Login Screen, Then Jump To Main Screen
Hi, how do i show a startup screen which asks a user for server IP address, there name and password then when they enter them details by pressing login/enter, if these details are right, the main chat window will be displayed which will replace the login screen.

Ipad Photo App starts to update then returns to main screen
I have plenty of photos in the ipad but when I commence the app it starts with ' please wait updating library" then goes back to the main screen. I don't really know when it started but it worked fine when I bought it.

IPhone 5 Starts then Shutdowns after main screen?
So, i have had this phone for about a month and half, and one day my phone died on me then i got my charger and charged it. It showed that it was at 1% charging when youu see the battery symbol red and at 1 bar. I left it alone for about 20 mins, still- hour later- still next day- still so i unplugged it and then was wounder why it wouldnt turn on. The phone got hot later that day when i left it on my desk with the sun out. I was able to turn on my phone but then right after i got to the main screen after the apple logo. It shuts off, it seems to only respond to extereme or above normal tempuratures hot or cold.
The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...
Restart / Reset > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Restoring > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
If you try all these steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...

When I touch Mail, it opens then returns to main screen
When I touch Mail, it opens briefly and then returns to the Main screen. The main screen Mail icon says there are 73 e-mails but it won't stay open longer than a fraction of a second. This began when I was selecting e-mails to delete; the program shut down and returned to the main screen. What to do?
Hi: A reset may help. Press and hold the Sleep/On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds. Ignore the slide to turn off indicator, and wait for the Apple logo to reappear. Release buttons. No content will he changed with this process.

Any file dragged onto desktop of 2nd screen are moved to main screen
I have a dual monitor setup. When I drag an item (file/folder/app) from a folder to the desktop of the 2nd screen, the item is automatically moved to the top right of my main screen.
When I drag an item onto the main screen, the item stays where I put it. Meaning, it's acts as expected on the main screen.
I do not have "keep arranged by" or "snap to grid" turned on - but it acts that way only the 2nd screen.
This applies to any type of file or folder. It happens when dragging from an app, or from a folder.
Any ideas?

Since IOS 7.0.3 Screen flashes back to main screen for no reason
If I am reading an email or a web page, the screen usually flashes back to the main screen without reason or notice. I have "reset all settings" in the settings section, perform cold and warm reboots but nothing seems to help. Any others with similar problem?
Try resetting the device (hold the home and power keys down until the Apple logo appears ).

what do i do if my ipod touch keeps turning on, going to the charge screen, then going to the apple screen, then shutting off?
If it is still charging using the adapter, let it stay there for at least 15min, then connect again, if necessary use recovery mode. iOS: Unable to update or restore
If still not luck, and the battery still shows the red charging icon, you might need a new battery. -
Last week I bought a miniDisplay to HDMI port. My macbookpro to SonyPlaystation 3D TV , it's work petty well on default setting. But when I set to Mirror setting, macbookpro screen turn to blue(more like computer is setting) then turn to normal and 1 second later turn to blue......that's a loop...never stop. only when I took out the miniDisplay to HDMI port, that stop...The TV doesn't have signal.
I tried to delete apple.display.config files, but I can't find all of them( I already followed Apple support page article), so this way still doesn't work for me.
what way can help me fix that?Disconnect the external monitor and any other third-party peripherals. Be sure to backup your files.
Clean Install of Snow Leopard
1. Boot the computer using the Snow Leopard Installer Disc. Insert the disc into the
optical drive and restart the computer. After the chime press and hold down the
"C" key. Release the key when you see a small spinning gear appear below the
dark gray Apple logo.
2. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue
button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
After DU loads select the hard drive entry from the left side list (mfgr.'s ID and drive
size.) Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window. Set the number of
partitions to one (1) from the Partitions drop down menu, set the format type to Mac
OS Extended (Journaled, if supported), then click on the Partition button.
3. When the formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed
with the OS X installation and follow the directions included with the installer.
4. When the installation has completed your computer will Restart into the Setup
Assistant. Be sure you configure your initial admin account with the exact same
username and password that you used on your old drive. After you finish Setup
Assistant will complete the installation after which you will be running a fresh
install of OS X. You can now begin the update process by opening Software
Update and installing all recommended updates to bring your installation current. -
Display enlarged and stuck on e-mail screen . . . when I turn my phone on/off the e-mail comes up ot the home screen and I cannot no get the size back to normal . . . any suggestions?
Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off, then go into: Settings>General>Accessibility and turn it off for good.

I magnify the screen, then clicked View/Full Screen. Now menu bar is hidden.
I usually have to magnify web pages to see better. I also clicked View / Full Screen. Now I can only use the keyboard.
What are the commands to reverse this ?As you've no doubt noticed, Firefox's zoom feature works on a site-by-site basis. You can zoom '''all''' sites' using this add-on: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2592/ NoSquint]. After setting your Global zoom level, you can still fine-tune the zoom on individual sites.
After installing NoSquint, click the % on the Add-on Bar to call up site preferences, then click the Global Settings button, then the Zooming tab.
If you don't have the Add-on Bar displayed, you can right-click the new tab button ("+") or a blank area of the tab bar to the right of it and choose Add-on Bar from the shortcut menu.
You can experiment with sizes larger than 125%, but I wouldn't go much higher than 150% unless you have a large high-resolution monitor.

- Field-selection in the IMG (although I don't think this will work)
- View profiles for the order (similar to notification config)

Photoshop Elements 10 Help with image jumping around the screen
I'm using a trial version of Elements 10 that I'm interested in buying it but 50% of the time when I click on an image so that I can click and drag it around the screen, it jumps off the screen. I have been using Elements 6 and never had this problem and it is super frustrating. I'm using a laptop and thought maybe it was my touchpad so i got a mouse and it is still doing the same thing. Is there a way to fix this problem? I will stick with Elements 6 if this can't be fixed as it takes me twice as long to edit images since the layers are jumping around and I keep have to kit the "undo" button.
The editor saved prefs often get corrupted. If resetting all tools doesn’t work you may need to rebuild the editor preferences to resolve any conflicts.
Hold down the Ctrl+Shift+Alt keys and simultaneously click on the Edit button on the welcome screen. Release the three keys and look behind the welcome screen by closing it. Or hold down the keys whilst double clicking on PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
You should see a pop up box with the words: Delete Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings File?
Click on Yes
Close down Elements and re-open it in the normal way - then wait whilst it rebuilds the preferences.

My MacBook was working with 2 screens but, when the secondary screen was disconnected, the main screen put in black and I can't fix it
Take your Mac to an Apple store to be looked at and fixed. There is nothing you can do to fix it. It is a hardware problem. Either the screen has failed or the cable going from the logic board to the screen has failed. For both of those type failures only Apple, or a AARC, can fix it.

Screen meshing into main screen

I have an issue in Swing Application Screen .I have main screen and pop up screen when user closes the pop up screen it merges into main screen . it occurs only to specific users at random time .

Check the table V_T588I, Screen headr, tr class A and headr modifier and accordingly
Check table T588J, assign you field for same header. Also check line and column, Most of the times Columns will be overlapped so before generating table T588J make it single test and see your field result.
For Example-
Table - V_T588I
Screen header, Tr Class, Headr Modifer
00, A, 14
Table - T588J
Headr Modifier, Line, Column, IT, Field Name, Field Type

Can't download the latest Camera Raw 5.3 in CS4
