Login link does not display on website

When I visit www.history.com the FULL ACCESS video login link does not appear at the top of the home page. History.com support says this is because Shockwave flash is not working correctly. I am using Firefox 35 on a Win7 computer. The Shockwave flash plugin 16.0.0.257 is set to always activate. The Flash player help page says that my computer has the latest Flash player installed. The clouds are moving in the test animation indicating Flash is working. Can anyone assist me to get the FULL ACCESS video login to appear at history.com?

O happy day. I found the answer to my problem of the missing FULL ACCESS video login link. The answer is.... (wait for it)... I clicked View on the Menu bar and clicked zoom out and a whole line of links appeared at the top of the page, including the one I was looking for. Why do you suppose the history.com site does not fully display at 100% zoom?

Windows update installed 8 updates to my computer and now several websites are not displaying images or text correctly. Some forum looks like they were loaded in an extreme basic mode, another forum main page looks fine but sub forums are loaded in in the same basic looking mode, another forum only displayed 1 user avatar out of hundreds.
Chat/IRC clients wont load.
Everything works when I used IE.
I tried to follow the help thingies but was led to a dead link.

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues like you described.

Why does my tab name keeps saying 'Connecting...' when page is already done? It does not display the websites' name.

Whenever I open a website in a different tab, it keeps on saying 'Connecting...' when the page is already done. And it wouldn't display the web pages' name. This is really hard for me to identify the different websites.

If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.

Just upgraded & signed up (to sync) email (from you) w, "Verify" link brings "Page can \not be displayed." I have screen captures:; how to include them for you?

This is a problem related to Outlook. The bug is reported and the engineers are working on it. In the meantime, as a workaround, please use a different email client (maybe a webmail version of your inbox) to read the email.

Startup - Login page does not display

Everything seems to start as normal - grey screen, apple sign "clock" counter .... then Blue Mac OSX screen and blue line moving along ...... then no Login page but a black screen and this:-

I managed to fsck on the next start and it said the Hard Disk was OK, but got the same black screen after reboot.

Firefox 6 does not display some websites correctly that is fonts and immage overlay one another.

Firefox 6 as with previous versions have a tendency to overlay fonts and images. This makes it difficult to read some pages. I sometime use Google and have problems with overlay. I prefer to use Firefox for its open source programming. Perhaps you can look into this and let me know details. If you would like I can send you a couple of websites so you can observe the problem.

SSLVPN in IE 8 or 9 does not display login page

I have a working setup with a customer using UC560 that uses SSLVPN and it works but only when using other browsers like Firefox and google chrome, when we try using IE version 8 or 9 we get prompted about the security certificate (the usual, as it's https) and after making the exception it does not display the login page, just this: Internet Explorer can't display this website, and that's about it, don't even get the chance to login nor download the anyconnect client, anyone know if there's a patch or something for this?

thanks for your response, unfortunately it's a UC560 not an SA500 so i don't have those options, so far I haven't found configuration options that deny IE or someting like that, it really is a weird problem and it's though to troubleshoot.
When I do debug webvpn http and try to enter the webpage with IE it shows this:

I wonder what difference do they have in the HTTP request line length, probably a browser problem, I'll keep looking into it like it's the browsers fault for now.

Indesign CC does not display linked PDF image on screen

On Mac1 (10.6.8) When I imported a PDF file into Indesign CC 9.1 as a linked image - the image would come in as usual, however the image would not appear on my screen. Only a blank page box.
I can see the thumbnail image of the imported PDF in the links palette correctly.
However, on my page it appears as a blank box.
Selected Hi-res preview, and still it appears as a blank box.
I export to PDF, and the image is there as it should be on the exported PDF.
I tried the same image on Mac2 (10.8.3) with Indesign CC.
The imported image appears correctly on the page. (no blank box)
I saved that file and opened it on Mac1 that is having the problem displaying the image.
Mac1 again does not display the image, instead it is a blank box.
Tried the same image import in Cs6. No issue on either mac1 or mac2
What could be causing the imported PDF not to display on the page in Indesign CC?
Has anyone else come across this problem?

Outlook does not display linked images after installin 7525 printer

You're probably not going to like the answer: Welcome to HTML-based email, and web (browser- or mail-based) rendering incompatibilities and quirks.
Newer Microsoft Internet Explorer is (much) better than older releases, so see if a newer Windows client or a newer version of Outlook does better.
If you really want to see what's going on here, view the raw HTML that's getting generated, and see what Microsoft wants or uses or expects within Outlook, and send that.

StageWebView does not display a https website with captive runtime library on Android

I'm working on a flex app for tablets (both iOS and Android) and it does not display a particular https website in a StageWebView. The strange thing is, that this issue happens only with this url (required for Google OAuth) and if I deploy the app with a captive air runtime library.
I see the below stack trace in the system logs:

If I deploy the same app with a shared air runtime library and no code change at all, there's no issue at all. Also no problems while debugging or executing from Flash Builder on the device.
The issue happens only with this Google URL, it's all okay with Facebook's auth url (https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth).
The device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 with Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) on it.
I would appreciate any idea with this issue.

Updating the AIR SDK from 3.1 to 3.4 has resolved the issue.

New link in end user menu does not display

I am new to IDM and am trying to add a new link on the user Welcome page. I have added the link in the End User Menu using the BPE and the XML looks ok. I have saved the changes to the repository; but, the new link does not appear in the list on the user Welcome page at next login. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

End User Menu would be the right place to put this. Since you're able to see your link in the BPE browser, I think you're off to a good start.
Did you use the BPE to commit the form change to your production repository? If so, try saving your change as an XML file first and then import the form from the Configure->Import Exchange File menu.
Is it possible your browser settings are caching the page? I've never seen this happen, but it might be a factor.

.mov file does not display on the web-site

iWeb is easy to use but my simply link to a .mov file does not work. I am working on the Domain file on my Desktop so I can move it between computers, and it renames the media file in the inspector from name.mov to name-1.mov. In the end the site does not display the animation.
