"Look up" tap does not work
Anyone else having problem with Look up feature on their mac? I think it use to be one finger tap, now its three finger. But it doesnt work.

As described there, uninstalling the app "Scroll Reverser" did the trick for me too.
Three finger look-up tap works again.

Palm Desk Top 6.2 Address Look Up Function Does Not Work In Windows 7
I recently upgraded my desk top computer's operating system from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium. I synchronize with a Palm Tx PDA. HP PalmOS customer support Chat helped me work through a compatibility issue that was preventing display of Address, Calendar, Memo and To Do items on my desk top computer via the Palm Desk Top 6.2 application. I now find that the address look up function does not work (although it worked fine when I was running Vista). Without success, I tried running the repair tool as well as reloading the software (both overlay and clean reinstall). I would appreciate any help or suggestions to fix?

Following code does not give me transparency beyond the circle. Circle is placed in the white square.... Whats strange is that if I run my application as Web Start, i get the transparency. In Standard Execution mode it does not work... NetBeans 6.8, JavaFX 1.2.1, Java 1.6u17 Windows 7 x64.

My iphone 6 connects to the car via bluetooth, the music works good, but the phone calls does not work. It looks like it is working but doesn't. I have tried in my Hyundai Sonata and a Dodge Dart rent car and get the same results. I updated the last 8.0.2. It worked the first day i had the phone, and then i updated to Ios 8.0.2 and it quit working.
Now when i get in the car, it acts like it is connected and makes the same call it was on after syncing to bluetooth, but it really isn't on a call. This is happening on both cars.
Does anyone know if this is the phone and i need to take it to Apple or if there is an issue that Apple is working on getting a fix for?
My son in law has the exact same phone as me, we both got the on 10/6, he had a Dodge Dart and his is working via bluetooth.
Someone HELP please, as i consider this a safety issue by not having my calls go to bluetooth.We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!

I just upgraded to the New OS on my Mac Book Pro and now my trackpad does not zoom in or out. I looked at system settings on trackpad and it is set, but does not work How do I get it started?
This is really unfortunate. I'm sorry that nothing works. I was going to mention holding down the power button and doing a force shutdown but you already did that. You might need to take it into the Apple store. I don't know if booting into safe mode would help. You would have to turn off the machine again, hit the start button and hold down the shift key after you hear the tone, but normally you would let go of the shift key when you see the apple logo and spining wheel. Maybe by holding down the shift key after you here the tone will cause the screen to come back on? The other option is to start up from the 'install disk' if your machine came with one. You would insert the disk, then shut down the computer, and hold down the C key right after hitting the start button.

I look for integrated in the legend bloc of diaporama, a widget such as "Accordion" for, with a click, or passing with mouse, open a new legend for each photo. I tried with "Accordion" of Muse, it does not work. I tried copy/paste, mais no result. The widget disappear in bloc legend. disparaître. Have you one solution?

Ever since I updating my IPhone 4 to 5.1.1. my alert/banner does not work with my mail app. Initial startup it works but after that, it does
not work. The only way I know there is a message by tapping on the mail app and then I hear the alert and the banner shows up. Prior
to updating, it always worked. Is there a 'bug' in the system or is there something I am missing here.Yeah this was my first time connecting my phone to the computer since I went to iOS 5.0 and iCloud, so I wasn't familiar with the fact that it did not automatically create a backup on iTunes during the Sync process. Should have right-clicked on the phone device and did a manual backup.
But still, after restoring the backup from iCloud, I don't understand why data from certain apps got hosed (anything before October 2011, which was my last iTunes backup), while other apps' data appears to be fully intact. -
Browse in iBooks on my iPad does not work. When tapping on the author name nothing appears. Is anyone else having this problem?
it does not show up in photostream in iphoto on my imac. Everything is activated and turned on.
Just in case, on your iMac, open System Preferences > iCloud
Make sure Photo Stream is switched to on.
If it was already on, switch that off. Restart your iMac, restart your iPhone.
See if photos sync between the iMac and iPhone. -
Quicklook does not work with WMV files and quick look no longer maintains resized views when viewing from a folder using the up/down arrows. Any fixes?

How do I close programs with IOS 7? The old way of closing programs by double tapping on the button, holding down an icon until it started shaking and a red X appears does not work. Every program I opened appears. Turning on and off the phone does nopt work.
I just found out. Above the icon is a copy of the open page of the program(s). You slide the pages up to close.

For some reason, my quick look doesnt work since yesterday. I tried: 1) pressing the spacebar, it behaves like in tiger and selects a document if nothing is highlighted, if something is highlighted nothing happens 2) Pressing the eye button in the toolbar 3) pressing cmd-Y 4) selected quick look from the contextual menu. All of these methods does not work. And I've tried restarting the computer countless times.
Does anybody have a fix for this? Did I accidentally press a key combination that turned it off?
I really dont want to reinstall my computer since it's gonna be a big hassle
ThanksI too just noticed this sudden loss of space-bar Quick Look functionality on my Mac Pro after updating to 10.5.2. However, on a recent aluminum iMac, the feature does work with the same update (??).

Tap to click does not work. Is there no solution?
I have XP SP3 with the latest 2.1.1 update. Tapping doesn't work. Keyboard backlight does not work. Eject does not work. Scrolling is hyper active even with mouse set to 1 click scroll. But worst of all, NO MOUSE CLICK.
If there is a special setting to make, please let me know. I can live with the other problems but not being able to tap is extremely irritating.
Help! Any Apple Certified Techs out there?For those who care to know, the tap to click pretty much does NOT work at all no matter what version of Windows you have.
I called tech support twice today. The first "expert" told me to try using XP service pack 2. He claimed his tap function worked during his training program.
I said OK and proceeded to erase and reinstall the whole thing. No go.
The second tech reviewed my case number and flat out said, "we don't support windows, I can't help you". I understand that some things are beyond the scope of support but to me, this was an apple boot camp issue. Every salesperson I spoke to said it was no problem. There are problems. Probably to be fixed at a later date, however, it is obviously not a priority.
I do have some good news. I discovered that spyware programs such as Webroot Spy Sweeper seem to make the bootcamp manager crash (you'll see a popup at startup).
But if you just reinstall bootcamp again it will rebuild the drivers and should work.
Also, you can reduce the amount of hyper scrolling across the trackpad by setting the mouse click wheel to 1 (3 by default) in control panel. Be sure to check out the bootcamp panel and enable stuff like the fn keys.
I am now considering Parallels as a solution. If it runs inside OSX then maybe it won't suffer the trackpad issues.
I am staying with SP2 until someone says SP3 is better. Anyone else have any thoughts? -
Ipad does not work when you tap "continue" or "next"
the "continue" buttons do not work. When I sign in for instance to my bank and put in my username and then it says "continue" that button does not work. I also happens on buttons that say "next". Any one know if this is a flaw?
Please be wary of vacuuming the speakers, this can lead to damage of the speaker due to the force/static this can generate. Normal heat generated by usage should be enough to dry out the speaker in a short period fo time.
