Locked Iphone... Please Help!!!!
My son accidently put in a new password or put the wrong one in to many times and now my phone is completely disabled. I tried to restore it and it still will not open. If anybody knows how to do this please help!!!

To tell the truth I forgot to mention that I already did what you said, even more I tried all "reset" options including:
Reset all settings
Erase All content and settings
Reset Network settings
Etc
Even
Reset location and Privacy
It keeps showing the problem -

Only your cell service provider can unlock the phone. We cannot help you with that.

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported.
Sounds like your iPhone was hacked/modified/jailbroken to work
with wireless carrier other than the one it was purchased from. The
update has relocked it to the original carrier. Contact the original
carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify - only the
carrier to which the iPhone is locked can unlock it.
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
Be advised that the previous modifications to change from original carrier
to your local Carrier may have rendered the iPhone unable to be
officially unlocked. -

It reads as though a bonehead bought the phone. Regardless, remove the SIM, and the carrier's name may be printed on it. Too, you can try an Apple store, and have someone check its serial number database. The database will indicate in which country the iPhone was initially sold, and to which carrier it was assigned. -

Where did you get the phone? If it was previously locked to a carrier and was hacked/jailbroken to use it on a different carrier, updating the phone has re-locked it to the original carrier. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize and unlock.

If the light will not turn on the TC is dead. No matter that the hard disk is running.. it should only run at start up or when it is accessed not constantly.. that means the board in the TC has failed. Apple do not repair them.. They will replace it under warranty or applecare.
If you have gone over the 12month warranty it will still be covered if you have applecare on any computer or an Apple TV. In fact the cost of the apple TV plus apple care is still cheaper than buying a new TC.. so it is a route some people are taking.. certainly depends.. in some places like Europe or Australia now, there is a recognition that statutory warranty must be longer on a product that is premium to the market. 12months is not good enough. Apple will sometimes listen.
They might be fixable but I do not know how. -

Video podcasts have to be in SD format, not HD. Make sure you select the proper version for your touch. If you still have problems, you can click on the podcast in iTunes and select Advanced > Create an iPod or iPhone Version. That should convert the video into something that can be played.
As far as syncing audio podcasts (I do this for video as well), I use the simple is better approach. I set iTunes to sync all unplayed podcasts and I set each podcast in iTunes to automatically delete played podcasts. The iPod is clean; iTunes is clean. -
