Log analyzer and reporter for Weblogic ?

We are using Weblogic 6.1 as a web server (no proxy).
Does anyone know of a good Web log analyzer for Weblogic 6.1 ?
The analyzer would analyze the log of WLS and display various statistics graphically.
Something like Webtrends or Analog for IIS, IPlanet and Apache servers.

AlterWind LogAnalyzer http://www.alterwind.com/loganalyzer/ allows to
analyse a log file of any format.

To see the scheduled quantity & delivered quantity use table EKET with the filed names MENGE & WEMNG.

We have a web service running on a single domain on a weblogic 7.0 SP1 cluster.
We load balance via a F5 in front of the cluster. Our F5 accepts SSL requests
on port XXX3, terminates SSL and forwards the non-SSL request to a managed server
in the cluster for processing. Likewise, the F5 receives HTTP requests on port
XXX0 and forwards the non-SSL request to a managed server in the cluster.
We have no Weblogic security features configured for the web service. Only the
standard "myrealm" is configured with the defaults values.
Whenever we call this web service, via the F5, on the XXXX ports, we are prompted
to authenticate. The message "Enter username and password for "weblogic" at <domain-name>"
appears. We don't even have a "weblogic" realm configured. (1) We are not sure
why we need to authenticate when no security has been configured for this application
(2) We've tried every username password combination we can think of and none work.
One clue is.... if we use the standard HTTP ports 80 and 443 for traffic coming
into the firewall, we are not prompted to authenticate. The web service works
just fine. The problem seems to rise when we use the non-standard ports on the
F5 of XXX0 and XXX3 and forward traffic from these ports to the managed servers.
Has anyone seen this behavior?

I second John's link. I recommend to read through the installation guide. Which version of forms you looking to install, Forms 11gR1 or Forms 11gR2 (latest)? Also what type of system is this?
To summarize up the installation document, heres what you need to do to install latest version (11gR2):
1.) Download Install Files:
WebLogic *10.3.5*: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/ias/downloads/wls-main-097127.html
Forms 11.1.2: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/forms/downloads/index.html
2.) Install WebLogic (No Node Manager)
3.) Install and Configure Forms 11.1.2
4.) You completed a vanilla WLS+Forms installation
5.) (Optional) Install Node Manager After installation is complete.

Can you tell how did you search ???
Just go to RSORBCT transaction and go to infocubes :
Just do find as 0SD .... you will find all Business contents for SD related, similarly for other modules..
If you have chosen grouping as "Before and After wards" you should find the entire flow along with reports.

Forms and Reports in Weblogic Server 12c?

I'm trying to determine if Forms and Reports 11g are supported in Weblogic Server 12c. I have found numerous questions from years ago indicating that that was not the case then, but I also found a few posts that indicated that this support would be added in the future. I am unable to find any recent posts to confirm this nor do I see anything in the certification matrices that lead me to believe that this is a supported configuration. Can anyone give a definitive answer?

Install Forms and Report 11g, Weblogic, OID and SSO ?

I want to migrate our system from Forms and Reports 6i to 11g with weblogic server 10.3.3 and I have two questions:
1st: If we considered to obtain a system consists of (Weblogic 11g + Forms and Reports 11g + OID + SSO + Weblogic Portal + BI Publisher)
What is the steps and the sequence of products installation and configuration, and what is the required versions of each one ?
2nd: Can I abandon OID and SSO, is there a substitute ?
If so, what's the steps and the sequence of products installation and configuration ?

You use the Oracle WebLogic Server installer to install Oracle WebLogic Server and to create a Middleware home (which is required before you can install Oracle Forms and Reports).
For Oracle Forms and Reports 11g Release 2 (11.1.2), download Oracle WebLogic Server 11g (10.3.5) from OTN or Oracle Software Delivery Cloud.
Be sure to select the proper Oracle WebLogic Server installer for your platform.

Changing the Dunning level and reports for Dunning

How can I change the 'Dunning level' for line items in the 'Dunning History/Dunning overview'? I have read in help.sap that I can change it, but am not able to find where I could do that.

I'm looking at running the ALFS editor . I'm in WebAS 7.00 . The Themes/templates and brand colours on the left frame does appear but the bsp page does not appear . used the standard bsp page which appears as a default ( bsp add it05 ) . The error message is as follows

But if I run the bsp application manually then the right theme does get picked up . I made the entry in the bspthemeroot table and put in the alfs parameter in the above url ( 1000101F5FFFA2F4F4F2929296F8FAF3F5F7F ) . The bsp application works fine but not the alfs editor . Any ideas ?

How do you turn on logging in Crystal Reports for Eclipse

Hi All,
I have created a test application to view crystal reports through a web app running on JBoss. I need to see detailed logs of what the JRC is doing with connections and other information but nothing is currently being printed out in the logs or console. JBoss is configured to use log4j and I can see logs calls that I make in the JSP file before opening and creating a report but nothing is coming from the JRC engine.
Could anyone advise on how to get logging working correctly.

You will of course need to adjust to the log4j appender you have declared

Using ME59 and report for difference amount

We have a business issue as follows:
we have one trading plant and one manufacturing plant and one vendor to supply raw mateials tray A and tray B. Sytem is made like APO is runing in manufacturing plant and ECC MRP running in trading plant at the same time from monday to thursday 10 P.M. once the MRP runs in trading plant and manufacturing plant a sub contract order will get create to manufacturing plant to manufacture the final product VIA SUB CONTRACTING ORDER.. The MRP runs at 10.30 in both trading and manufacturing plant it takes 4 hours time...we proposed to use ME59 for processing automatic PR generations in back ground after completion of MRP run. Please can we suggest to run in ME59 in background? or is there any other options?or is it possible run my user ?
Issue 2: Report preperations for difference of orders
The orders are coming from different countries like...US, Austraila, and Europe to trading plant it will creates a lot size for the vendor who supply raw materials...if the lot is 6000... trading plant recieves 8000 orders so there is a difference of 2000 .. lot size is limited to 6000 so they are maintaing it in excel sheet presently they want to maintain it in report...please suggest how we can solve this difference? . this automation should be done between vendor and manufacturing plant.

For many years automatic PO creation is already ME59N. And it should only be used if your master data ( vendor, material, info record) is in a very good shape so that the users do not need to enter or change anything, e.g. could just click save in ME21N
your second scenario is very vague, your customers order the finished material from the trading plant. the trading plant orders at the manufacturing plant. The manufacturing plant orders raw materials from the vendor to manufacture the finished material.
Why does the trading plant get 6000 if 8000 are ordered, who's fault is this?
What is the reason for an extra Excel sheet (this is usually a fall back if users are not trained enough and do not understand the processes and do not know how to use SAP to track)
if you want automate anything between manufacturing plant and vendor, then you need to tell what you want automate. In general an automation should be done for processes that work well and do not need any human interaction. And automation cannot solve your problems with getting/receiving less than ordered

Sample Auditing Universe and Reports for SAP BusinessObjects_4_x

We've followed the instructions provided in

and installed the BOEXI40-Audit-MSSQL.unx universe and it is visible and I'm able to create a custom Webi report against it.
However, my goal is to use canned Crystal Reports that comes with the tool by connecting it to the above universe but when I attempt to 'Set Datasource Location' in Crystal, I'm unable to see or connect to the above universe.
What am I missing or what type of permission do I need to give to the above universe to make it visible inside Crystal Reports?

Are you doing this in Crystal Reports with the audit reports that came from 3.1? If so - it won't work. Crystal Reports will not connect to the new .unx universes. It can only connect to old style .unv universes. Also, the new universe and the old one from 3.1 are not at all the same, so you can't use the same reports as you did in 3.1.
There are some Crystal for Enterprise reports that are in the zip file with the 4.x audit universe. They have the same .rpt extension that "classic" Crystal reports have, but you have to edit them in Crystal for Enterprise in order to point them to the correct universe. Your other option is to build Webi reports against the .unx.

How to design insertion and report for customers

I develop a web application in which I provide a web interface for inserting a customer. I model this customer as a class and provide its attributes. I have functions like addCustomer that inserts a customer's details in DB and getDetails() that returns a customer's attributes as an array. I have designed this for dealing with a single customer.
Now I want to list all customers from DB. I think another class should be created with a listing function that has multiple references(multiplicity) for the customer class. It is a easy task to retrieve all customer using a query and display it. But I don't know how to model this. I don't want to create one object for all available customers and display the details of each customer. Then How to model this and how to implement this using classes.
Can U tell me a resource or article that handles similar task.

Create a POJO called customer ( plain java object which represent the persistant data ) and a Customer manager which is reponsible for retrieving a list of customer.
So the Customer manager will deal with retrieving the customer list.
