Log of print out of dunning runs?

Hi All,
Can someone please let me know in which table I can find a log of the "print out of dunning runs"?
I have made a test in T. code F150. I selected a printer and did a dunning run in Belgium for a Danish customer.
The status is: Select and print is complete.
In table MAHNV I see the dunning run, dunning date, selection:2 and printed: F.
According to a person in Denmark, the dunning forms were not printed on that printer in Denmark.
What can be the reason why it is not printed?

Sorting print output of dunning run

Hi all,
One of our clients has a machine which puts letters in envelopes. He wants us to print some code (basically stripes) on the dunning letters following a certain sequence, so all letters for one customer end up in the same envelope. In order for this to work we need all letters for one customer to come out 'one after the other'.
But - we don't know for sure how the print output is sorted and if we can control it - basically, we woul like to sort the output on customer. Because our customer can have different dunning letters if he has posts in different dunning areas or dunning levels, and we want all his letters to come out the one after the other, even if they belong to different dunning areas or dunning levels. We are using SapScript for the dunning letters.

What is the name of the SAP standard program you are using to produce the Dunning letters ?
Please provde me with this so I can look into this as I suspect there is an easy way possibly to achieve this for you.

Dunning Run - Printing Termination Error

Friends,
We have a dunning run dated 20-Dec-2006 that is repeatedly giving the error 'Printout terminated'. This dunning run has also locked some of the customer accounts. As a result, we are not able to carry out further dunning runs.
Please advise urgently how to solve the problem.

Dunning has been carried out succesfully throughout the previous year till 20-Dec-2006.
The customer master record has not been updated with this dunning run. How to delete the update?
I have SAP_ALL so what else would I need to delete the dunning run.

Version wise print out of Scheduling Agreement

Hi,
Client uses scheduling agreement extensively. One SA per annum per vendor is maintained as a policy. A number of items are included almost on a weekly basis. Some times, they miss to take the print out of say version 10 and currently the version is say 15. In some cases, this print out of version 10 might be lost in transit.
Now, user wants to take the print out of version 10 alone. Currently, the print out is designed such that the latest version (15) only can be printed with the corresponding change alone (or) the total SA can be printed including details as per current version (15).
We can not ask them to send the total SA print out as it runs into pages.
Please advise how can I take the print out of SA for version 10 alone, in the above case.

HOW TO DELETE DUNNING RUN AFTER PRINT OUT?

does anybody know if it's possible to cancel a dunning run after the notices have been printed (except manually by changing all documents and all master data)

Why do you want to re-run the Dunning run after printing them out?
Anyway there is a program SAPF150D2 that enables you to re-edit the Dunning run. However whilst a Dunning letter is not a legal letter it is binding and so to add some control to SAP I am sure there is not a way where you can cancel the run and start again. What is to say that you send the wrong letters out.
You can create a simple program to go to FB09 to delete the Dunning level and the date of the last Dunning run.

Parental Controls, Print out Log

Hello,
I do various mac tech support/advice for several elementary school teachers.
One has asked it I can print out the website use log in the 10.5 Parental Controls for one of her student's accounts. I was wondering if there is a good way print it, short of using the apache2 log files in the Console.
I hope I'm just not missing something obvious.

I understand all of that. But in my case, it's my kids' accounts. They don't do any "important sfuff" that would be lost if they were force logged out. All they do is use a web browser to play flash-based online games and watch YouTube videos. They often just let their time run out instead of logging out, and their broswers then continue to use up to 90% of CPU and continue to use enormous amounts of internet bandwidth "displaying" the Flash crud, which slows down everything for everyone else who uses the computer.
Firing up Activity Monitor and force logging them out gets tiring. A way to have their accounts force logged out at the end of their time, instead of just being bumped to the login window, would be a godsend.

Centralized Dunning run and local printing requirement

Hello SAP FICO experts,
I have a requirement at my client as follows.
To schedule dunning run centrally for all company codes or selected company codes periodically and automatically.
Ability to print dunning letters in local offices in each country.
So far the users are manually scheduling the dunning run, going forward they want to automate the dunning run centrally and print dunning letters manually in each country.
Please advise me on what are the steps to implement this solution.

You should maintain the factory calender properly. As per your replay it has been mentioned that dunning procedure requires Holiday calender which is all right. But Holiday calender is always integrated with factory calender and you are assigning Holiday calender means factory calender is also linked with dunning procedure. Pl see the screen shot how it is integrated. In this screen saturday & sunday is holiday with other public holiday as under.
Therefore make the above . It is working properly. If due date falls on friday with 2 days of grace, in that case if you run the dunning notice on monday ,1st notice will be generated. Regarding the resetting of grace what you have mentioned will not be there. Because the customer has already availed 2 days of grace with in the holiday and giving another extra 2 days as grace by resetting is not possible in the system. Logically it is not required also, you can explain the client.
Actually the grace period is there to generate the dunning notice after the grace period is over only and nothing else. The real over due date is calculated from the due date of the bills. That is why it is not also logical to make again delay in generating dunning notice by another 2 days by resetting the system,therefore not provided in the system.

I am using F150 for print dunning letters more than one customers. But I click "Sample printout" then i give printer name ,customer ID'S and click print immediately. but the dunning letters not printed.
i want print more than one customers dunning letters when click print button in F150.
Anybody please tell me what is problem?.

Hi,
After creating the Dunning, i.e. after maintaining the parameters, Dunning RUN should be done.
At this time, based on the customer and company code and other relevant dependent data, it any suitable documents are found, then only it will generated the dunning letters and can be seen in the job which is created in SM37.
So first check whether any data is populated or not.
Then only the similar data can be printed.
You can also check in the dunning history.

Can someone run this for me and tell me what it prints out?

Bad dunning run in FICA

Hi. we use IS-utilities. We had a dunning run in which we were expecting to get almost 10,000 SVNs (pre termination notifications) but we only got 370 of them.
I checked the dunning proposal and activity runs and everything is okay. The back. jobs also finished succesfully.
When i try to open the application logs from fpvb, i get a pop up saying that " <account # of the 371st contract that i was expectint> was not closed" . !!
tech info shows its message no. EMMA142
any idea why the dunning activity only processed a few and what can else can i check ?

Hi Sundar,
Your requirement can be achieved by configuration.
Go to the following path in SPRO-
IMG->Financial Accounting->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning->Dunning by Dunning Procedure->Configure Dunning Procedure.
After configuring the dunning procedure, when you are creating the individual dunning levels for a particular dunning procedure, there is "History and dunning print out" section , where in you will a "Print All items" check box.
If you set this indicator, all open items that fulfill the same criteria for dunning grouping are printed on a dunning notice.
If this indicator is not set, only those items due to be dunned are printed (the items that have reached the number of days in arrears).
So in your scenario, it will not be set, then only the item which has hit level 2 will go to the customer.

How to delete the dunning run and dunning notice?

If I created a dunning run with a future date and this has been printed, then I can not delete this dunning, so I just delete the job. But when I try to create a new dunning for the same customer, the system do not allowed me to dunned again. Is there anyone can help me on this issue?

Hi,
if you have executed a dunning run up to the Dunning selection executed, then you can delete the run from the menu path Dunning notices -> Delete dunning run. This will not delete the parameters, only the selection run. customers will be released from dunning block.
However, if you have executed the print, i.e. your dunning run has the status, dunning notice printed, then you will not be able to delete it using this route. The customers block is released when the print out is taken.
If you want to delete the run, then you can try re-organising the run, using the menu path Environment - Reorganisation. I am not sure whether this will release cusomers, try it on a test system and see.

SLG1 logging report : print error says 'This object is not documented'

Hi,
I run the logging report (SLG1) and selected one of the line items from the
list, then I pressed F6 (button with the spectacles) to view the
technical information. This was presented, but when I try to print this
information I get the message 'This object is not documented'.
Do anyone know wht this error is displayed? How do I correct it so that I can print the info required.

This is might be because of some user settings in the SAP with print parameters.
As of now if you want to do the below operation, you can by pass the error message available in the function module and take the print out.
In the function module DOCU_PRINT, error is avialable at line no. 318,
message i775(sd) with text-310.

PO print OUT And material Document Print Out is coming In English

I have Created Vendor In ZH(chinese Language,)and in material master I have maintained description in Chinese language.
I'M taking PO and material Documents print outs in Chinese Server log-in.
even Though Im taking Print outs in Chinese Log-In server, IM getting Print outs in English Language only not In chines language..
At the Time Of PO creation the Communication Language is ZH(Chines)..
I have read some related post even 89899..
But I have not find solution

Check SAP Note 894444 - Tool for server-based printing on Windows (SAPSprint) for your requirement,
Installation
Before you install SAPSprint, delete SAPLPD manually. To do this, you normally need to completely delete the installation directory only. If you installed SAPLPD as a service using the srvany tool, you can remove the service by calling 'Instsrv SAPLPD remove'.
You can download SAPSprint as a self-extracting executable file from SAP Service Marketplace:
1. Entry by Application Group (on the left)
2. SAP Frontend Components (on the right)
3. SAPSPRINT (on the right)
4. SAPSPRINT <Release> (on the right)
5. SAPSPRINT <Release> (on the right)
6. Win32 (on the right)
Start the program. After you enter the installation path, the system prompts you to enter the TCP/IP port.
Normally, the default setting of 515 is suitable for the port. You should only change this setting if the Windows TCP/IP print service is also running on the computer. The SAPSprint Windows service starts as soon as the installation is over.
We recommend that you set up the following options for the service in the Windows Service Control Manager:
The service should run under a domain user that has the relevant authorizations for the required printers. After the installation, the service runs under "Local system account". This can access locally-defined printers only. You can set the user in the Windows Service Control Manager, in the options of the SAPSprint service.
If you want to delete SAPSprint, you can do so using the normal Windows uninstall tool.
We recommend that you install the SAPSprint service on a separate computer and not together with a SAP system, especially if you use a large number of printers. All printers that SAPSprint uses must be installed on the SAPSprint computer. This applies particularly to released printers from other computers. These should be installed as a queue on the SAPSprint server.
Also note further settings in accordance with Note 1069483.
Settings
You can display the call parameters available for SAPSprint by calling 'sapsprint -?' on the command line. The most important parameters are those that set options, especially log options for troubleshooting.
You can set the log level to 5 by specifying 'sapsprint -oi LogLevel 5'. Immediately after installation, no log level is set up, which means that no log file is created. By setting the log level to 1, 5, or 9, you can ensure that more information is available in the directory that you specified during the installation. A file called sapsprint.dbg and a print job specific file with a variable name are generated. The second file is deleted after successful printing. It is only retained if the printout is recognized as incorrect. If you set the option 'sapsprint -oi KeepFile 1', then both this file and the print file are retained. This is primarily intended for troubleshooting by SAP Support.
All options are case-sensitive. You can display the most important SAPSprint options by calling 'sapsprint -?'. All possible options are described in Note 85469. Normally, the options described there are not necessary - you should use them only in exceptional circumstances.
