Login change results in problem

I changed my web .asp web site to use levels when I log in and now I cannot log in at all. If I change it back to use username and password only it still works.

There would be Tab called Assigned Inspection Points, when you are doing Results Recording. Click on that TAB you will get to select the Inspection POint for which you want to record again and ther on you can Unlock and change the results.
To reach up to this, right click on the already assigned inspection point and you will have the option, as suggested above

  • CAD - Unable to login agent due to problems in JTAPI or CM

    Hi Guys,
    I have the next issue: I have a 7911 that is not connecting to JTAPI. I know that this is an issue on the config of the CM, but I have double checked and I have the phone added on the JTAPI user.
    This phone uses extension mobility also, but every time I login with a valid CAD user I get that error.
    I have changed the phone on that cad, and with a different phone it works fine.

    Thanks a lot for your time!

    Hi,
    Thanks for the answer. This Week I  reboot this CUCM, but the issue remains. I also tried stoping the CTI manager process, but didnt help.
    The version of the CUCM is: 6.1.2.1000-13
    The version of the IPCCX is: 5.0(2)SR01_Build053
    I checked if the User's Device Profile was associated, I'm not sure if it is. I enter the user device profile and then I check that this user was assosiated with CTIManager. Do this means that this profile is associated?
    Please let me know if anyone have had any similar issue.
    Thanks a lot for all your help in this matter.

  • Change Result analysis key in WBS element

    Hi Friends,
    Is it possible to change result analysis key in WBS element?
    Any thoughts/suggestions would be welcome.
    Regards,
    Soumya

    Hi Soumya ,
    Changing an RA Key in a WBS Element is easy and it just any normal activity which one can do. But the important thing is that you will have to look at the potential repurcussions which will arise because of changing the RA Key. As long as both the RA keys have the same valuation method and other relevant settings , changing would be OK. If the Valuation methods are different then there would be inconsistencies in Financial Accounting as the computation of revenues / cost of sales would be differing.
    Excercise due caution .
    Regards,
    Venkat.

    My iPhoto hasn't upgraded at all, just the icon has changed, but the all graphic hasn't changed, whats the problem ?

    I'm having the same problem...it says that it upgraded (it says iPhoto 9.5 when I go into 'About iPhoto') and the new features seem to be there (when I click on share, I have the new option of ordering photo's like it shows in the pictures on the site, ordering a photo album, etc), but the main user interface is still the old one. Instead of having the new buttons on the bottom for Events, Faces, etc, I still have all of those on the old toolbar on the lefthand side...so confused haha.

  • Login as Root password problem (the changed password isn't working!)

    I have enabled root user. I've changed my password for root user a couple of time and I am still not cable to login as root!! (username: root).
    Any thoughts and help? thanks a lot! Alon.

    Hello Stephen,
    Change of password is not done via configtool. Configtool secure store just stores the current password which is taken by SDM during the deployment.
    To change the password of the administrator user, you will need to enable SAP*. Please follow note Note 669848.
    1. open the configtool: C:\usr\sap\<InstenceID>\JC<xx>\j2ee\configtool --> configtool.bat
    ex: C:\usr\sap\J9E\JC09\j2ee\configtool ---> configtool
    2. Activate the "super admin" and enter password(this is your choice) in configtool properties:
    In Config tool: cluster-data>Global Server configuration>services--> com.sap.security.core.ume.service
    find below ume properties and change values as i mentioned
    ume.superadmin.activated=TRUE
    ume.superadmin.password= < enter password>
    3. Save the changes in configtool. click on Save button.
    4. Stop the j2ee engine.
    5. Start the j2ee engine.
    6. Now you login to UME with username "SAP*" and password "what you entered in configtool"
    7. After logging into UME Search for user "administrator" then unlock this user; or if you want to change password you can change it.
    8. Goto config tool follow step 1:
    9. Follow step2: and change ume property values as below:
    ume.superadmin.activated=FALSE
    ume.superadmin.password= (note: seta as default or blank)
    10. Save the change setting in configtool.
    11. Restart the j2ee engine ( Stop and Start).
    12. Now login to user as "Administrator"; you will succussfully loging into ume;
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Snehal

  • EDir username change resulting in WebDAV problems in Vibe

    Hello everybody,
    currently we are using a Vibe 3.3 on a SLES11 machine which was doing quite well, till a few days ago as one of the users married and the name had to be changed. After the name change in eDir, Vibe imported the new name via the scheduled LDAP sync and everything seemed to be ok.
    But now after working a few days with Vibe it showed that there is a problem with the WebDAV connection in Vibe. The user gets a Tomcat error reporting: Internal Server Error: Service org.apache.slide.simple.store.WebdavStoreMacroAdap ter@201532fc access error: No User with <New Username of the User> found.
    If I take a look at the user in his Vibe workspace I see his name like this: "Surename NewLastname (user-ID)" and the user-ID still has the old value.
    Now the question ist, do I experience a bug which might be fixed with the 3.4 version of Vibe? Has anyone else experienced this problem after renaming a user in eDir?
    Any info, hint or solution would be great

  • Password reset/change during migration [Problem an...

    Hi all,
    I would like to share a password change problem I have encountered, and some remedial steps to resolve it during the migration from Yahoo Mail to BT Mail.
    Background:
    I am a relatively new customer (less than a year) and I have a ABC@btinternet BT ID and email account name. I recently received an email informing me of the pre-requirites for the migration. I have attempted to change my password since then which resulted in being effectively locked out of my account. I tried all of the usual remedies ranging from clearing cookies and browsing data, to different browsers, deep virus and malware scans, to a completley new installation of the OS (Win 7) and even using a Linux distribution.
    Problem:
    After logging in via the BT main portal email link, I attempted to change my password via the account settings page. This appeared to be successful, and a confirmation email was received via previously set up forwarded address, which would also indicate this assertion. However, after logging out, I was unable to log back in with neither the new password, nor the old. Any attempt to reset using the lost password wizard resulted in the same initial indication of success, but ultimate failure to log in. This is rather counter intuitive.
    After several hours of live chat and telephone conversations with the help department, it was found that using the BT main page to initiate a password change for the email service was at fault.
    Solution:
    There is an alternative using the Yahoo (www.mail.yahoo.com) sign in page to initiate a password change/reset, and will work as intended. Exactly the same user experience, ie wizard completes and confirmation email, but this time the change will come into effect when logging in from the BT main page.
    [Edit]
    If you have found this after already being locked out of your account (which is very likely to be the case) simply go to the Yahoo sign in page and enter your old password. You will then be able to access your account settings to change to your new one. Similarly, a forgotten password will work from here too.
    Things to look out for:
    Some of us are under what is dubbed a "mierge journey" and this appears to be at the root of the problem. If the URL for a "Forgotten Password" contains something like
    "... /managepassword/merged_consumer_journey/forgottenpass ..."
    Then you are probably in the same situation and this advice should apply.
    Thanks go to the help team for thier tireless efforts in uncovering this issue, and please reply with any ommisions or other suggestions/situations that will help others and I'll ammend/add to this post.
    TLDR:
    Do not use the BT email sign in link when changing or restting your password.
    Do use the alternative Yahoo sign in page to change or reset your password.

    Update:
    Workaround: log in using a different client machine.
    Scary.
    It looks the same problem reported, without response, here: Apex.oracle.com SaaS Login - Must Change Password.

  • Solman_admin password changes results in errors during managed system setup

    Hello all,
    I am trying to get Solman 4.0 EHP 1 to work, but get numberous problems.
    Currently I have 6 messages at SAP, but no solution yet.
    Situation:
    Solman 4.0
    SAP_BASIS     701     0003
    SAP_ABA     701     0003
    ST-PI     2008_1_700     0000
    PI_BASIS     701     0003
    SAP_BW     701     0003

    ST-ICO     150_700     0016
    ST-SER     701_2008_2     0002
    So, it is uptodate.
    The problem:
    Changing the solman_admin password results in errors during connecting a managed system.
    In the inital setup the solman_admin is created with a pasword.
    After the basic setup I setup some managed systems.
    In the meantime I had to change the password of solman_admin
    I am logged in with solman_admin and do solman_setup to setup the managed system.
    During the setup a process tries to logon back to the solman using solman_admin and the incorrect password.
    This is the logging:
    Step SSO Details
    Found SID for SSO ACL entry : MSD
    Found login.ticket_client for SSO ACL entry : 000
    The Read entry permission on TicketKeystore/SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert was given to sap.com/tcwebadministratorsolmandiag/servlet_jsp/smd/root/WEB-INF/lib/SetupLib.jar
    The TicketKeystore/SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert was succesfully read (823 bytes)
    A failure occured while connecting to ABAP stack on localhost sys=70 client=300 user=SOLMAN_ADMIN
    !! Exception : Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts
    A failure occured while importing ABAP SSO ticket certificate in ABAP stack
    !! Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException
    Java SSO ticket certificate of MSD was imported in ABAP PSE of kswv024.mob.local (client 300)
    The Java SSO ticket certificate was successfully imported in ABAP System PSE, and the ACL updated accordingly (SID=MSD LoginTicketClient=000)
    Anyone else has this problem?
    gr
    Sander

    Just for clarification it's Solman 7.0 EHP1 correct?
    Also you may want to unlock the following user:
    localhost sys=70 client=300 user=SOLMAN_ADMIN
    Then if you navigate (in solution manager) to TCode solman_workcenter -> "Root Cause Analysis" tab ->"Agent Administration" menu item on the left -> "Applications Configuration" tab -> under the Agent Applications - Configuration menu on the left select "com.sap.smd.agent.application.global.configuration" -> Change the "Scope" drop down in the frame to the right to the SMD agent that you are using for "localhost sys=70 client=300" -> Click the "edit" button to the right of the Scope drop down box -> now find the entry below that lists "SOLMAN_ADMIN" as the user and find the corresponding password entry and update it with the new password that you changed it to -> click save and try the managed setup again.
    Hope this helps, please let me know and we can go from there.

  • Modifying Login Template results in invalid login

    Apex 3.1 on 11g using oracle http server
    If I modify the login page template template so that the login page has the same look and feel as the rest of my application, the result is that the user cannot logon.
    It appears to pass the incorrect password to the login process.
    If I go back to the original page template I can log in successfully.
    (I have even tried hardcoding the password). When I look at the authentication log, it says invalid password,
    even though the correct password was definitely used.
    I have some hidden items on page zero and on the login page and when I check the session values, I can see that some values are in the wrong items.
    I have not touched or modifed any items on the login page
    Apex 3.1 using database account authentication.
    Also, in the unmodified template, i can see the images on my navigation bar.
    But on the rest of my page templates (the navigation bar images are not displayed)

    I had to change it for hosting on apex.oracle.com since I don't have any username/password account access.
    The application(s) normally use database account authentication.
    (feel free to modify the authentication scheme/templates , if you need passwords or anything let me know)
    I still had the same problem , the one with the template not modified allowed me to log in and the one with the modified template did not.
    I have since rejigged the template and it now allows a login everytime.
    There is definitely something template related which affects the login. (I did notice that my language item was in the password field).
    I have one more issue to solve now and thats why my navigation bar images display on the login page but not on the main page. (I'll update the applications with the modified templates)

  • New Installation : Login Delays and Wifi Problems

    Hey There,
    I just a HP Pavilion DV2850ET laptop computer and decided to run Arch on it. But I have 2 major problems as for now. I'll be very pleased if I get over them.
    1) When the kernel starts loading with vga=792 parameter on, 2 Arch Linux logo shows up instead of 1.. I don't think that this is normal.
    2) I've installed all packages with the newest ISO image release: Archlinux-i686-2007.08-2.core.iso - It's installed without any problems. When the login prompt appears (that I'm going to write root to do the rest of the installation for a while) I can't write anything for about 10-15 seconds. After the 10-15 seconds of waiting, I can write whatever I want.. But this happens all the time and I have to wait everytime I open the computer. I thought that maybe this could be something related with the kernel installed so I upgraded to testing. But nothing changed. This is the most annoying part actually..
    3) I have 07:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection (rev 02) on the laptop. There are several modules for this card as far as I can see like: ipw3945, ipl3945, etc.. During the installation, I let hwdetect to fill modules part in rc.conf and it added these modules: sky2 iwl3945 snd-mixer-oss snd-pcm-oss snd-hwdep snd-page-alloc snd-pcm snd-timer snd snd-hda-intel soundcore - What are all these sound modules any way ? Are they really necessary ?
    Here are lspci and dmesg outputs. I hope they help..

    At this moment, I believe the ipw3945 module and it's deamon work better than the iwf3945. So you can start changing this. In the module line in rc.conf change iwf to ipw. In the deamons line add before the network deamon ipw3945d and youre done.

  • Windows 8 - user login and Kerberos Realm problems.

    Hi,
    Just installed Windows 8 Enterprise x64 from our MDT into our production enviroment for some final testing. I have done this with both Consumer and the Release Preview just to make sure our infrastructure can support user that want to run Windows 8 (Win
    7 Enterprise will still be the default OS for our client desktops).
    The problem I reported here with the Consumer Preview
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/W8ITProPreRel/thread/069f59be-b89c-4005-8cd2-ff5fd756825a is still alive and kicking.
    Logon after fresh reboot. (Windows 8)
    Username: XWYZ
    Password: *********
    Sign in to: "OURKERBEROSREALM.SE"
    We authenticate all our users with our Kerberos Realm and in our AD's all user passwords are random dummy placeholders, and are linked to the Kerberos realm.
    When a user lock their computer, or put it in sleep mode, they should see this at their login.
    XWYZ (their full name)
    "OURKERBEROSREALM.SE\XWYZ(their username)
    Locked
    Password: ********
    But it does not show this… it shows:
    XWYZ (their full name)
    WINDOWS DOMAIN NAME\XWYZ(their username)
    Locked
    Password: ********
    This meens that when they want to unlock their desktop, or login after sleep, it will try and authenticate their login on the domain AD and not the Kerberos realm. Howver if you choose to go back and select "other user" it defaults back to using "OURKERBEROSREALM.se"
    as "Sign in to:" domain.
    This worked flawlessly in XP, Vista and Windows 7, but not in Windows 8. Not having our Kerberos realm as default login in every scenario is kind of a bummer.

    I had some brief time looking into this, and my awesome workbuddy found that you can poke about the keys found in
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\SessionData\1
    With the LastLoggedONSAMUser and LastLoggedOnUser values I changed from from "domain"\username to "kerberosrealm"\user, and when locking my computer or restating, I now have no need to choose "other user" every time I want to login again.
    Atleast somewhere to start.

  • Login changes from WLCS 3.2 vs WLCS 3.5

    I am upgrading my current prototype using WLCS3.2 to 3.5. I use the
    exampleportal demo and plug in a few JSP's from my web application.
    In 3.2, after you enter your login information the request object that all
    portlets have access to contains 3 parameters: loginAction, username and
    password. I use this information in order to log into my application which
    allows me to have a single signon.
    In 3.5, things have changed and the only parameter that I have access to
    through the request object is 'dest' which has the path to
    /something/loginSuccess.jsp. How do I now get access to login information
    from the portal similar to what was available to me in 3.2?
    thank you
    shane

    Peter,
    Thanks for the quick reply. I'll let you know how I make out.

    Shane,
    Excellent question. Let me point you to some reading:
    1. There is a brand new security guide for 3.5 athttp://edocs.bea.com/wlcs/docs35/secguide/index.htm
    >
    2. Read the Security chapter of the Servlet 2.2 spec, found athttp://java.sun.com/products/servlet/index.html
    >
    >
    Realize that the 3.2 portal's implementation of the security mechanismpredated
    the standard J2EE declarative security model. The 3.5 release of portalreimplemented
    security to adhere to the standard. So the missing attributes is aside-effect
    of this change.
    In 3.2, the portal was responsible for doing its own user authentication.Therefore
    the username and password was available to the portal code. In 3.5, theservlet
    container (WLS) performs the authentication on behalf of the portal. Asyou see
    in the Servlet spec, the methods available to a servlet afterauthentication allow
    you to get the username via request.getUserPrincipal(). But there is nostandard
    way to get the password. So if you require the password to propagate theidentity
    to another application, you are out of luck.
    All is not lost though. I can think of three avenues for you.
    1. Reread section 11.6 of the Servlet 2.2 spec. It declares that thecontainer
    must maintain authentication at the container-scope, and not the web-appscope.
    Know that the portal is deployed as a webapp. If your secondaryapplication can
    be deployed as a J2EE web-app on the same server, authentication can bemaintained
    across web-apps.
    2. If you cannot deploy your app as a web-app, there is still anotheroption.
    WLS supports an "Authentication Filter" which is invoked both immediatelyprior
    and immediately after the j_security_check authentication mechanism. Thisallows
    you to provide a callback which accepts the HttpRequest. Therefore, youshould
    be able to stash the j_password into the Session before WLS clears it outof the
    Request. I don't have time to try this today, but if you do please postyour results!
    Read here for more info on the AuthFilterhttp://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs60//javadocs/weblogic/servlet/security/AuthFil
    ter.html
    >
    >
    3. If the above options don't work for you, you may wish to implement acustom
    WLS security realm which will provide passwords for users upon request.
    Post back to the newsgroup with your thoughts/results.

  • IChat Error: "attempted to login too many times" problem/solution

    *I don't know if its okay to post a new topic/question then answer it, but i was having this issue and finally found a resolution so i wanted to share it with everyone.*
    _*Your problem:*_ You Log into ichat then it suddenly begins to act crazy- logging in and out multiple times for no apparent reason... then its gives you the message, yes THE message "You have attempted to login too often in a short period of time. Wait a few minutes before trying to login again".
    You silently think to yourself, "w.t.f". lol.
    Okay, well different things worked for different people, it just depends on the time, the moment, and whether or not ichat wants to act right...
    SOLUTIONS:
    1. Change to SSL
    Go to iChat Menu --> Preferences --> Accounts --> Server Settings --> then check "Use SSL"
    2. Use Port 443
    iChat--> Preferences--> Server Settings --> Use port "443"
    3. Delete the user from my ichat accounts, by pressing the minus sign. Then waiting a couple minutes just to make sure that I would not get the logged in too many times error and re added the account.
    *4. THIS SHOULD MOST Definitely WORK:
    1.) Quit iChat if it is already open, and then open Finder.
    2.) Browse to your user folder (can be found by clicking on your main hard drive, then going to Users > Your Username.
    3.) Open the Library folder and go to the Preferences directory.
    4.) You’ll see a long list of files with a .plist extension. The one we’re looking for is com.apple.iChat.AIM.plist. When you find it, delete it by dragging the file to the trash.
    5.) Launch iChat and this time you should be able to sign in to your AIM account successfully. iChat will automatically rebuild the preference file you deleted.
    _*More INFO:*_
    Now some people may wonder "Why is this happening to me" I'll tell you why:
    The cause of the issue most likely roots from using your Mac at multiple locations (such as home, school, or work), which could lead to the preference files somehow getting corrupted. It sounds serious, but really shouldn't take more than a minute or so to resolve. Just follow the above steps...
    I wish I could take credit for all these, btu I just pulled them from different sites and forums, including forums.macrumers.com and macyourself.com
    I hope this helps someone out there Good Luck.
    Oh and feel free to add other ways to fix this weird issue.

  • TableView change results to save in DB

    Hi together,
    i have a problem with my tableView. I show some results in a tableView with 10 editable columns. UNDER the tableView is ONE Button to save ALL changes inside the tableView, but i don't know, how can i get the new entries in ALL Columns and Rows from the tableView?
    Yesterday i got an example(SBSPEXT_TABLE) in an another thread, but there was no file to show me that?
    Can someone help me?
    regards

    Hi here is areply for u.
    This is a example displaying Employee information .First see the Controller part and finally the view part
    Let me explaiun a concept with MVC which clearly statisfies u.
    Under Controller for  a table view
    1.  First you have  to create an interface under interface tab namely if_htmlb_tableview_controller
    2.This will automatically create three methods namely
    Under the methods tab u will be getting the following
    IF_HTMLB_TABLEVIEW_ITERATOR~GET_COLUMN_DEFINITIONS
    IF_HTMLB_TABLEVIEW_ITERATOR~RENDER_ROW_START
    IF_HTMLB_TABLEVIEW_ITERATOR~RENDER_CELL_START.
    Under the first method describe
    field-symbols: <def> like line of p_column_definitions.
    append initial line to p_column_definitions assigning <def>.
    <def>-columnname = 'EMPLOID'.
    <def>-title = 'Employee ID'.
    <def>-edit = 'X'.
    <def>-horizontalalignment = 'left'.
    <def>-width = '15'.
    <def>-sort = 'X'.
    Like this u can specify as much fields as u want.Every thing is user specified.
    Under the second method describe as follows
    m_row_ref ?= p_row_data_ref.
    Under the third method leave a space and left it as it is.
    Noneed to change anything.
    3.Select the method "Do Request" and below that define the codings for that calling the view.
    4.  Under the method *DoHandle Data * specify the following codings for getting input during Runtime such as gettin values from inputbox and so on.Below describes a sample coding
    DATA: ls_form_field TYPE ihttpnvp.
      READ TABLE form_fields INTO ls_form_field
               WITH KEY name = 'eid'.
        if sy-subrc ne 4.
          current-emploid = ls_form_field-value.
        endif.
       READ TABLE form_fields INTO ls_form_field
               WITH KEY name = 'ename'.
        if sy-subrc ne 4.
          current-emploname = ls_form_field-value.
        endif.
    Here eid,ename are the id of the input box designed in view part.
    Current is a user definef name.
    emploid and emploname are the fields of the table what i have created.
    5. Now under the method "  Do Handle Event "  u can specify the codings for the action to be performed such as insert,delete,view and so on.Here is a sample coding for u.
    case event.
        when 'view'.
         DATA:itab type zempdet_s,
                 itab1 type TABLE OF zempdet_s.
            SELECT * FROM Zemployeetable INTO TABLE itab1.
            loop at itab1 into itab.
             append itab to emp_details.
          ENDLOOP.
          when 'insert'.
            insert into Zemployeetable values current.
            if sy-subrc = 0.
              msg = 'Succesfully Added'.
            else.
              emsg = 'Try Again' .
            ENDIF.
            when 'delete'.
              DELETE  from Zemployeetable where emploid = current-emploid.
              if sy-subrc = 0.
              msg = 'Succesfully Deleted'.
            else.
              emsg = 'Try Again' .
              ENDIF.
        ENDCASE.
    By pressing the insert button u can add a new row to the existing table and then by pressing the view button u can view the information from it and according to my codings just by giving the id of an employee  u can delete the data from the database.
    6.addition to that you have to create structure and table type for that table by moving to se11.
    7. Under the ATTRIBUTES TAB u have to declare all the veriabes u are using such as id of the i/p box, ur fields of the table and so on
    Next under the view part design ur gui and include the table view
    <htmlb:tableView id         = "tab1"
                headerText            = "Employee Details"
                headerVisible         = "true"
                tableLayout            = "auto"
                columnHeaderVisible   = "true"
                table                 = "<%= controller->emp_details %>"
                design                = "alternating"
                footerVisible         = "true"
                width                 = "100%"
                visibleRowCount       = "5"
                iterator              = "<%= controller %>"
                keyColumn             = "emploid"
                sort                  = "SERVER"
                filter                = "SERVER"
                filterButtonTooltip   = "Filter" />
    emp_details should be declared in attributes referring to the associated type ur table type name.
    m_row_ref (type ref)used in render row start and current variable used in dohandle data have the associtedtype ur structure name
    Hope this would help u a lot.

  • BT Speedtester results - recent problem

    I run BT Speedtester every day (don't ask!) and have noticed a problem which first appeared on 8th July 2011.  About half of the tests now show a measured download speed in excess of the IP Profile, today being the worst example at 1597kbps against a Profile of 1000.  Looking back over many months of tests the line speed has consistently been 90-95% of the IP Profile, until this recent change.
    Are there any legit reasons for this happening, or is this a known problem with the software?
    Thanks.

    The DSL Connection rate shown by Speedtester has always been 1300-1800kbps, with a lower figure for the IP Profile.  If only the IP Profile and consequently download speed would sit consistently in that range I'd be very happy.
    The frustrating thing is that for 6 months to March this year the download speed was steady day in, day out at about 1200kbps.  We're 5km from the exchange in rural Suffolk so anything over 1Mbps is good!  Since March it's oscillated widely, with a record low of 135kbps and a few maxima around 2Mbps, immediately following complaints to BT Broadband but then slowly declining again.
    Recent line tests followed by pair swaps MAY have got to the root cause of the problem.  Currently we've had a straight week at just under 1Mbps on the Thinkbroadband speed tester, but now these odd glitches in the BT tester results have appeared.  With BT refusing to look at any speed data other than that produced by their own tester you can sense how unhappy I am with a possible bug in their system!
