Logged-In Resource Check

How do i perform a check to see if there are any logged-in resources before the caller is placed into queue.  The need is to prevent callers from being placed into queue in case the company is closed during what would normally be open hours.

Use the Get Reporting Statistics step in the scripts to get the realtime statistics.
Based on the result, u can direct ur call-flow.

    If I look in Real-Time Reporting, the number of logged-in resources is 29.  If I go on the CLI and run show uccx cad license usage, it's telling me that there are 26 licences in use.
    What's the reason for the difference?
    I've tried counting the supervisors, but that doesn't give me the difference.

    Could you please cross check wih the UCCX's Real Time reporting ,Overall Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Stats report.
    To access the Overall Unified CCX Stats report, choose              Reports                   > Overall Cisco Unified Contact Center Express                     Stats from the Application Reporting menu bar.
    Number of resources currently logged in.
    This will give the accurate results.

    After creating data source when we restart the weblogic/soa/osb server..we are getting following error.

    I checked the table 'WL_LLR_SOA_SERVER1', this tables have poolnamestr = 'soa_domain//soa_server1'..
    some times we get the error: 'WL_LLR_SOA_SERVER1', row 'JDBC LLR Domain//Server' record had unexpected value 'base_domain//soa_server1' expected value 'soa_domain//soa_server1'>* .*
    My concern is ..we have only one domain (soa_domain) also 'WL_LLR_SOA_SERVER1' table is populated with correct value..then from where 'base_domain' value is coming?
    Our SOA server is running on linux 64 bit platform. and it's not a cluster installation.
    can some one suggest me how to fix this issue.

    Yes We have only one domain and this issue we face when we bounce the server after creating datasources.
    Sometime this issue also appear when we try to deploy the datasource in managed/admin server.. for example..
    An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
    weblogic.application.ModuleException:
    JDBC LLR, table verify failed for table 'WL_LLR_SOA_SERVER1', row 'JDBC LLR Domain//Server' record had unexpected value 'soa_domain//AdminServer' expected 'soa_domain//soa_server1'*** ONLY the original domain and server that creates an LLR table may access it ***

    so your starting it up and its just crashing right away, yes? can you tell me what app it acutally is? as iOS6 is so new my thought would be that its probably incompatable with it at this time, im having trouble with my networks app that just will not let me log in at all!
    id suggest going to the page of the app on the app store and look to see if it says if its compatable or not? as for a error log its in usage data, which is in settings > general > about, and i think its near the bottom.

    We are using sendmail in an internal VB script. My boss is not getting emails sent to her from this script.
    Is there a log I can view (similar to the GWIA log for external messages) that will tell me if the Groupwise system even tried to process it?
    Because I am using a script and not the client, I cannot check the sent status. (I think...)

    First of all you'd be better learning pure object api rather than
    shelling out.
    Second of all, were you using object api it would generate sent item. I
    think sendmail avoids this.
    Third of all, the only other way to trace is have the POA on verbose
    logging and see what happens. Obviously easier to interpret off hours.

  • Monitoring when users Log to resources remotely

    I'm trying to monitor when users access another computer in the domain remotely.  I check out the logs from the Domain Controller on event viewer (WindowsLogs) and it shows me some events where I can see that a user logged on a sepecific machine. 
    But when I run a test my logging in to a remote server I do not see an entry tha shows anything related to an access to the remote server.
    Is there anything I need to enable on the domain controller or any other logs I can take a look at?

    Yes as Eltan says you need to consider there are two blocks of abap program:
    - the first one is the driver program (but it seems there's no problem here because it called the smartform quickly)
    - the second one is inside the smartform (It's possible to write abap routine in the smartform), and it seems the problem could be here
    The variable c_form_name has the name of the smartform, you can manage it by transaction SMARTFORMS
    but now it's not possible to say you why the print takes too long time, you need to do a trace

    I set my macpro up for icloud after updating all software in lion.  I am able to sign on to www.me.com but when I want to go into mail which is grouped in an icon with contacts, calendar, and find my phone a log in screen comes up with my email address for the icloud but I am unable to put in a password.  The screen is froze.  What can I do?  I converted my macbook pro over to icloud which worked fine.  I feel like something went wrong setting up my macpro for the icloud.  What can I do?

    If the power is suddenly removed there is no time to write a log entry.
    Can you not get what you need from the boot times? If it booted and wasn't supposed to have been shut down that would be a clue.
