Logo in email signature

I have my email signature set up. I copied and pasted it from another message. Unfortunately, it did not and will not incorporate my company logo. Any solution? It's quite annoying. Thanks.

  • Logos in email signatures - JPG or PNG format?

Personally I don't see a need to have a logo in your signature. Comes across differently based on the email client or provider.

As subject I guess, those of you who have a corporate signature that includes a logo as an embedded image rather than a link to an external logo, do you use PNG format or JPG?
We're using Exclaimer Signature Manager so have a few options available.
Have you experienced compatibility issues with either?

  • How can i add a picture/logo in my email signature?

Hello. I need to add a logo in my signature. How can I do this? I tried to upload but just get a red cross...
    Thank you

My guess is the problem with the square is being caused by incomplete or broken html in the Email Signature.  I think the Signature panel doesn't know how to fix HTML.  But the email app does... so this is why you copy a complete & pre-formatted email message: entirely.
I walked through the directions above, exactly, and it works with (in my case) even oversized JPG files in the signature.
By copy and pasting the whole message body, you'll retain the html formatting &, in my case, the image too.  Running iOS 8.1 & it worked after a few tries.
Keep trying combinations... you'll get it.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access web mail, you need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

  • Adding logo or image to email signature

I have added my logo (a jpeg image) to my email signature. When I send an email to someone else who is using an Apple mail program it opens up fine. However, when I send an email to someone who is using, for example, a yahoo mail account, the logo does not show up on the actual email, it shows as an attachment that must be clicked on to open.
Does anyone know how to embed an actual logo/image onto an email signature so that it will be seen in an email regardless of what type of email program they are using without having to click on it? thanks

    Jessie,
I would love to help you (and anyone else in your situation), but it seems I can't duplicate your problem. I read your post before going to work this morning, and I sent myself an email (from Mail at home to Lotus Notes at work) with a signature containing a JPEG. Notes, arguable the worst email client out there, showed the JPEG in-line.
I don't have Outlook or Outlook Express, so I cannot test those, but I'd be happy to receive an email from you so I can see what comes across. You need to send it to my work email because that's the only place I have an email client other than Mail running. The address is dkiechle followed by an @-sign followed by amadeus.com.
We can do the opposite as well: I can try to send a test email to one of the addresses that you used to see if my signature shows up with the graphics element in-line. Would be pretty instructive, I think. I can do this if you provide an address; however, I can only do it in a few hours from home as I don't have Mail here at the office.
One interesting thing to check: in Mail, there's an option to "Always send Windows-friendly attachments". Can you check if it is enabled or disabled in your configuration of Mail?

  • How to add logo to Business Catalyst email signature

How does one and his logo or other graphic to the email signature in the Business Catalyst email environment? This is a basic function of the most basic and even FREE email sources out there. I can't seem to do it in Business Catalyst. I and my 1 BC customer are getting pissed-off right now. I have looked and looked and can't find the solution. It may be right in front of me. Please help.
When we sign into the BC email accounts, it allows us to add a text signature under Settings/Mail - but text ONLY!!! Help! This can't be. It should not be. This is a basic, basic thing! Yes, I realize someone using Outlook or another manager can add a signature, but one should be able to add the graphic to the signature in BC.  Agreed? How do I proceed and, if I can't (unimagineable), how fast can BC add this feature?
Thanks in advance for your help
    Signed,
    Frustrated & Disappointed

    Hi Bob,
No need to fret over coding here's a quick and simple way to obtain the HTML code of the signature required.
In this example I'm using FireFox as my browser and simply highlighted your signature content.  Then I right-clicked and select "view selected source" to grab the HTML.
    Quick video: http://screencast.com/t/p9V94NlBz
    The code you are after.
    <p><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);"><strong>Bob Doris</strong><br></span><em style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Marketing/Graphics</em></p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p><a href="http://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-4414473-193549/Logo.jpg"><img alt="Logo.jpg" class="jive-image" src="http://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-4414473-193549/150-111/Logo.jp g" height="111" width="150"></a><a href="https://www.facebook.com/goodkarmacafeandcatering" rel="nofollow"><img alt="Facebook-Vector-Icon.png" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" onclick="" src="http://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-4414473-193559/38-38/Facebook- Vector-Icon.png" height="38" width="38">
Just a FYI you might want to create this signature within your site then pull the HTML. Since my example above is pulling the images you've uploaded in this forum thread.  Just in case the forum topic was ever deleted you may lose the images.
    Hope this helps!

  • Insert email signature with logo iOS8.1

    Dear Friends,

    Dave,
While I appreciate your distaste for html emails I'm just looking for some help here.
(I don't want to offend you or anyone else on this or any other discussion board but so many times in these discussion sites people talk about their personal opinions rather than offering assistance and it gets frustrating when someone is seeking help.)
    No offense taken.
You say that it is dependent on how the recipient's email is set. I can understand that. My email is set to accept/read html messages as most people I know do.
Again, I'm trying to figure out how I can create a signature that uses html within Mail if that is what is needed to achieve my set goal. If the recipient chooses not to have their machine set to see the html then so be it.
But as noted I get html messages. But when I've added a logo to my signature the paper clip shows up and that is what I'm trying to avoid.
OK, how exactly are you "adding a logo" to your signature?
What steps do you take to achieve this?
(Note: I don't use Apple Mail but use Thunderbird.)
Where does the paperclip show up?
If you send email to yourself, do you get the paperclip?
If you sent me an email (address in my profile) would I see it as an attachment?
Are all recipients getting the paperclip?
If this is not possible to do in Mail then so be it. But if so I'm just looking for some help.
    I am trying to help...
As far as an html signature, you can certainly put some html in there to point
to an image that is available from a server somewhere

  • Single email signature for multiple devices

    Hi,
I want to use one email signature from my mac mail account - I want it to be the same from iPhone, iPad and desktop mac - ideally including my logo, phone number and website as a clickable link.
Is this possible because I'm really struggling.
    Thanks in advance!

You need an IMAP or Exchange account...not a configuration problem...type of mail account problem. Keeping things in Sync across multiple devices can't be done with a POP account.
