I don't think you can, you could try to email apple about the problem or depending on what you mean by "info" if it is just apps you can re download them again once you restore it.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Could also be not enough free space for the iPad to operate efficiently. With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free. For a 16 GB device that is 2.4-3.2 GB free. For a 32 GB device that is 4.8-6.4 GB free. For a 64 GB device that is 9.6-12.8 GB free.
If neither of these suggestions helps, Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Rezound is asking for PUK code. Need during Hurricane

In the middle of a hurricane. I need mu puk code but have no way of calling verizon. <Inappropriate comment deleted.> landline is down as well. I checked online and it says code unknown. Probably because I never set one. Is there a default? Is someone able to help?

you likely need to setup your router using an eathernet cable and a computer to turn on the wifi part and set an encryption level and password or the likes
if you havent do such things before you may require help from somebody who have

Ipad asking for password but dont have one

I updated my ipad 2 last night to IOS7 and now its asking for a pasword but I dont have one so I cant even open the thing in order to reset one! Ive tried my iphone password but that doesnt work. Help

Ive tried a reset by holding down the power button and home button together but its still asking for a password when i turn it back on, there is NO option to override it asking for the pssword as mentioned on some other threads on here...ive tried pressing cancel but that doesnt make any difference.

My guess is all the issues are probably related and fall back to malware.
AVG is probably correct in identifying malware. So I suggest you try some cleaning tools other than Emsisoft .
ones I use (all of them one after the other until I find one that can cope) are;

So first create a clean boot in Windows using Microsoft's instructions https://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135?wa=wsignin1.0 and then run the anti malware applications.
My outside looking in guess is that malware has set itself up as an internet proxy and is is downloading copies of itself and other malware, blocking some mail port as times as downloading more malware is more important, and probably breaking your tivo as well..
Try the malware programs first. If that does not work I will try and talk you through some logging to see what is happening.

I have checked the emails that I have on file and they are correct. When I press the "Send email" button to help reset security information it is sending it to an email address that I have never ever had! Why is it not sending the email to one of the two emai addresses that ARE on file? I have no idea why it is even sending anything to that email adress or where it came from.

Unfortunately you've discovered too late how important it is to maintain an up-to-date backup of your iTunes library (and all other data of value). You could, before wiping the drive, have considered making use of a commercial data recovery service that could (albeit at considerable cost) have extracted your library from the hard disk, even if virus infected.
In the absence of that option, you will need to restore the content of your library from its original sources:
Depending on your location, you may be able to re-download any iTunes Store purchases that are still available on the Store
Likewise, most digital purchases from Amazon (including auto-rip copies of purchased CDs) should be available from the Amazon Cloud and via the Amazon Music application - the same may be true of other commercial sources for digital downloads
Content imported from your CDs will have to imported again
The specific situation that you describe regarding the music imported from your friend's external HDD suggests that either the source is badly organized and/or originates from a source other than iTunes (other media players may use alternative tags for information like artist, title, album, etc. that are not wholly consistent with how iTunes handle these). It's always good to go with one thing at a time and stay focused on that. Let's start with the OS you're running. Click on the Apple menu > About This Mac. What does it say under Mac OS X version ?
