Log History 2013 see all stages of workflow in one place.

In sharepoint 2013, I have setup a workflow using sharepoint designer 2013 to create 5 steps stages in a workflow. In each stage, I have used a log to history action to keep track of what stages the workflow got to.
I know how to find the log history for all events on the sharepoint 2013 server. However, I would like to be able to see a display for the 5 stages of the workflow in one place. Thus can you tell me how to accomplish my request?

When you say you know how to find the "log history for all events" I assume you are talking about the ULS logs. That's not where the workflow will log the history that you are looking for. Instead SharePoint logs history to a hidden
history list in the site where the workflow is kicked off. By default it is called "Workflow history" and you can view it by manually navigating to the following URL http://[site
URL]/lists/Workflow%20History.

I am looking to have all my files in one place as i am hopelessly disorganised. I know the online clouds are a good solution (used Dropbox at work and uni for 3 years) however i am wanting to create my own 'dropbox/icloud' at home. So whenever i get back home with my laptop, any work i have been working on whilst out that day is updated to the timecapsule, and then ultimately as i turn on the other devices, they update to those newer versions of the files. Please tell me that the 3TB time capsule i have can do this, otherwise it feels rather overpriced as a wireless storage device?
Another note (to those in the know) If i am to be working on large files (REVIT/SOLIDWORKS/KEYSHOT/CREO/AUTOCAD) - is the timecapsule connection good enough to support editing and updating these files?
I know i may be asking a question that many have before, but as a bit of a technical novice I wanted a clear-cut answer to my specific circumstances. Your help is greatly appreciated.
(*can i use this WD hard-drive that is connected to the Time Capsule as a back up? so that the time machine back-ups/any back ups are also backed up onto this one? can the WD be a backup for the TC?)

History Report of All the Completed Workflow

We have a requirement of generating the history report of all completed workflows in a month.
Where is the History data stored for all the workdflows. Is it in the Database tables or just in Workflow reports?
How can this be extracted for above requirement.
I know there is an iview for providing the history of a particular Workflow instance. Is there anything available for multiple WF instances.
Please help.

I think you can use server logs for this purpose and also there is a status=completed in workflow tab in DM.
But exact thing is log file where you can see triggered and completed workflows.

I can't see all the printouts except sample ones on my computer...

Hi. I use HP Photosmart D110. I've been failed to print apps for my daughter from http://h30495.www3.hp.com/detail/9.2 or any other pages. A couple of days ago, I did the same trial and it worked. Today, it just doesn't take me to pages where all the printouts are available. When I click on "DreamWorks® Animation Printables", I'm directed to dreamworks homepage. When I click on "Family Activities", then I'm directed back to the page where you can see all apps under the tag. When I click on kanfu panda, all I get is sample printouts.
The only thing I was able to do is to access all the printouts from the printer. Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

Hi Tinnie,
Print apps can only be launched (and content printed) from the front panel of your cloud-connected printer (in this case the D110a). Inside ePrintCenter.com you can view sample printouts from each app, but you cannot actually launch the apps to print from.

Display Blocked BPs-Can we see all detailed analyses in a one step process?

Before releasing any BPs blocked by the system our compliance users check the details of the blocks.
Currently it is a 2 step process (after they are in the detailed screen of the Display Blocked Business Partners menu):
1 u2013 Double click on the name of the blocked BPs.
2 u2013 Click on icon u201CDisplay All Detailed Analysesu201D to show detailed analysis of all hits.
Is there any way we can make it a one step process and see all details analysis immediately after selecting the blocked BPs?
SAP Compliance Management -> Sanctioned Party List Screening -> Monitoring -> Business Partner -> Display Blocked Business Partners.

We can go to the SPL BP blocked list from the path you have mentioned. In the list select a line item and at the header there is partner. If you click on that you can see detailed analysis in there. Just click on it and it would be one step for you. But from here you can't release.

How to see all of scheduled inforpackage in one step

im my case, there are lots of infopackage, some are scheduled, some are not scheduled.
Do I have simple way to get out all of scheduled infopackages list in one step? rather than I pick it out one by one in RSA1.

Just go to sm37 u can see all the bckground jobs scheduled apart from checking the monitor.

Consolidating all iPhoto files/images in one place

OK: Excuse me if this is a boring or redundant question, but here it is - I am using the latest version of iPhoto on MBP, and I have some earlier versions on iPhoto on a Quicksilver in several places. I would like to have everything in one place, if not on my MBP then on an external HD. How do I do this in the most efficient manner, ensuring that all images and their respective info/data are assembled correctly so that my current version of iPhoto (7.1.1) can view them? You will have to tell iPLM to find them again by hitting the Add Library button and reselecting them.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

While drilling down, is it possible to see the next level for all Level 1 values instead of just the value this is clicked?
Is there a feature that we can enable or achieve this differently?

Hi,
Use transaction code SE16, enter the table KNVP table.
Fill the data like sales org, and enter the partner function as SH. Then in the partner counter field enter > symbol and 0 as value. Then execute. The system will display the list of customer numbers with multiple ship-to party.
If a customer number carries multiple ship-to party, then when a user creates a sales order, the system displays all the ship-to party numbers assigned to the customer (sold-to party) and the user has to select the one ship-to party.

How to see all the spools created by one job

hi,
i'm schedulling one job for a program and that program in deed summiting another program with in a loop. if loop contains 5 entries it submits 5 times and creates 5 spool. the total number of spool created 5+1 = 6 which is right.
but when i see it in the job overview it is only showing the last spool created.

I am trying to gather all of my music into one place, but it is scattered throughout my computer and external hard drive, how can I put it all in one folder and then create one library off of it?

How to turn off home sharing on iphone and put all of my music in one place?

I have the iphone 4 with ios7. I have Rihanna's Unapologetic cd that I ripped to itunes a while ago. Today I synced my entire music library to my iphone. The only way I can find the album by Rihanna is if I go to the home sharing on my iphone and choose my computer library! I'm getting really frustrated because I don't understand why I can't just have all my music in the music library and nowhere else? Also, all of my music appears to be on the cloud which doesn't make sense to me. Especially because I synced it all from my computer so why do I have to download to my phone again? Basically itunes is doing too much. Oh, and every time I sync my music itunes always deletes my playlists from my phone.

How do I get all the control buttons in one place in 3.6.16, like they used to be in previous versions? Having the refresh and stop buttons between address and search windows, and the home button to the far right is awful.

In 3.6.16, the buttons are all over the place. In previous versions, the forward, back, refresh, stop and home buttons were all together. In this version, the refresh and stop buttons are between the address and search windows, and the home button to the far right.
I would love to have them all together as they used to be - much more user friendly that way. I have tried installing alternate themes, but the coding of this version over-rides the themes.

Firefox 4.0 has a combined Reload and Stop and Go button that appears at the right end of the location bar.
To restore the Firefox 3 appearance you can use these steps:
* Open the "View > Toolbars > Customize" window to move the Stop and Reload button out of the location bar.
* Move the Reload and Stop buttons to their previous position at the left side of the location bar.
* Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.
* Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise to get two distinct buttons.

Is there a way to see all or more applications in one category than iTunes allows with its 21 items per page? Is there a page on Apple's website that will let you view more at once?
I know iTunes' browser view lets you see more items but you loose all of the descriptions. I like the regular view iTunes provide. I just want to see more items in that view.

I don't know how to refine a search. I am not very computer literate, but I keep trying! I finally found a few ways to find all. One way to find all:
1 Go to iTunes and select 'Store' in the tool bar at the very top of your screen.
2 Choose 'Search...' and then click on 'Results'
3 Choose 'Apps'. Select your category and device.
4 Click 'Search'
iTunes seems to be all about the music. Everything else is an clunky after thought. With the large number of apps you would think they would be willing to create a better search engine. They don't have to. You have their product. Tou have nowhere else to go. I do like Apple, but they can be a little arrogant.

How can I see all scheduled jobs which have steps of a given user?

I like to see all scheduled jobs which have steps of a given user. It is not importent which user has planned the job, I just want to check the usernames wich are used for accomplishing the respective step (-> field "AUTHCKNAM").
In table " tbtcp" I can see the AUTHCKNAM for the jobsteps, but these table just contains the jobs which are in the state "finished/completed".
In table "tbtcs" I can see the scheduled jobs, but there I can't see the AUTHCKNAM
Do you know a table where I can see ALL Jobs or the scheduled ones and the AUTHCKNAM?
