LogIn Issue - still after Adobe allegedly fixed the problem

My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App will not allow me to sign in. I CAN sign in using a browser and going directly to the Creative Cloud web page, so this is NOT an ID or password issue as the Desktop App keeps reporting.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App - that didn't work
I have reset my password several times and it works for the web page access but not the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App access.
All this is AFTER Adobe claims to have fixed the sign on problem (May 16, 2014  9:00 am Pacific time).
How to I get the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App working as it did for months with no problem?

Update - still NOT working after
1) downloading newest Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App
2) Uninstalling the current Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (for the 2nd time)
3) Cleaning my registry
4) Rebooting
5) installing latest Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App
It just loops between "You've been signed out" - "Sign In with your Adobe ID" .

Different sites I have visited give different solutions and most seem to indicate removing the current itunes program then reinstalling the new 10.5. I did try to remove the program but it took a long time and I had to reboot the computer. Has anyone had the same issue and how did they fix the problem?

    I was having this problem with my wife's computer today so I did a Check Disk from the command prompt. (start/run then type chkdsk) let it do its thing then restart windows and it does some other BS on the start up. Relaunch itunes and then retry to download. I went to the apple website and click on the download and saved the file to my desk top then ran it from there. Let me know if you have the same luck. -Mike

  • Firefox cannot load pages that other browsers can, but the 'help' page for this issue did not fix the problem.

    I am troubleshooting an issue occurring on a family member's pc. Immediately after changing their "search" settings from "Yahoo search" to "Google search", they found that Firefox was unable to load any webpages. After troubleshooting the problem, I found the "Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can" help page, and attempted each of the solutions listed. None of those solutions fixed the issue. Also, I uninstalled and re-installed Firefox; the issue persists. However, the 'new' version of Firefox remembered the tabs left open when the 'old' version was deleted, so some temporary files likely persisted.
    Are there any other steps that can be taken, or is Firefox on this computer no longer an option?

    Welcome to the club. When I saw this post, my eye twitched, my shoulders tensed up and I was brought back to a time (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4714549#4714549) when hitting stop did things that were wrong...just wrong. But as one who's been shut down and locked out of that topic, I'll kindly say that yes, multicam is a bit more enjoyable and free of that design flaw in Premiere CC. In fact, you'll probably like it for a few more things in CC as it's true that they have implemented several FCP favorites in the recent releases that even old schoolers probably say "hmmm, well now this is useful". I was a convert to CS6 from FCP this time last year and open to new things but that stop/pause issue drove me nuts. But it's fixed now in CC. And although I'm dealing with equally frustrating issues in CC on a daily basis unrelated to multcam, unless you use Warp Stabilizer a lot you probably won't experience them. All new software will have its bugs, etc. and I'm still holding out hope that the upcoming release will fix these issues. I have faith. Lots of exciting new features are coming in the next week or so which is all nice and good, but if the actual issues and bugs are fixed, I for one will be even happier.
    Bottom line: I encourage you to update to Premiere CC if you do a lot of multicam. Just be sure to update to at least 7.0.1 (the current version as of this post) because the regular 7.0.0 version has a pretty awful multicam bug unrelated to the CS6 thing.

    In trying to include what information all that I could I should have specified I DON'T KNOW THAT IT WAS DEFINATELY JAILBROKEN when I took it to the apple store they told me there's no way for them to tell if it was jail broken or not. I'm only going by what ppl have told me COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE PHONE. With that said the only thing I know for sure is that the apple tech at the Genius Bar told me that someone took control of my root menu in February &amp; I've had no control of my phone since. I asked him how to regain control &amp; how he knew his exact words were "oh that is out of our scope of capabilities here at this level &amp; you would need an apple engineer to fix it". I said ok then how do I get an apple eng then? He laughed &amp; said you can't!!!! To which I was furious I came home &amp; called apple requesting to speak w/the fraud dept to file a report they said we don't have a fraud dept!! So after a 45 mn phone call again I left w/no answers.

I cannot prove that it's him doing it so I certainly can't pursue legal action w/no proof &amp; no money. :'((

    I was looking more for a TECHNICAL way to avoid this happening w/a new phone should I buy one or trying to get them out of my phone now! Such as installing some kind of software protection?? Someway to clear out the entire phone (other than factory reset which was done 10 x's w/no success, etc. if this person got in then there HAS TO BE A WAY OF GETTING HIM OUT, right????

    Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. A Restore is more thorough than the Update. If still problem after the Restore on computer, make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone to Apple Store for resolution. iPhone 5S is covered by Warranty.

    I tried fixing the problem of not being able to access the card site of pogo.com by following the 'How do I re-install Firefox 3.6.13. But alas the pogo game is still is not loading.

    This is my solution, and it didn't come easily. After days of turning myself and my computer inside out, I remembered that AVG (antivirus) installed an update a few days ago and realized that's when my Pogo card games trouble started. So I went and disabled the AVG and checked the games. The games loaded! I went into the AVG settings and was able to revert to the previous version. Now I'll have to rethink AVG, but I can play Pogo games once again! Hope this helps.

  • Adobe flash keeps crashing and reloading and changing timeout per your instructions, does not fix the problem. What else can be done?

    I recently upgraded Firefox and now I cannot use it if I want to watch something involving Adobe Flash because it crashes. I read your article and made sure I am up to date on all programs through Firefox check page. I reset the timeout on the adobe flash to -1 per your article. Your article states it may crash and just re-load it. I have done all your advice and it still will not run. I am now using Windows as my default browser because I don't have time right now to research this on my own and solve it. I don't know if you are aware that the fixes you suggested are not fixing the problem.

  • After 8.3 update , everytime i delete apps or pictures , my phone doens't free storage :( i have tried to restart my phone several times , and nothing seems to fix the problem

    after i updated my iphone 5s to iOS 8.3 , i downloaded a game that took all the storage away . the problem is that , when it delete the game , the storage doesn't expand, it sticks to 0 bytes. i tried to delete more apps , the problems still persists. once i go to gallery , and try to delete a picture or video , the gallery app crashes instantly. i tried to fix the problem by restarting the phone several times , and it doesn't seem to fix the problem. i need a solution to my problem , and if anyone can help , i would be grateful. i can't take pictures or save up anything anymore , and can't seem to check up on my msgs that i receive.     Tried to reset network settings ...only fixes it for 15min. Did a firmware restore and a clean new phone setup. no settings restore. still have network service after around 60min. still running 6.1. i do get a prompt that i have to update settings to LTE. Have not excepted the settings as yet. Cellular data is still set to 3G....

    OK, one important point of information you did not provide was the subversion of AA8. If you are using AA8.0 for instance, you have a lot of updates to do that may very likely fix the problem. It seems to have been resolved a long time ago for others (I have not heard about his in about 2 or more years) and the updates may resolve the issue. Version 8 is about at 8.4.3 as I remember off hand -- in any case a lot beyond 8.0.

    Problem started after IOS 8 up date.
    Problem: Bluetooth connection with car indicated: connected.
                   Incoming call: no sound (caller's voice) from car speaker.
                   Out going call: no ring sound through speaker.
                  At random shows calling but can not hangup & no ring sound.

    I uploaded ios 8.0.2 on my iPhone 6 128 GB today 9-29-14 due to problems with Bluetooth talking to my ReSound Linx hearing aids to hopefully fix the problem. It sounds like the Bluetooth looses connection to the hearing aids and turns them off for about 1 1/2 minutes, then they come back on and I can hear again. I understand there are problems with Bluetooth and cars using the phone. I believe this Bluetooth problem is causing my hearing aid problem as my hearing aids connect to the iPhone via Bluetooth and the ReSound Smart App. I tried the reset fix, Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings as some have suggested but that did not resolve this issue either. I can't believe Apple is not talking about this ios 8.0.2 Bluetooth problem. This affects my everyday life in that I cannot hear when the Bluetooth drops.Try working with your hearing dropping every few minutes! If Apple wants in the Health field, I suggest they take their QA a little bit more serious than they are at present. Whomever was responsible for testing ios 8, 8.0.1 & 8.0.2 should be fired! This is causing more trouble than anyone can imagine. I understand the car - Bluetooth problem but think about the fact that if every time the Bluetooth drops, you can't hear.My job could be in jeopardy. I posted the problem to Apple Support and they will not even have the decency to respond with even a "we are sorry." How long do I have to go without being able to hear before Apple responds??????
