Log of changes to condition records ??

Hi
is there anyway of getting a log or history of what changes have been made to condition records ?
a change has been made recently not by myself and i need to find out who has made the changes and what has been changed , added or deleted

these are really useful transactions - i will use in the future
However i forgot to mention that it is OUTPUT condition records that have been changed
maintained via V V 12 , V V 22 , V V 32 etc......
does anyone have a transaction i can use to check changes made to these type of condition records at all ??

hi,
whenever u change the condition record it will fall under the validility date, ie.,
example:
Condition record for cond type PR00 is
valid from 01/05/2007 to 31/99/9999 is Rs.1000
but suddenly when u change prices on 01/10/2007 then system will display has below
vaild from 01/05/2007 to 31/09/2007 is Rs.1000
vaild from 01/10/2007 to 31/99/999 is Rs.1500
hence u take all the sale orders & billing document which are created from 01/10/2007, this will slove ur purpose

Mass change for condition record

I try to change the condition record for material with validity period of one year starting next year Jan 1st. Since that material is already exists in the system with validity period of current date to 12/31/9999, it is not saving my changes. When increase price by 5%, it is not giving any problem but when I display to see the changes "Environment-Changes-Per condition record", it is giving an popup box saying "Change documents for conditions not yet save are not possible"
I try to delete material condition with longer period. It is deleting at that moment but when I come back and see still that material exists with longer period.
how do I deal with this problem to solve?

At any given point in time you can have only one valid condition record with a validity period.
1. Create a condition record with validity from today to 12/31/2007
2. Create a condition record with validity from 01/01/2008 to ....
You issue would be solved.

IDOC trigger for changes in condition records

Hi Guru's,
I want to trigger IDOC every time I create a condition record and every change in condition record. can you suggest me how to trigger IDOC COND_A01 in above scenarios.

Oh, price condition.
In Vk13, there is a icon "Condition Information", narrow your results in the selction criteria. In output, there is a 'Send Condition" icon. then enter your message type and logical system. After that, you can use WE02 to view the idocs.

Mass change of condition record

Hi friends,
One of my client has created a condition record for a pricing condition type long back by mistake. So lot of sale orders have been generated which included that condition record. Now he wants to delete that condition record for all that sale orders. Is there any chance of deleting that condition record for all the sale orders at once in mass level?

Dear Rama
Go to VK12, change the pricing date to old date (From and To Date may be same) and save.
Now go to MASS, give Object Type "BUS2032" and execute. Here under the Tab, select the Table "Sales Order Item Data" and go to "Fields" tab. Here select the field "Pricing date (MASSSD)" and execute. Now change the date what you have maintained in VK12.

Hi Kris,
Go to [VK13]. Enter the condition type and select the access sequence. Enter the necessary values in the selection fields and click on the condition info option in the application toolbar. Now ensure the selection values are still present and remove the validity date. Press F8 and you would get the history of the condition record.

Changing Pricing Condition from VF02

Hi,
I'm an ABAPer, for a development purpose I'm trying to change the Pricing Condition data from VF02.But I have found that the Update button at the bottom is disabled.Looking for solution so that I can change the Pricing Procedure.

Dear Sarabjit,
If you want to change the price which is coming in the order you need to change its condition record, for this kindly follow the following steps:
1-     First go to the Analysis Tab on VF02 and check which pricing procedure is maintained over there.
2-     Then check the condition type you want to change the records for, click on the extension icon before the Condition type you will get the access sequence which is maintained for the Condition type.
3-     Click on the access sequence and see on the right side of the screen on which basis the condition records are maintained for it.
4-     The condition record may appear like customer/material/plant.
5-     Now use T Code VK12, on the initial screen it will ask for Condition Type, enter the condition type and press enter for which you want to change the value.
6-     The system will ask for the key combination of the condition type which you will get from the step 3 & 4.
7-     In the next screen it will ask for the values of key combination which are present on the analysis view(step 3 & 4)
8-     Once you enter these data and press f8(execute) you will reach to the next screen where you can change the condition record for the condition type.

Hi MK,
While condition customizing in "chnages can be made" manual entries if you select manual entry has priority "c" then only you can overwrite the condition value
but for selection "B" you will not be able to overwrite because this value is flowing auto from conition record
If you think logically if you are maintaining condition record and condition value is flowing auto why system should allow you to change instead you can change the condition record from where the value is flowing
And if you want that value to be always overwritten make "c" as priority
Hope this clears your doubt

with Transaction NACE we maintained thousands of message condition records.
Now we have to change for all this message condition records the "Number of Messages" (Table NACH Field ANZAL).
Is there a mass change Option available or is there a function module we could use?

i think you want to change All condition records of some condition type In NACE , you want to change Date and Time ex:

Yes it is possible in NACE T.code level only
So here Give What is Your application like V2
Now click on condition record and Just go to change mode And give application V2 Example
after this change Date here it will applicable to all condition type what ever in your V2 Application and all condition type
Apart from This i thing some Function Module May be there but i cant recall
