Logic 7 won't install on my New Mac

Hi,
I have version 7.2 of Logic Pro which I've enjoyed using for many years.
I recently purchased a MacBook Air and want to continue using Logic Pro. However, when I tried to install it, I got the following message:
"you can't open the application LogicPro.mpkg because powerPc applications are no longer supported".
I take it that my new operating system (Mac OS X Lion 10.7) is too new for my version of Logic.
Without spending loads of money on a new version of Logic, is there a way around this problem?
I understand that I could purchase an upgrade, BUT - as I haven't been able to even install the version of Logic I do have, will an update be of any use?

IPhoto won't install on my new mac mini

All other apps installed fine. I have the dual-core 1.66GHz intel with 1GB of factory installed RAM. When i tried to start iphoto it said "application is incomplete or damaged". I tried twice to install iPhoto again using the bundled software install on the DVDs but i got errors both times. Could i have a faulty DVD disc? here is the install log error message any help would be appreciated...

Could you try clearing your data and cache from the Google Play Store to see if that solves the problem?
On my system I go to: Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->All->Google Play Store, then I click the Clear Data and Clear Cache buttons.

Stephylei you will want to download the Mac versions of the installation files. If you purchased the software from Adobe, and choose the download option at the time of purchase, then the download will be available under your account. You can find more details at Find a download link on Adobe.com.

Does the iPod show up in iTunes on the Mac? If not try:

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
Otherwise what happens when you try to sync? Note that you can only sync with one iTunes library/computer. If that is the problem you should go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase and content and setting and set up the iPod on you computer/iTunes library. One content on the iPod does not belong to you.

Chas50 I would recommend removing the currently installed Adobe Creative software. You can then install the new versions of the Adobe Creative software included with your membership.
