Not unless the phone was backed up to the icloud or in iTunes at some point. I know you said it's crushed but can it be connected to a computer? If so you can still back it up in iTunes and then when the new phone comes use iTunes to restore that back up on it.

It depends on what iMac you have. If it is an old PPC (G4 orG5) iMac then no further upgrades are possible. If it an Intel iMac:
Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

Have you backed up/synced your phone with a computer at all? If so, I believe you can connect your phone to that same computer and access the data on it.
I am not 100% sure but it is worth a try!

Now I am getting messages that say some script is running; do I want to continue or cancel and then a brown message bar will appear asking me me manually allow the opening of Hotmail. I'm sorry for your unfortunate situation. This question is asked time and time again - sadly no, you cannot set up "Find my Mac" after it's lost or stolen. The whole point is that you have to set it up before you lose contact with it.
When you get a new Mac, this is one of the first screens you see - "Do you want to set up iCloud to Find My Mac?". I don't understand why anyone would answer "No".
There are third-party location utilities, but again, you have to set them up when the computer is still in your possession. I use Undercover by Orbicule - allows you to locate the computer and take webcam snapshots and keylogs of the person using it. I also have iCloud set up, so I have two options for location should it get lost or stolen.

Close out of the message app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
Then do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for your phone to boot back up.
Then check and see if you can save the pic.

If the phone is taken to a store, troubleshooting can indeed be done. The store representative can even contact us while you're there. Do you have insurance on the device? Or, do you maybe have a prior vzw device that can be activated until the upgrade is available? You can also check your My Verizon account to see if your line( or another line on the account) is eligible for an upgrade. VZW always has options for you.

Unfortuantely, you can only track the phone if you had set up iCloud and enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost or stolen. I don't believe there is anything that Apple can do to locate your phone either.
