Login problems CC app for desktop

Good morning,
starting from some days I've problems to log in desktop app for win, IT language.
I try using mail address & pwd, like requested...but I've indication the "Siete usciti Per continuare effettuare l'accesso" (you've gone out, to continue plese log in), and following there is the button to come back to login forms.
From web I'm logged in my space and I can visit all section for my account and my accout info, but for the desktop app I cant login. I've checked credentil and done reset of pwd, I've reinstalled app, but the problem still remains.
Anyone has my problems?? Anyone can help me??

Hi Enrico,
Please delete OOBE folder from this location and try login again.
Windows:
C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    I've have bought the Photoshop + Lightroom applications via the creative cloud. I can download the installion file for Crative Cloud app for desktop and I can start the installation process but it is interrupted halfway through with a message saying "The following problem have encountered: Creative Cloud for desktop could not be installed".     Rename OOBE folder with OOBEOLD ( Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder )
    Run the Adobe cleaner ( http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/support/AdobeCreativeCloudC leanerTool.dmg )
    Remove Adobe application Manager/Adobe creative cloud .
    Restart the computer and redownload Adobe Creative cloud and install it.

  • App for Desktop

    So I've never connected to a computer with my phone before, and just recently downloaded the new app for desktop, to connect my Lumia 620. Which has a cracked screen, and we decided that I might aswell get a new phone for how much a new screen will cost, the only problem is that I can't connect to the computer because I have a passcode on it. Is there a way around this? I just need to remove the images and notes from my phone.

    If you are going to backup your images to your computer there is no way without entering passcode. If you are goint to erase all data from your phone you could execute full reset with the phones sidekeys.
    For hardreset you should follow these steps:
    1. power off your phone
    2. press -volume down- + -power-
    3. after phone powers on release the powerkey but keep pressing -volume down-
    4. after display showing exclamation mark release -volume down-
    5. press -volume up- and release it
    6. press -volume down- and release it
    7. press -power key- and release it
    8. press -volume down- and release it
    Now your phone will reset to factory defaults and delete all data.

    Trying to install the  Creative Cloud app for Desktop but every time I try the Adobe Application Manager shuts itself every time.  I have OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    If it is automatically installed, where do I find it? I don’t think it has installed because the Application Manager shuts itself so fast every time.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I went into Applications> Utilities but there is no Adobe Installers folder or icon there for me to do anything with. I went back to my Adobe account front page and tried to download Illustrator again seeing as it hasn’t installed but when Application Manager tries to open (the little spinning icon) it spins about 3 times before I get a pop up saying that Adobe Application Manager has failed to open. This happens every time I attempt to download Illustrator. Any other options for what might be the issue?

    I need to create a desktop app for windows.  Im using Flash cs5.5 and I wanted to know of an easy to way to create a simple contact form that would work once installed on a desktop/

    If you want a contact form you can either use StageWebView or HTMLLoader to show an HTML page in your web server with a contact form.
    Or you can create the form with Flash textfields and then send the whole thing with a POST request to a PHP script in the server, for example.

    There is a nice free application that I use. It is Zenbe Lists. It actually syncs with a free web account that can be accessed from your desktop. Maybe not what you're looking for, but what do you have to lose if it's free? Good luck!

    Yahoo Finance has recently really messed up its charting function, and StockMaster has the solution.
    Yahoo Finance is not responding to the flood of complaints about it's charting changes.
    Would like to have StockMaster app available for desktop.

    Ask the developer.  If they choose to develop such an app, it would be using very different code than the iPhone.

  • Problem updating apps for OS5 due to switching apple ID name for icloud

    I had to change my Apple ID name to be able to sign up for iCloud. Now when trying to update my iPhone/iPad apps for OS5, certain apps won't update because it's showing my old Apple ID associated with them. How do I change my ID associated with those apps? I'm signed into iTunes with my new ID and certain apps are being updated and show my new ID.  Any suggestions.

    I changed my Apple ID because I was having problems with the email address associated with it. Now I can't update any of the apps downloaded with the original ID. I can't get back to the original ID because it says it's locked for security reasons. How can I find out which apps were purchased with that ID? How can I keep from having to pay for them again-some were quite expensive? You can't talk to anyone on the phone to explain your frustration. HELP!!!

  • I can't install the Creative Cloud app for desktop...

    I've tried several times to install the creative cloud app (or any other app for that matter), I can download it but it won't install.  I'm using windows 7.  This is the message I get ...
    I've been to the customer support website and followed the instructions for minimising start up apps and anti virus software - no luck!  I've just signed up for cloud membership and I'm losing my patience with this, could someone at Adobe please help.

  • Creative Cloud Login Problem - Repeatedly asked for birth date

    Having purchased CC and trying to login I continuously get asked for my brithdate. After entering the birthdate the screen returns again to ask for my birthdate. Cant get past this screen so that I can download the CC apps. Any suggestions?

    You logged in here with the same Apple ID that you would use in the App Store. Try the same user name and password there.

    Hello,
    Every time I try to access my world or download an app in blackberry app world I get the following error message:
    There is an issue with the current session.
    Please login to continue.
    (Error Id: 30702)
    I have tried battery pulls. I have tried restoring earlier backups. I have tried reinstalling app world. I don't know what else to do. I tried calling my service provider but they told me they can't do anything and I should just make a new ID, but I would like to avoid doing that.
    Also, when I go to Device->Blackberry ID; I get the following message "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" I don't know what to do about this problem. Someone please help me.

    I'm getting a message saying app world is not available in my country (canada).

    I have the same issue while installing 11.5.9 on my test machine.
    Installation is fine. No errors. But while trying to login to oracle e-business suite as abcd\pqr, it gives error saying Authentication failed. It is perfect because I have never created user abcd.
    But when trying to connect as sysadmin\syadmin it says
    "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Adminstrator for assistance. Click here for exception details." When I cleck on the link nothing is listed in Exception Details.

  • Download error in Creative Cloud app for desktop Windows 8

    Hello everyone.
    So i have this in my adobe app.
    What i tried:
    1) stop process of Adobe Creative Cloud in task manager
    2) reboot
    3) change networks to different one , including to internet from mobile phone
    4) install-reinstall
    5) delete C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming adobe folder
    6) delete C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder
    7) stop every adobe process , delete everything , reboot, install Creative Cloud
    Nothing of those helped me, this is a bit* unacceptable.
    Can anyone help me? or is there a way to install app in a good old way? with installer? i dont need your special non working app, thank you.

    ok i fixed it somehow, i think i installed Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager
    and a lot more stuff, then CC app just broke... then when i was totally frustrated it started itself for no reason and vuala, half of the weekend wasted , woohoo, thanks adobe!

  • Creative Cloud app for desktop is not loading Home tab.

    The "loading" icon is continuosly moving, but nothing happens. I already tried to uninstall, reinstall newer app, delete OP file in OOEB, but no success.
    The other tabs are working OK. A week ago I didn´t have this problem. Im on Windows x64.
