Logic X default key commands - I accidentally deleted them. How can I get them back? Is it necessary to reinitialize the program or can I get the key commands somewhere else? Thanks!

Choose Logic Pro X > Key Commands > Edit
From the Key Commands window, choose Options > Presets.
What do you see in that menu? You should see something like this:

  • I-cloud in my i-pad settings was accidentally deleted. How can I get this back?

Usually I-cloud is in the settings folder under mail, contacts, etc. It isn't there and I'm not sure where it went to or when.  Is there a way for me to get it back without having to buy it?

iCloud is free. If your iPad is running iOS 5, there will be an iCloud item in the main Settings list. Click that and you should be able to set the iCloud account up again.

i accidentally deleted iMovies, how do i get it back?
i went to app store to get it but it says to accept but when i accept it says it that it was already accepted, my mac book is still under warranty.

You'd need to do a full install of the OS, not an update. You can use recovery (Command + R keys) during boot up or restart. Your files will not be deleted (unless you choose to erase your drive) - but make sure you have a backup anyway. General info here:

I rented a movie today and accidentally deleted it, how do I get it back without paying again?

As far as I know rentals are one-off downlaods, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    Oh!
First thing I think would be to do a search for the folder in case it's somehow got moved.
Failing that, you can retrieve the folder from your original installer disc using Pacifist.
Insert the disc (don't boot from it) and open the installer package with Pacifist. Navigate to the Desktop Pictures folder (might be a bit more fiddly to find in the package structure). When you find it, select the folder, right-click (or ctrl-click) and select 'install in default location' from the context menu.
Exit Pacifist and eject the disc.
    Best of luck!

you are responsible for reinstalling any apps.  It is not Apples responsibility as outline the the service agreement.  Do you have the product key?

If you are running Lion then all drivers are distributed through Software Update. You do not need to install anything, other than to install the printer in System Preferences > Print & Scan. If you already added the printer while it was connected using USB, you might want to delete it and set it up again wirelessly to avoid confusion. Or, give them two distinct names e.g. "Photosmart D110 (USB)" and "Photosmart D110 (wireless)".
All scanning functions are now performed using Preview, but you can also access the scanner through the same Print & Scan preference pane, or with Image Capture.
This HP document may help explain how driver software is distributed now:

  • Accidentally Deleted iCal, How do I get it back?

Hello, I am a recent convert to the mac universe, so I'm still a little new to all of the functionality . I was trying to change the icon for my iCal, and as one thing led to another, I managed to delete the program. Before I knew what I was doing, it was gone from my trash can, and now I can't seem to get it back. I tried to see if I could get a new download of the application from the apple website, but my mac says that the application can run on my computer's architecture. So, I'm thinking I messed up something bad, because now I can't install the program. Does anyone have any idea what I did wrong here, and how I can undo it? I don't have my timemachine set up yet either, so that option is out. Thank you for any help you can provide me.

My suggestion is to be happy. iCal with Leopard is a bust. Highly touted, not working. Not syncing. Publishing to the web? Fine, if you don't mind the events being off by 1, 2, 3, or whatever hours (making the published calendar untrustworthy). Moreover, Apple doesn't seem to care.

  • Safari accidentally DELETED!! Can I get it back?

I by accident deleted Safari and I don't have the installation CD. So now I'm stuck without Safari and when I try and download a version that works with 10.3.9 it looks for a previous version of Safari but obviously I don't have this. Could someone help me in getting the latest version of Safari that works on 10.3.9 on my computer. Is there any way?

    Hi
    Welcome to Apple Discussions
This is somewhat obscure, however, there does exist a downloadable copy of Safari 1.2. You'll need to use another browser, or someone else's computer to get a copy.
Before downloading, open the Finder. There navigate to HD>Library>Receipts and move to the trash (command/delete) any Safari receipt package.
Next, download Safari 1.2 from here.
Once installed, apply the 10.3.9 Combined Update. Do not use the computer during the install. Once done, go to your Utilities folder>Disk Utility and "repair permissions". This update brings Safari up to v 1.3 (unless Apple has since updated the Combined Update to include Safari 1.3.2). You can check Safari's version by going to the Finder: Applications>Safari.app and opening the Info panel of the application (command/I keys after single clicking on Safari). If it's 1.3.2 you're complete.
Otherwise, you can bring Safari up to version 1.3.2 as follow: first, apply the 1.3.1 update, followed by the 1.3.2 update. Once finished, again "repair permissions".
Now go to Software Update in your System Preferences and check for updates. There may or may not be Security Updates for Safari. If there are, select them and let them install. As mentioned above, do not use the computer while the Installer is running.

  • I accidentally deleted a photobook--can I get it back?

I've been regularly backing up with Time Machine but can't seem to find the book.  I have all of the photos--no problem there, but I don't know where to look in Time Machine.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
    MB

Ok, how do I go about doing that, and what exactly will that entail?  Will it restore every photo I've ever deleted, or just since the last Time Machine sync?  When I'm in TM, I see all of the photos that I've used and albums and such in the left hand margin, but there's no heading for Keepsakes, which books fall under.

  • I have accidentally deleted Safari and can't get it back...

I've read previous topics about this problem, but none of them have solved it for me.
I'm running Tiger, and do not have Leopard.
I tried the install disc method which involves running the Optional Installs.mpkg file, but that file is not on my install disc. I do have a similar file, but among the programs it installs (such as Garage Band, Mail, etc), Safari is not one of them.
It's probably worth noting that I do have Safari.app in my applications folder, but the icon is a generic application icon, not the safari icon, and when I click to run it, it tells me it is incomplete or damaged, and cannot run.
Please, I'd really appreciate any solution to this problem. Thank you.

*Hi Captain, Welcome* to Apple's Users Help Users Forums.
Neils method will certainly work. I think you can do it this way too. On your install disc look for Optional installs. You will then need to Combo update to where you want to be. (10.4.11)

I really can't find/ figure out where the discs that people recomended- please help.

If it came with Lion or later pre-installed, then re-download it from your App Store purchases. If your computer came with Snow Leopard or earlier then it is on one of the original discs that came with the computer. If you don't have them you can purchase replacements from Apple:
