  • Communication error, user "did not accept your invitation"

I think need some help. I have read many of the topics, however i have not been able to address my issue. Let me start by saying I am new to Macs (about 3 weeks) and not very technical. I have a Imac and also running time capsule as my wireless connection. As instructed i obtained an AIM account and attempted to do video chat, however when I try i get a communication error, user "did not accept your invitation". I have spent about an hour with apple tech services and have been able to successfully connect to the Apple test buddy. In fact my friend was also able to connect to the Apple test buddy. I have not tested a connection with anyone else.
I would greatly appreciate any help with this issue.

    Hi Thank you for responding,
The message says that there was a communication error - did not receive response from the other person. On the other side they received the same error. Below is the error log
Yes, Time Capsule sits between my modem and my computer. I also have a Voice over Internet phone.
The entire set up is as follows.
Internet modem (make; Ambit) to Voice over Internet Modem to Time Capsule (set as router - share a single IP address using DHCP & NAT)
as for setting up time capsule - i set it to "i don't have a wireless network and wanted to create one"
I have not attempted to reach anyone in table 2 - I will do so and let you know
my error log -- again thanks for your help

    Hi Jason
I was getting the same behavior after Apple support had me delete some plist files to get Airplay going. I was also getting the following error:
the error occurred while processing a command of type 'writesettings' in the plug-in 'server vpn'
I went into ~/Library/Preferences/ and /Library/Preferences/ and deleted every plist contating the word server. I had to re-set up my server (meaning walk through some intial steps) but all of my settings were still there after that and everything started working again.
Just a thought, obviously try at your own risk but it worked for me.

and i find many people have met the same thing. But they are spartan  series FPGA and i try to low the Resistances of Mode pins,M0 M1 and M2, but the problem does not been solved.
I have read the status Registers and find there is an over-temperature state
and in Impact i could not readback the registers. It is strange.
I am anxious about this problem and have not solved it yet
    What reasons may it be?
Hope for your answer, thank you

Hi~I want to know if you solve the configuration problem for virtex-6?
As I encounter the  same configuration problem, I want to consult  you with some question.
    Can I have your email?

That is not at all surprising.  I always assumed the problem is with reading the XADC (system monitor) block and not with the voltage or temperature.
    my Reference board is ML605
That would have been nice to know at the beginning...
It seems that you have selected the correct mode, assuming your jumpers are set as required in the ML605 Hardware User's Guide.  See table 1-27, table 1-33 and the note below it about switch S1.
I'm not that familiar with the details of this reference design, but it may be that the slave SelectMap circuitry requires a reset or power cycle to actually configure the FPGA.  Have you tried power-cycling to see if the FPGA boots from the flash?
I'd also suggest that you select the V6 in the JTAG chain view, then go to the debug menu of Impact and select Read Device Status (this is from memory, but it's something like that).  That will not only show the bits of the configuration status register, but also describe what each bit means.  Among other things you can check the state of the FPGA's configuration logic and the Mode pins.

  • Iphoto can't share via email; error message: Your email did not go through because the server did not reply.

I can never share via email, using iPhoto. The error: Your email did not go through because the server did not reply. always pops up. I have no problems with my server or internet connection.
    Any ideas?
    thanks.

Go into iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete the   email account there. Then add it back.  If that fails you can select Mail as your email client in iPhoto as that's more reliable and flexible.  It also offers stationary for photos that are not unlike those in iPhoto's client:
and using Mail as the client will allow you to have a Sent copy automatically.

Are you able to email from Mail with those two accounts?  If so:
1 - go to iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete both accounts. Now add them back and try again.
2 - a better solution IMO is to set Mail as the email client for iPhoto is iPhoto's General preference pane.  This gives you better access to your contacts, a sent copy of all emails and, if you want a layout similar to iPhoto's, photo layouts located in Mail's stationary.

  • IWeb Error: "Your search did not produce any results."

I just updated my iWeb and added the new search and comment features to my iWeb site. I am happy to see these features added but the search feature gives me a page displaying "Your search did not produce any results." Does anyone else have this issue? I am using my .Mac account and did a "Publish all to .Mac" to see if that would help. Comments work great. Can anyone help? Not good to have a feature that does not work.
    Cheers!
    Patrick

I am having the same problem and can probably give you an answer as to why the search feature is not working...
Look carefully and you may notice that by re-publishing your site with 1.1, iWeb has converted all text on your site to image files (probably .png). This is what happened when I re-published.
Therefore, there is technically no text to "search" through...
No fix as of yet... I will ttry to republish yet again tonight

  • Your search did not produce any results

    Hi,
I'm publishing my iWeb site to my ME.COM account.
I have the site password protected as offered in iWeb.
But when the site is password protected the search with the iWeb search field does not provide any results.
    Only the message:
"Your search did not produce any results."
If I disable the password protection for the site in iWeb and republish, the search provides the expected results.
    Any idea what's wrong?
    Thanks and Regards,
    JO

    Sorry, didn't test enough.
After publishing a few new blog entries under the password protected site, I tested the search again and it does not return any results.
It was working for a short time when I republished unprotected and then again protected.
Now that I added block entries under the protected site mode, search is brogen, again.
    Any Help?
    Thanks and Regards,
    JO

  • Xerox Phaser 4500 : "remote host did not accept file (32)"

Am trying to print to our networked Xerox Phaser 4500DT at work. Set it up as an LPR printer as I did with Tiger (setting it up as IPP gives a permission denied error when you try to print), and printed a test page. Worked fine.
Try to print any sort of useful document, however, and I get a "remote host did not accept file (32)" error, when it's spooled about 20% of the document. Anybody run into this, or have any ideas?
I've tried Leopard's built-in 4500 driver, and the Leopard driver from the Xerox website (which seems to be the same version anyway). I've also tried the trick of putting "lp" in the queue name field, which seems to have been the cause of this error for some people. No joy for me, though.

That seems to be an LPD error message, so you could try setting the printer up as either IPP or JetDirect, if the interface supports either one.

  • RDP Error: Your credentials did not work. SAP AS ABAP 7.4 SP5 incl. BW on SAP HANA 1.0 SP7

    Hi Experts,
I have created instances from the SAP Application Server ABAP 7.4 SP5 incl. Business Warehouse on SAP HANA 1.0 SP7 [Developer Edition] free trial solution, as it is described in documentation. But I cannot connect to the Frontend Server instance (Windows 2008) via Remote Desktop Connection, I got a message: Your credentials did not work. User: Administrator, with the master password (pwd not mistyped, while it works on PUTTY, via Saplogon, etc.). I have a 64-bit Windows 7.
I have done the following so far:
First I have created an instance with the Public option, but the same RDP error. Then I have created a new instance as a Corporate Network. The result is: I can connect to VPN service, I can ping the Windows server, but I cannot log on to it with RDC. On AWS I have opened all ports for this instance. Then I updated my RDP, JAVA, enabled RDP on Firewall. Just for a test, I have also switched off Firewall and the AntiVirus program, still nothing. I have tried a Remote Desktop Connection to my Windows Instance from another laptop with Windows 32 bit system (from home and work too), and still facing the same problem: Your credentials did not work. Then I have also tried a tip from windows site (enablecredsspsupport:i:0 into .rdp). When I start the RDC, I get a certification error: The server name on the certificate is incorrect, but I can proceed.  Now the windows logon screen on the remote system appears, but still the same result: The user name or password is incorrect.
I would really appreciate some help.
    Thanks,
    Andrea

    Hi Yogesh,
Unfortunately this problem is not solved, I still cannot use the Frontend Instance. I use another solution:  I manage to access the SAP Backend instance ( SAP HANA and AS ABAP ) from my local client (laptop). The disadvantage of this solution is that I had to install myself the client part ,but at least  it works.
    Regards,
    Andrea

  • Updated to yosemite, now in iPhoto when I try to send a photo I get the following error'Your email did not go through because the server did not reply'. Help please.

Hi, I've recently upgraded to Yosemite. I tried to send a picture out from iPhoto as I regularly do without issue. Now I get this error message, 'Your email did not go through because the server did not reply'. Can you help please?

Try rebuilding your iPhoto library. Directions are simple Rebuilding the iPhoto library. Please post back after doing the rebuild and then re-testing.
