I need obtain the logs of emergency users from backend system. for this reason, i excute the progra GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC in SE38.
The program runs with error: "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT FOUND"

The reports available for log collection and log notifications are:
(1) GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE: This Report is used for log collection and if the configuration parameter 4007 in SPRO is set to YES, then this will send the log notifications also.
(2) GRAC_SPM_LOG_UPDATE: This Report is internally called in GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE to collect logs for Firefighter IDs when application type (configuration parameter 4000) is 1.
(3) GRAC_SPM_LOG_UPDATE_ROLE: This Report is internally called in GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE to collect logs for Firefighter Roles when application type (configuration parameter 4000) is 2.
(4) GRAC_SPM_WORKFLOW_SYNC: When the configuration parameter 4007 is set to No i.e. the log notifications are not sent immediately when the logs are updated, then this report is used to let the notifications scheduled at specific time whenever required.
Note: GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC report is an old report and should not be used for log collection.

Unable to start User Profile Sync Service

Hi,
I am currently facing some issues with starting the User Profile Sync Service on my SP2013 farm.. I was wondering if someone could help me out a bit.
I have successfully installed the SP2013 farm on a environment that has access to our AD etc. and I have also
restored the database from SP2007 and converted it to Claims authentication etc. The one thing I can’t get to work is to enable the User Profile Sync Service on the server. I have checked quite a bit of TechNet blogs and other sites and tried almost everything
suggested but it still fails. I’ve also recreated the farm from scratch yesterday again but no luck still

The below is what I have done:
Farm Admin account – spadmin2013 is local admin on all SP Farm servers (2 WFE and 2 APP Servers) and has log on locally rights as well on security policy. On the SQL DB it has dbo permissions on the Sync, Profile and Social DB’s.
Farm Service account – spservice-s is a managed farm account that is used to run the various services of the farm (used during the config wizard part).
From within the Admin Control Panel I have verified the managed accounts and it is indeed spadmin2013 which owns the User Profile Sync Service (not the application itself). When I try to start the service it tries to do that for 5-10 minutes and then fails
and goes back to stop and I do not see any error. I have created a custom service application with new database that runs on spadmin2013/spfarm/ldap accounts etc. I can see from the Windows services – FIM and FIMSync service try to start using the spadmin2013
and then go back to disabled. I have also tried giving the spadmin2013 rights to replicate the AD as few blogs suggested that. I am not sure where this is going wrong or what is missing. I had successfully got this to work and still can get it to work on my
first SP2013 server which is a standalone – running SQL, SP app and WFE on the same box.
In fact I also tried to activate this service first before I joined my 3 other servers to the farm and had no luck. I am kinda lost here as to what is going on!

I have verified the spadmin2013 does have dbo permissions and also is part of security & sysadmin in sql server. I run SQL 2012 with SP1

UPA Service: User Profile Sync is not currently provisioned

Hello Team
As we have SharePoint 2013 On-Premises and got stuck on the UPA, It was working fine previously (Before migrating SQL Server). I have migrated SQL Server 2008 R2 to SQL Server 2014 by using Alias and everything seems to be working properly except UPA.
I am unable to start user profile synchronization services and getting message in event viewer below
"The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileImportJob (ID d4e4db3c-37ee-4ae8-8a25-f3d974a8be95) threw an exception. More information is included below. Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object."
My SharePoint server fully pathced to SP1 and June 14 CU without any error/warnings on that. I have checked and searched and applied solution but still i am unable to start the services for FIM and UPA.
All the Users, Directroy and registry permission are correct. I dont want to remove existing one because mysite working, unable to synch new data from AD as this is not started.

You can't; not if the phones are sharing the same iCloud account. If you want to keep your data separate, migrate one of them to a different iCloud account. (You can continue to share the same iTunes ID.)
To do this, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (this won't effect the other phone), choose Keep on My iPhone, sign back in with a different Apple ID to set up a new account, turn on your iCloud data syncing, then choose Merge to upload the data to the new account. You can then go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from each account.
Another option if you're only concerned about not sharing contacts but wish to share everything else, is to set up a second iCloud account on one of the phones and sync contacts with the secondary account. To do this, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off and choose Keep on My iPhone. Then go to Settings>Mail,Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, sign in with a different Apple ID to create the secondary account, and turn Contacts to On. You can then go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's contacts from each account.

User home syncs - sort of

I have about 50 users and most sync fine on login and logout. I have a group for all users setup and that group has Mobility Prference set to sync on login and logout. Now every so often I have some users that refuse to sync. They start to sync - the dialog comes up saying "checking sync items" or whatever, yet then it just blinks off without every syncing. Sometimes at login it even says the home directory has changed and asks if user wants to sync home or server folder - I choose local and it starts to check items then blinks off and loads user's desktop.
I verified the user is a mobile account.
I deleted the user's home folder on the server.
I deleted user's local account on iMac, copied user's files from manual backup and then chown -R'd user directory to username of user/group: staff, which is the same as everyone else's that works fine.
None of these steps worked.
I cannot get the user to sync.
Hardware:
End user: iMac G4/768MB RAM/OSX 10.4.4
Server: Dual G5 Ghz/1GB RAM/OSX 10.4.3
I have been unable to uprgade the server to 10.4.4 to test if thats the issue. If you say thats probably the issue, I'll take it offline...
If I left anything out, please let me know and I will elaborate.

You seem to have a bunch of things going on here.
First off, in 10.4, users sync by default. That
means you have to turn syncing off to stop form
syncing --- just removing mobility management will
not do it. To stop syncing, manage mobility
settings Always, and remove all sync rules from
Login & Logout as well as Background sync (so that
the top pane is a blank list).
econdly, if you have various problems with syncing,
delete ~/Library/Mirrors/* when the user is not
logged in. That's where the sync database is stored.
When the user next logs in, all to-be-synced file
will copy again. If you have ~/Library syncing on,
the user gets a message at the next login.
Otherwise, all the files show up as "conflicts".
Regarding stopping sync - I want them to sync, yet only on login and logout as specified in WGM. And from what I can tell you want me to disable syncing in WGM, which isnt what I want... I simply want the users to stop syncing while logged in...
Regarding deleting ~/Library/Mirrors/* while the user isnt logged in to fix issues, I will definitely try that. Is there a chance they will lose data? Will it let me choose to sync local or server?
Regarding ~/Library syncing... I'm not sure what that means... Sometimes users get conflicts for iChat icons and some other random files, yet thats about it. I do get the "Home directory in use" error, yet that lets me choose which way to sync - server or local...

We're trying to set up sync between Sharepoint and AD so photos are displayed in Lync.
The certificate referenced in 8311 is not the sharepoint root cert, its the UCC cert with our FQDN of the site. sharepoint.domain.com
Is this causing the problem with the sync and holding up the photos?
I have tried several proposed fixes, it hasn't helped.

I have an iMac-have used Firefox exclusively for years. I can't access a school web site-can't get past the log in with user ID and password. Screen stays at log in screen. Tried clearing history-tried uninstall and re-install. All other web sites/bookmarks work fine. Thanks in advance.

Try clearing the cache and deleting cookies for the site, this can sometimes resolve problems accessing sites that used to work. See [[how to clear the cache]] and [[deleting cookies]] for details.

User Management APIs don't give the liberity to obtain the password, instead you can verify a password. Please check if your requrirement can be modified to check for password.
Please use code mentioned below and the one suggested before.

Hi,
This is a security issue and you will need a javascript file in the Acrobat folder. This will contain a trusted function allowing access to the login name.

However read to the end, because if you are Reader Enabling the form (at least through Acrobat) then you may run into problems.

First lets establish that you have calendars enabled on your iPhone and iPad.
Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Select the account of which you are using calendars with (iCloud, Gmail, Etc)>Enable
Now on your iMac, go to Calendars, and ensure that you are creating/syncing calendars with the same account(s) you are using on your iOS devices.

Error logging into runtime user

My coworker recently added a new windows agent that is on a different domain than her Tidal master and is getting the error
*** Error logging into runtime user when she tries to run a job through Tidal.
She verified that the runtime user has the proper rights on the agent server, she logged onto the agent as the runtime user and ran the script from the job manually and it ran successfully.
Is there a known problem with using a runtime user that was created in domainA but trying to run a job on an agent server in domainB?

It turns out that the problem was with the userid the agent service was running under. She changed the service to run with the Local System credentials and the problem was solved.

The user profile service: Service failed the log on. User profile can not be loaded.

I am running a Windows Server 2008 R2 domain. with 2 domain controllers.
Every new account created in active directory does not seem to work. Even if the account it copied from one that does still work, it still gives the same error when logging in on a network computer (windows 7). "The user profile service: Service failed
the log on. User profile can not be loaded."
I have looked at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215, which unfortunately does not help. Especially since the SID is not there because the user has not managed to log on yet.
The
"Do not logon users with temporary profiles" Group Policy setting is not configured.
And I have tried force replication too.
I have exhausted all my knowledge.

The middle one with the {SMTP:*;10} in my case (you may have a different number than 10 in yours) is my outbound connector. So yours will show an address space of {SMTP:*;<some number, 10 is the default>}. HTH ...

Combine Chat Logs from Each User

Hi there,
Is anyone aware of an add-on or method for combining the chat logs of each user into ONE file?
I very rarely leave chat windows open throughout the day, which means that if I have several conversations with one person, I end up with multiple logs for that person in one day. This means that if I need to go back and read someone's log, I have to search through multiple logs if I don't remember the exact time of the conversation that took place. I'd much rather look at one person's entire log over the course of one entire day (at least), if possible.
Can anyone help, or is this impossible? Thanks in advance.

Which version of iChat ?
iChat 5 can be set to display the Last Chat when opening a new Chat with someone (as long as you are Saving Transcripts as well)
iChat 4 can "Remember Open Chats across Launch" which means if you close iChat with a chat open that chat will also open when the Buddy lists appear/iChat is restarted.
I am not aware of anything that can merge several Chats though.
