Looking for a PDF Parts Manual/Guide for Laptop

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and need some direction and information. I have a HP2000 Notebook PC, Product #QE345UA#ABA and would like to find the PDF manual for my system. I think I'm having a problem finding the section on the HP site for documents and manuals.
Can someone point me in the correction direction??

Looking for hardcopy of the user guide for the Audigy2 ZS Platin

Is there a way for me to receive a hardcopy of the user guide for the Audigy2 ZS Platinum?
I have the CHM file. It?s OK but I would like to have a manual.

I had setup Application Streaming with SCCM 2012, unfortunately performance was not comparable simply due to the fact that it take a little while for the SCCM Client to kick into action itself, which obviously has to happen before the App-V applications
are delivered. I heard another Forums user also mention that concern.

Manual/Guide for disassembling Qosmio G10

Hi,
Just a question. Does anyone have a good link or guide for when you want to open the Toshiba G10? I dont have any more warranty and unforutnately I believe the graphics card is dead, but just want to make sure.

Ive already performed a disassembling on two Qosmio models. The F15 AV201 and the G15 AV503. All this line is similar in construction.
I will link you to a site with pictures and how to disassemble the Qosmio F15 15(the same as F10). But is much similar to the G10, G15.

Note: There is no way to change the Nvidia Graphics card because it is a BGA soldering type chip. I believe it is the Fx5700 128MB for your model.
All these models F10, F15, G10 and G15 are with a known problem of design project.

Toshiba is exchanging the motherboard with the nvidia FX5700 card for a new one with the go6600 graphic card. And you must upgrade your Notebook BIOS for using the new graphic card.
Well, after technical service it will come with the new BIOS version 2.0 and the label Refurbished.

Lucene - searching for a specific part of engine for my science work

Hello all.
First of all, a short introduction:
I`m performing science work in my university that are connected with symbol processing using Markov productions. I give you an example of it:
AB -> BC
It`s a production that means replace all ocurence of AB in word with BC (as a word can be count a sentence or whole document or even a binary file , cause it consists with symbols '1' and '0' in raw, and we can use smth like this '1001'->'1100'). In common case it work in such way: scan word for first occurence of AB, change if to BC, scan word for very begining once again for first occurence in changed word and so on. It stops if it scan whole word but didn`t find Ab. So as you can it`s bad that we have to look the whole word from very begining after every change (cause we are afraid that in previous part of work after change we can find AB). I`m developing some ways to change all ocurences of ABs in word for one pass and I also develope a benchmark that allows to model how fast work Markov production in classic and with my improvements. But now I need to show that this improvments can affect on real project. So I need a project that in its logic have a part with a lot of replacement espessialy with replaceAll, so I can change it my function that will replace for one pass all occurences (so it should be open source). I decided that Lucene engine can help me, cause in theory during building indexes files there are should be a lot of transfers of index words. But in practice, looking in source index building and next step - optimization in this engine doesn`t use replace or replaceAll in explicit or implicit way. Am I right? May be some one can give me a piece of advise where I can find what I need in Lucene? Or may be someone show another opensource project where I can make a real benchmark?
P.S. I suppose my funtions cann`t beat Java replaceAll, cause I suppose it don`t work in raw with return to begin of word, but I need real result even if it will negative.

I decided that Lucene engine can help me, cause in theory during building indexes files there are should be a lot of transfers of index words.I don't understand how you got from 'a lot of transfers of index words' to 'a lot of replacement especially with replaceAll()'. Why would building a Lucene index need replaceAll()?
You'd be better off looking into something like 'sed' I would have thought.

Is there a step by step guide for getting splash on arch?

i looked every where for a step by step guide for getting splash on bootup working on arch.
i know if you use archlinux you're suppose to figure out things for youreself, which i handle pritty well i think, but kernel stuff, i am not sure for now, and i dont have time (exams) to break my system so if anyone could point me to a step by step guide, i will thank him.

AFAIK there isn't a way. I tried to get fbsplash working recently without much success.
There were a few rather complicated methods, and I thought the easiest way was to use an initrd image. Obviously, the default kernel already uses one so I recompiled a kernel to have support for an initrd image, but not need to use one. Then I used splashutils to create an initrd image with the splash image contained and booted the kernel using this as an image. Kernel booted, but no splash. I then gave up. I also had to patch the splashutils scripts as they were broken in places. Right at the moment, I don't crave a splash image enough to warrant more hacking.
fbsplash is meant to work without the fbcondecor kernel patch, so I didn't try using it. This may be a path you want to try out.

Keyboard Shortguide Guide for Aperture

Hi,
Looking for a useful Keyboard shortcut guide for Aperture. The one that comes with Aperture is complete, but I dont find the layout suitable for quick reference or for learning. I need something better for myself and for others who I'm recommending Aperture to.
I ordered a Logickeyboard set of keys for Aperture and am disappointed. It only has the most basic commands, and only a few of the commands which use modifier keys.

Has anyone come across a good solution?

I used KeyCue a bit and it helped -- but frankly I know 10-15 shortcuts and those are the ones I use constantly. I learned those by repetition... and when I was in Antarctica and shot about 6000 frames in 3 weeks I had plenty of time to develop the senses. Aperture has a LOT of shortcuts -- I'm not certain it's really mandatory to know/use them all -- just the ones you hit frequently enough where you can save real time.
The 8-core is up and running... I've had it for about a week now. I moved up from a Quad G5 with 7800 GT. When I was in Antarctica I noticed that Aperture was faster on my MacBook Pro (first generation Core Duo) than it was on my Quad G5 with the 7800 when I got home. So I looked at the market for buyers, and found it wasn't that expensive for me to upgrade.
I love it -- it's definitely faster with Aperture (I have the X1900XT), and more importantly it is SO MUCH QUIETER. The Quad G5 was pretty darned loud with the cooling apparatus... this Mac Pro is absolutely silent. I'm not going to promise it will revolutionize your life as a photographer, but I will say I'm happy I upgraded, for Aperture use and for everyday use. Having an ambient noise level ~15 dB quieter is a lot nicer than I thought it would be.

CID or ContractID for Firefox PDF Plug-in XPCOM (XPT)

Can anyone at Adobe tell me the CID / ContractID for the Web2PDF Firefox plug-in for the XPCOM (IWeb2PDFComponent.xpt) component?
For some reason, the XPT isn't loading and I wanted to try it by CID.

Yes, it's an identical copy (incl. version, dates and digitally-signed certs) as far as I can see on all these 3 folders located at C:\Program files\
-> Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Browser -> nppdf32.dll
-> Mozilla Firefox\plugins -> nppdf32.dll
-> Internet Explorer\PLUGINS -> nppdf32.dll <--- This folder and file
Please also note that IE Activex controls (3 files - also at version 9.5.2.295) are located at C:\Program files\Common files\Adobe\Acrobat\ActiveX\
