     I Cant able to do in shipment document like picking and good issue. pls send me link or give me step by step process

Hello Jackie,
The new features are outlined in the Installation Guide (page 10.)
The most noticable to the end-users would be the security settings and the different views such as Hierarchial and Tree views
which can be customised.

Copy the below code to a temporary program and test:
Code:
selection-screen: begin of line.
selection-screen comment (10) text-001 for field p_date.
parameters: p_date type datum.
selection-screen position: 30.
parameters: p_info type c no-display.
selection-screen comment (10) text-002 for field p_info.
selection-screen: end of line.
Now define Text-Elements as below:
TEXT-001 -> Date
TEXT-002 -> @0S@
Generate the code and execute to find the selection-screen with the INFO icon.

End user manual consists of How to work with the transactions, navigation paths and Screen shot examples of particular transactions. I mean the document should be self explanatory. It should be given step by step process of respective business process for the use of end user.

What I am looking for is detailed information on transaction codes like FB01, F-30 etc. For Example : we use transaction code FB01 for posting any financial document for a customer instead of using FB70 / F-22 (genral posting). These are extensively used in our organisation rather than usign the conventional ones.
Hence, I am looking for documents which give in-depth knowledge on all the transaction codes along with complex scenarios while posting documents. Most of the websites give details on T-Codes like FB60, FB70 etc....but nothing on T codes like FB01 etc. I want a place where I can get in-depth and complex scenarios for each T-code.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

PowerPivot Add-In needed by End User?

All.
A very simple question for somebody who knows what they are doing.
I've created several spreadsheets in Excel 2010 which utilize the PowerPivot add-in.
My worksheets contain several PivotTables based on my PowerPivot Data
The original data is imported from an SQL table.
These spreadsheets are uploaded to a SharePoint (2010) PowerPivot Gallery.
They refresh overnight successfully.
Viewing the pivot table in a web page works fine i.e. the data is up-to-date, filters work etc.
If an end user opens up a spreadsheet in Excel, via the ribbon They receive multiple errors:
"Initialization of hte data source failed"
"A PivotTable cube function or slicer using connection "XXX" failed to refresh the data."
I turned off the open on refresh option - based on another MS article.
The only way I could remove the errors all together was to install the PowerPivot add-in on the end users pc.
Alternatively I could hide the option to open in Excel in SP - Yet NOT being able to open/read in Excel might be too big a cultural shift
Am I correct in my assumption, that to view a SP PowerPivot Excel spreadsheet in Excel natively, the person viewing the spreadsheet must have the PowerPivot add-in installed?
If so, will somebody explain in simple terms, why?
That way I can easily explain why I need to install the add-in a lots of PCs.

It seems it was a know issue, I found the following information:
Assume that you have a pivot table that groups some items in a workbook. The pivot table is connected to a server whose cube was modified since the last time that the pivot table was refreshed. When you update the workbook in Excel 2010, you receive the
following error message:
A PivotTable, cube function or slicer using connection <var>Server name</var> has failed to refresh. Continue to refresh all?

Whenever you are preparing an end user manual first you need to identify the roles, I mean we need to identify the activities to be performed, who is going to perform those activities and steps to perform those activities.
Here we go, If we look at your thread you would want to prepare LSO End user manual, for this module the roles could be as follows:
1. Training Administrator
2. Booking Administrator
3. Learner (Internal/External)
4. Billing Administrator
The following activities could be performed by the above roles.
1. TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR : Prepare an end user document for this administrator by explaining the Catalog Preparation Process such as creation of Course Group, Course Type (with different delivery methods, payment methods etc) and Creation of courses.
2. BOOKING ADMINISTRATOR : Prepare an end user document for this administrator by explaining the
different registration processes such as Classroom for externals, classroom for internal employees, E-learning for external, Remote/Virtual Classroom for externals and internals etc.
3. LEARNER : Explain the steps to access the courses created by the training administrator (for ex: provide the link, show the course group, course type and course descritpion, course fee, course days etc...) and also explain the online booking process
4. BILLING ADMINISTRATOR : Explain the steps to bill the course (different invoice models) for external peoples and explain the procedure of Activity Allocation for the internal employee courses.
Please close this thread if you got clarifications on how to prepare end user manual for LSO processes. It is obvisouly not possible for anybody to give exact end user manual for any module, since the processes followed by companies are different from each other.
