Logical DG startup issue

Question

Hi,
I have logical standby (broken ??)
I started it, I got :

Hello;
Broker seems to be confused, given your error I wonder if you have a NODELAY option while DelayMins is 0 ( That part you show )
Restart the physical standby with this command:
ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE USING CURRENT LOGFILE DISCONNECT FROM SESSION;
or use another method to get broker to restart the apply service so it is consistent with the specified value of the DelayMins property.
