any idea what's going on? I was very shortly welcome, before even attempting to login with my ID, by that screen (see attached) ... that's obviously not me. It's h

Not only that anomaly, I started getting old-style page layouts in the threads... I thought it was HAL5000 trying to get my Firefox goat, so I tried Safari = NewStyle in it. Thought maybe a recent update in TFF to 31.1.1 might be to blame, so I did a total reset of TFF back to stock - no add-ons, totally default prefs.Voila! NewStyle threads. Had to get add-ons anew. After a minimal # of really favorite add-ons - ReloadEvery, multiple clipboard, Stylish (so I could enjoy tt2's magenta modification) & AdBlockPlus (for other sites, of course) - uh oh! OldStyle threads again! (I took snaps of an example, but alas... read on). Another total reset of TFF. Joy with NewStyle threads. Fetched another ReloadEvery and still joy. Decided to call it a night. This AM, tried to reply to this post of yours - whaddya know - both of arrow's posts and this one of yours were non-existent on this page. Posted a reply to the OPost of arrows and magic! Every missing post is now here - with the exception of the one which you reference about the OldStyle email. As I said in reply to arrow above(below?), I tested Safari last evening. In it, I told it to use the 'User Agent' for TFF. Looked 'normal' = just like Safari = totally NewStyle and functioning. All this took ±1 hour of my 'valuable' time. This AM, your 'latest' reply link at the top (this post to which I am replying) was a dead link = click = nada.
Conclusion = there is a Ghost in the Machine! My belief is that all my reset efforts were coincidental to intermittent poltergeist behaviors, i.e., a total waste of my time and effort - I have not even begun to reinstate my browser to its former glory. To say I am more than peeved is understatement.

Notice how the username is now the entire email address and not just the username. I have no idea why it thinks that that is their username. Any ideas?Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you got query failed error.
Melick had written a blog said that the form access the user profile web service (Userprofileservice.asmx) using UDC
file.
You can check whether the UDC connection was still pointing to root site.
You can change this file to match with the sub site collection. Otherwise there may be a cross domain access issue.

Logging on with the same user?
Hi all,
I know there is some rule that allows a user to log on more than once. A client of mine says they could always log in to the same company twice with the same username, but now they can't. They can only log on to 2 different companies with the same user name.
Was there a change made or am I missing something? I have tested on a single computer. I open 2 instances of SAP Business One 2007 and log in with the same user into the same company. THe first one logs on fine, the second one says "This user is already connected to this company". If I log on to a different company with that user it logs in.
I really thought you could log on with the same user to the same company.
The company has a distributed environment and people run around every now and again logging on at different computers (especially supervisors). This is a critical issue for them.

I am not sure if you might have changed the default layout of SQL Management Studio, so you should
log on to Management Studio and go to Menu 'Window' -> 'Reset Window Layout'.
This will restore the default layout, which usually is the very same after a fresh SQL Server 2005 installation.
Now you should find on the left hand side the so called Object Explorer. In the Object Explorer Window you should see the SQL Server name, below of this should be
SQL Server name
+Databases
+Security
+Server Objects
+Replication
-Management
+Mantenance Plans
+SQL Server Logs
Activity Monitor
+Notification
Maybe there are some more entries, depending on the options choosen during installation.

CSD Problem: Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with
Hi Folks,
Last month, I had encountered this incident "Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with" when I launched the CSD. When I looked at other supervisors account of the same team we were just the two of us. We are using AD and I am sure we have unique username/password. It worked before. I restarted the application, I uninstall then re-install. I cannot find any solution to it. Hope you can help me resolve this issue. I attached the snapshot of the error.

/aullorenzo8Do you have access to the UCCX(E) server? If so, run the showlicenseusage.exe file next time it happens and find out what IP address the "other" user is logged in as you from.
program files\cisco\desktop\bin\showlicenseusage.exe
Another possibility is that the machine you are logging in on already has an instance of CSD running that you are logged in to. Check your task manager for an already running process (supervisor.exe). -

Did you purchase or download the apps with your old ID? Apps are tied to the ID that is was purchased from.
If it is a new app you bought with your new ID, you can go into settings - appstore- apple id and then log out. -

Yes the phone belongs to me. It was purchased from United Kingdom Vodafone to West Africa, i had to factory unlock to use any sim in it. so it belongs to me. I am trying to import songs to my new macbook pro from my old computer using home sharing. Both computers say that home sharing is now on but neither show up in each other's library menu. I am logged on with the same apple id for both computers. and both are on a stable wireless connection
Logging into itunes store on each machine wth different Apple IDs is OK Autorising each others machines with the other Apple ID is OK. This is completley separate from Home Sharing
For Home Sharing to work you need to
File > Home Sharing > Create Home Share.
You need to select one of the two Apple IDs you are using and ENTER THIS ON BOTH MACHINES WHEN CREATING THE HOME SHARE.

I used my only Apple ID to purchase my iMac (Intel-based one). I've never been able to update core apps that came with it. I can update third party apps I've bought (like Coda), but when I try to update Garage Band, iPhoto, iMovie and so on, a popup message appears saying "You have updates available for other accounts" and "Log in with the account you used to purchase this app in order to update it", or similar (see screenshot above).
The OS seems to get its updates fine - it's just the core apps from the App Store.
I've only ever had one Apple ID, so I have no idea what to do. I went to ask the Genius bar at my local Apple store, and they couldn't help, and insisted that I must have purchased the iMac using a different account, but I definitely didn't. There are a few posts on non-Apple forums of this happening to other people, so it must be a rare bug.
I'm a little concerned it may affect my ability to update from Lion to Mountian Lion. Can anyone help?
DanHave you done a Disk Repair and a Disk Permissions Repair?
If that doesn't resolve the problem I would suggest calling customer support about this issue as it is most likely on their (Apple's) end that the problem exists. -
I am unable to update my apps... in my purchases page it appears as "update", then a message tells me to log on with the Apple ID I purchased the app with... Well I have tried my two different accounts and neither one will work, can someone help ??
And is there any way to sync all my purchases and accounts to just have one... It is a bit stupid that you dont even get a list of something of what account you may of used, or some kind of hint, so you could log on to the right account. I am really stuck ...

I have a live login and MS ID 4 my SkyDrive account but I only use my MS touch with 8.1, SkyDrive and office 365 for mobility.
And I still like to backup to my own server!!!
What would be good is if I can put all the software licenses and product keys of the software and keep a record of my mac addresses for hardware and even static IP's in a file or a secure location within the MS online store.
That's where MS wants me to get my computing needs from in future and I will always be able to retrieve it in future but what about the $$$$$ I have spent on software, hardware and applications prior to now???

That's crap - This is a clean brand spanker install of Win7 and there was nothing b4 I put the oem drivers from Toshiba back on.
I looked at dozens of support pages and forum blogs and tried for hours to get a copy to download - including incognito and other logins but because my default PC name is also my MS Windows live ID the same error was repeated.
I keep away from the non MS sites for these things and with good reason - there were heaps of similar users with the same issue or very close to it that had downloaded from a supposed MS copy from eValue or digital river etc and the next
thing was total corruption of the OS.
EVENTUALLY I found a LIVE MS chat on a support site in the US and she gave me a link to a slightly older version which will need updating and some reg edit changes but so far, so good.
The point is - what a crock !
I should be able to just keep all my software, drivers, updates, service packs, and versions that I have upgraded in the MS store.

I setup my iCloud account on my iPhone 5 with the wrong e mail address, and I don't remmber the password, I reset my tel and erase all the information on my iPhone in order to try to set up a new iCloud account but when I restart I have a problem agaIn , they ask me to put again the old iCloud user account and password, what I can do in order to start the phone when I don't have the correct e mail and I don't remmber the passcode.?
I have the same problem as the emails go to my iCloud account that I cannot access!!! I cannot answer the security questions as someone else must have set up my iCloud account. Nothing seems to work. It would be great if someone has some ideas as what can be done to recover the situation?

I am totally frustrated by the fact that now i have gone to iCloud and after a few synchs, my contacts are all mixed up with the wrong information. For instance, my email and phone number comes up under someone else's name (a thousand contacts). I dont know how to repair this. what a nightmare
An icloud account is designed to be used by just one user. If you have given your ID or set up your account on someone else's device, then their data will be mingled with your or worse.
