Look I need to send my Ipod in to get fixed but I don't know where to send it so I need help!?!?!?!
When I got my ipod which was about 2 years ago I had went go disconnect the charger from the ipod and the place where the charger goes busted out and I wasn't ruff with it. It just fell out and I wanna send it in but I don't know the location and I don't have a store near me at all so I would need to send it on my own.

Not quite what I heard when I went into the Apple Store in Hong Kong yesterday.
I have just bought an iPad in Hong Kong but will eventually be travelling back to the UK.
Louis in the Apple Store told me that iPads without cellular have international warranty but those with cellular do not (as there are slightly different models for different carriers).
But he was pretty cagey and essentially couldn't give a clear, straightforward answer. Which most Apple employees can't.
It is now a grey area, at the discrection of each local Apple Store & is subject, it seems, to you paying the import duty as a possible get out clause.
Look carefully but do tell us if you got this iPad reapired. Thanks. -
i forgot my security question and it won't let me buy any songs but whenever i go to manage my apple id it says i need to tell the answers to the security questions but i don't know them someone please help
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

my iphone has been water damaged and in the mean time ive gone back to using my old phone. But i need to get all the contacts from my iphone i had synced to my laptop, but i don't know where to find them and im not sure if ive backed them up to anything!
If your contacts are synced to your computer then they are in the supported app you are syncing with.

My ipod touch has a problem... when i put my headphones in the hole to listen to my music, it doesnt work unless i hold it down in the hole... but if i take the headphones out and plug it into my laptop or my mp3 player they work fine, and i also tried to use other headphones but it still didnt work, so it is something in the ipod itself that is broken... i cant figure out how to send my ipod touch in to get fixed.. i need help... someone please help me..? thank you.

My ipod was stolen and I never registred it on apple.com or wrote down the serial number, theres a way to do it by going to Preferences > Devices and something else. I dont know where preferences is in itunes. Can someone help?
You should find "Preferences" in your Edit menu in iTunes.

You can't backup an iOS device that is in recovery mode. All you can do is restore via iTunes.

IPod says to reinstall game but I don't know how
Have installed both Texas Hold'em and Cubis2. Both were working fine last night but after I connected to iTunes this morning to charge my battery, I got the message that the games won't run, that I had to go to iTunes and reinstall the games. How do I do that?

If you need to find your serial number you can check:
The box it came in
iTunes, by going to Preferences>Devices and hovering your mouse over the backup

This won't help you find it, however. It will only enable you to prove it is yours if it is found, and to inform your insurance company. -
Hey there! So I plugged in my ipod to my computer and it didn't show up where it normally does. I need to update my song list. How can I make it appear? It doesn't come up in iphoto either. A few days ago my sis plugged it into another computer but I don't know if she synched it to the other computer, and frankly, she won't remember. Think about it... She plugged it in to another computer, she doesn't remember what she did (yeah, right), and now your iPod is not being recognized by your computer...
Also take into consideration how old is your sister, and how much does she know about electronics?
