Log-In Using Wireless Phone Number

I "normally" log in to my accounts through My Verizon. This USED to give me access to BOTH my wireless and my residential (FiOS) accounts. Now, when I log in through My Verizon, I can access my wireless account, but when I try to access my residential (FiOS) account, it asks for my log-in again. When I input my wireless phone number, I get a message that the Account Name is not on record ... or something like that. I called Verizon to find out why. After getting transferred back and forth, I was routed to a menu system and eventually hung up on. I tried again and spoke to a representative at Verizon Residential and was told, "We've made a lot of changes. Just use your Account Name to log on." This is not really an answer. Has somehthing changed without notification from Verizon? This response sounds like someone who really didn't want to take the time to get to the bottom of the issue to me. Any help out there from anyone??

I know it some cases (myself included) the did disconnect wireless bill and FIOS bill.Used to be called One Bill, but that appears to have been discontinued.

We use fios tv/internet/phone package and recently almost every day we got 2 or 3 times phone calls from the same wireless phone number we do not know. When we pick up the phone to answer, the caller makes no sounds and we have to hang up. It is very annoying. Is there a way that we can block this person phone number so that he/she can not bother us anymore?

THere is a service you can subscribe to, not sure what the name is right now, but if you call the billing office and tell them you are getting harrasing calls, they can put a block on it.
Some of the services like FiOS digital voice, the Hub or I think the old IOBI let you block up to 5 or so numbers so it shouldn't be a big deal.

My carrier allows multiple sim cards with the same phone number for usage on different devices. I would like to use a second sim card for my phone number on a second iphone, but with a different apple id.

I can only find answers to using the same apple id on multiple devices. This works fine, but is not what I want to do here.

TRy to check on your imessage setting on your iphone. It should be setting>messages> imessage. If you can see your phone number then your mac will be able to see your message. If not toggle the message on and off. Once activated your mac will ask you if you would like to use your number for imessage, click agree(0r yes) then you will also receive a message on your iphone that your mac started using your phone number for imessage

For the iPad, iMac you need to create verifyible e-mail addresses created with one of the providers such as Yahoo, Gmail,etc. For the iphone you should use it's phone number, but an e-mail could be used for it too. If you want to associate these e-mail addresses with a single ID, I'm including a link to give you info about how you can do that. Read it carefully, as it can be a bit confusing.

You need to change your Apple ID password. You could login to Find My iPhone and wipe that iPad if you felt the need to do so.

i want to stop using my phone number with imessage, i cant because it is greyed out and its selected but i want to deselect it but i cant.

To remove a phone number from an Apple ID, sign out of FaceTime and Messages on your iPhone:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
This should remove your phone number from other devices using the same Apple ID with FaceTime and Messages. If the phone number is still available on other devices after you sign out of FaceTime and iMessage on the iPhone, you may need to sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your devices, then sign in to FaceTime and Messages again on devices you want to use.

Use External phone Number mask * Calling party Transform Mask @ Route patt

Having an issue with CLID at RP level. Lets say I have two phones. One phone is configured with an External phone number mask of 1112223333 and the other one does not have an external number mask set. When a call is placed to the PSTN, Phone one needs to display its external phone number mask. Phone two since nothing has been added under external phone mask needs to be 1112224444.
I configured the RP to "Use External Phone Number mask" and set the Calling Party Transform mask to 1112224444. I figured that if an external phone number mask was specified under the DN that it will route it to the PSTN and if nothing specified under the DN it will default to 1112224444 according to the setting in the RP.
When I configured this, no matter what I do the calling party transform mask takes priority and the external phone number mask is never used. Is there a way around this? I tried it at the RL level and it does the same thing.
Does anyone have any other ideas other than adding an external phone number mask for every phone.

Thats what I thought. Why can't they add that as a feature in the next release of CM? It seems like it could be simple to do. Check for External Phone number mask, if nothing is specified, then check for calling party transform mask. If true set Calling Party transform Mask as CLID and route to RL or something like that..
