Logic Pro 7.2.1 Update is not recognizing my 7.2.0 app. HELP!

grrrrr, this is so frustrating!
Logic Pro 7.2.1 Update is not recognizing my 7.2.0 app. Any ideas?

To prevent cheating, the updater checks the receipts
first — receipts files look like regular package
files, but they're actually a list of pointers to the
files installed from that package, together with
their attributes: location, checksums, owner,
permissions, and so on... That's how the repair
permissions function works.
If you messed with your receipts folder, you may be
out of luck: in this case, re-installing everything
will rebuild the receipts and the updating
should take place.
Yet another option would be to use Pacifist:

packages
• it can be used to force installation of any file
from a given package
Be aware that Pacifist doesn't run any of the
pre-install, post-install, pre-upgrade, or
post-upgrade scripts, doesn't check already existing
receipts, and doesn't alter the permissions
afterwards, so you'd better know what you're doing...
