data Reorganization Process for a single InfoObject

mayby someone else had this problem bevor us?
SAP-BWProducion: Master data Reorganization Process for a single InfoObject (selfmade), other InfoObjects worked fine.
SAP BW 7.0 SP20 or 21
This element has daily attributes and the Q-Table has actual 180Mio entries. We startet reorganisation with 250Mio. entries.
Because of the daily loading, we cancel the batchprocess in the evening and started it again in the morning. This was fine for about 5 days. We elliminate 80Mio entries.
Our destination would be 80Mio entries left.
Whenever we run this feature now - in a process chain - no entries were deleted after 30 hours working, and there were no counting-stastics in SM50

     Insert
     Update
     Delete
The five days before, we saw Mio's of entries in this statistics.
We have checked the Q-table and there exist a number of records which have the same attribute values across several records and the date from - date to values of these records are in a row.
RSRV is fine and we checked note 1234411 Master data reorganization - Performance improvement.
There are no other notes helping us.
Please give us a solution-idea.

If a master data is schedule for some changes...ie InfoObjects and hierarchies that are planned for structural change are selected by default.........If u go to RSA1 >> Administrator Workbench >> Tools >> Hierarchy/Attribute Changes from the menu...........If u click on Infoobject List or Hierachy List.........u will find that those infoobjects r already selected.....
If u want to run ACR for some infoobjects manually.............either u can do it in RSA1..........by only selecting those infoobjects for which u want to run the ACR..........or u can also use the prog : RSDDS_AGGREGATES_MAINTAIN.........
If that Particular infoobject is not there in the Infoobject or Hierarchy List in RSA1..............that means no structurak changes r required...........no need to run ACR..........

Hi,
When you are prompted for the infoobject in master data read you shoud give the main characteristic name, not the attribute name(attribute which is there in the data target). It will map the attribute automatically.

Master data hierarchy synchronization for BPC NW 7.5

Here is my situation,
Trying to load master data and hierarchy for BW costcenter. Parent CostCenter hierarchy is 10001000.
CostCenter members are concatenated with Controlling area 1000.
I followed the master data and hierachy sycnhronization for 7.5 without any success.
I want to load only CsstCenter members without concatenatinon e.g. instead of 1000F1200, I want F1200.
Note thaI cannot use SUPPRESSCHARACTER 1000 as it suppresses other unintended values like 1000F1000
I need a method to truncate only first four characters

Problem in adding new tabs in master data screens for RE-FX in ECC 6.0

Dear members,
I am working on RE-FX in ECC 6.0. I need some advice on the foll matter:
When displaying master data for Rental Object (Rental Space) (Tcode REBDRO) there are three tabs that are visible. They are General Data, Measurement and Area Shares. I would like the tab "Supplementary Texts" to also appear as the fourth tab. I have gone to the node Screen Sequence under the Dialog node under Usage View under Master Data in RE-FX.
I have added this screen to the sequence and have saved it successfully. Now when i am trying to display the rental space (RS) it is still not showing the tab that I just added. When I am trying to remove one of the existing tabs, by going into the same screen sequence I am successful in doing that. I am also able to add some of the other tabs. However every time I am trying to add the tab "Supplementary texts", I am failing to display it in the master data.
Request you to please help me as I am not an expert in RE-FX.

We are facing problem in adding tab to transaction RESCSU. We have followed all the steps mentioned by you , like
1. Go to transaction BUPT .
2. Select Application Object - transactuion BUS0.
3.Selected Application object as RESU.
4. And then went to all the following transactions.
    RESCSU0002     SU: Field Groups
    RESCSU0003     SU: Views
    RESCSU0004     SU: Sections
    RESCSU0005     SU: Screens
    RESCSU0006     SU: Screen Sequences.
5. Created one z function group , having 2 FM for PBO and PAI.
6. Also one subscreen having the field mapped to CI_INCLUDE - CI_VISCSU.
But still we are not able to see the tab on the settlemet screen.
We tried changing the screen sequence of existing tabs, we could change that, but after performing all the steps mentioned above we could not add new tab.
Please suggest where are we committing a mistake.

I am uploading the master data of functional location through LSMW .I had completed all the steps except "Run Batch Input Session".
In that step it is showing as functional location already exists, after this error the remaining functional locations are updated in sap or it will stop total transaction by this error???
how can u upload the remaining in to sap by skipping already existed one????

Add a custom field to Business Partner(master data screen)

My requirement: Basically have to pass special accounting number (from FI module to MM module ). For that, we need to create new custom field in the standard screen (master data) of business partner.
How to achieve this?
Is that by creating field exit (create a new field in the standard screen and updating business partner master data with this special accounting number)? IF so, could you please explain how to achieve this little bit clearly?

You should catch the FormLoad event of form 134 (Business Partner), and add a static text and editbox. In addition, you need to do the data binding right after adding the item.
Or, you just use the standard UDF function of B1.
