Looking for a report to force the option "after aggregation"...

Hi guys!
I read everywhere that the option "before aggregation" isn't available under BI7.0. I wonder if there's a way to force "aggregation after" for all my objects. Like a report, a function...or do I have to set the option on every object in the Bex query designer?
Does this kind of thing exist on BI7.0?

its Driving me nuts when ever i copy a movie onto the ipod it will put it into a random category sometimes its put into tv shows sometimes into music sometimes into podcast

You can right click your video file, go to "Get Info", and select the Video tab and change the file type to Movie, TV Show, or Music Video, and then once that video is synced to the iPod it will be sorted into the proper location.
You can also create playlists of your video content. That would be the easiest/best way to get your genre classification system going.

Looking for a report to get all managed system components

We are looking for a report to get the support pack level of managed system.
We can get that by going individually on each system entry in SMSY. Is there a standard report or a transaction in solution managed that can list the support pack level of all managed systems ?

Hi,
Another option you have -- provided that you are running EarlyWatch Reports on all of your systems -- would be to create a single Service Level Report.
You would create a variant that includes all of your systems under the Select for Reporting column. Then under the Content from Solution Manager tab select the System Configuration --> Select for Reporting box.
This System Configuration report will provide you will the hardware info (OS version, CPU, memory), database version, SAP software components/version, and the SAP kernel.
The SLR allows you to extract and aggregate segments of your EWAs into a single report.

I'm looking for a possibility to use the iPad for photography while traveling, without the access to a computer.
Shooting photo's in RAW format crates pretty big files that will fill up the iPad's memory pretty fast if you shoot a lot during a (let's say) month long trip.
my idea was to use load the photo's to the iPad so i could view them and sort out any bad ones. then copy them over to the storage device so i can continue using my CF cards for shooting. I have an image thank for copying the photo's directly to the HDD but it would be so sweet to be able to check them on the iPad before hand.
any suggestions?

As you can see from the above these are the normal options you expect to see but for the user affected they get the option to send as a Text document, a pdf or an XPS the option to send as a attachment has gone.
I have logged into her PC with my account and it was fine, i have had a look and no one else has reported this throughout the company and looking for answers online has proven fruitless.
Any Ideas on why this option would have changed to only allow the user to send it as text.

The "Send as Attachment" option only works when Outlook and word are installed from the same suite. That is required.

Dear All,
We are looking for a report in LCM module to print all the unmatched/ partially matched receipt numbers with outstanding balance in accural account.
Does any one have idea on this? or worked on similar reports before?.
Detailed requirement:
There are PO order receipts for which certain costs are estimated viz. Customs Duty, Clearance Chgs. Etc.
Once the receipt is made, the inventory is valued based on the estimates. Subsequently when the actual invoice for the costs i.e. Customs Duty, Clearance Chg. are booked, there could be a variance. This difference in the estimated and actuals gets transferred to inventory provided stock exists.
However if stocks does not exist then the revaluation does not happen. In such cases we need to monitor such balances.

Did You ever use - iPhoto ?
Did You may be direct iPhoto to a different Photo Library
As iMovie tries to find the appropriate photo library - it can get lost if iPhoto direct it into a Library on a not connected external hard disk or to a strange location - And iMovie HANGS.
Do - When no other program is running that might interfere
• Start iPhoto - BUT NOW KEEP alt-key (option key) DOWN during the full Start-Up process
• Now iPhoto let's You select Photo Library
• Select the one in Your Account / Home folder / Pictures ! !
• Then iPhoto should start up OK
• Now Quit iPhoto
• START iMovie
Does it still hangs - then I would suspect - iMovie Pref. file
If it Run's OK - Then HURRAY !

The NEW macbook Pro and Air are EXTREMELY close in form factor
The newest macbook Pro is essentially a larger macbook Air with Retina display and options for speed in increasing prices up to an independent graphics and quad core processor.
both Air and new Pro now have PCIe SSD and permanent RAM.
The Air is the lightweight portable form factor, fast to boot and shut down, but with longer battery life than any of the macbook pro in 13"
Now the new macbook Pro and macbook Air are extremely close in form factor and nature.
both have 802ac wifi
both have permanent RAM, no superdrive
both are slim profiles and SSD
The only real differences now are (in the most expensive Pros) faster processors and quadcore processors and top end model autonomous graphics.
....and of course the retina display
both are now "very good for travel"
Other than features the form factor of the Air and Pro are VERY close now,....so now its merely a matter of features and price more than anything.
You need an external HD regardless of what you get for backups etc. Drop into an Apple store and handle both and make your choice based on features, such as Retina or non-retina, .... both at a distance now look like the same computer.
The Pro weighs more, ....but nowhere near what it used to just a month ago on the older macbook Pros

Thanks for the reply, I have another question you might be able to answer.
I have a picture field (blob field) on the same line as our Product ID field (regular data field) and i want the report to show the picture that goes with that Product ID. 50% of our products dont have pictures, so when I print the report, it currently prints large empty spaces for the Products that dont have pictures and makes the report quite long and unattractive.
I have tried to supress the field and also put the field in its own section and use a formula for supressing if the data is blank, but I get the error message that says "Can not use a BLOB field in a formula".
I need to find a way around this. Can you, or any of your experts help?
I could send you the report with some data in it if that would help.

Looking for 2 reports

I am looking for 2 reports:
1. A report to tie the AA subledger to the General Ledger. In our company, we have several scenarios in which we post retirements/acquisitions with value dates in the past months and post it in the current period (which is open). This causes the balance on the subledger to change as of that value date, which is fine. However I cannot find a standard report to tie the balance to the sub-ledger. The report date on the standard report seems to pick up transactions in the subledger even if they have a future posting date. e.g. Report date 3/31 would pick up transactions that were posted with a value date of 3/15 but a posting date of 8/31. I need a report where I can pull balances by the Posting Date. The auditors need this to ensure that the sub-ledger and G/L are in sync. I am sure this is not an exceptional requirement. Can any one tell me how they handle this?
2. I need a depreciation comparison report where I can compare depreciations of each period in a year side by side. Something that would have all the 12 periods and the total depreciation for say an asset class.

Thanks for the response once again. I already know about ABST2 but the auditors want detailed reports. ABST2 just gives you the differences. Now as for the Asset Balances and the FS10N, thats where the whole issue starts. The auditors come in every 4 months and they look at the sub-ledger and G/L for those months to try and tie it out. Here the reason why we have an issue.
Example: Say the FA balance was 1000000 as of 3/31 and it tied to the G/L as of 3/31. On 9/15 I post an entry to acquire an asset for 30000 with a value date of 3/20. The result is that if you run the asset balances report as of 3/31, it would show a balance of 1030000 and also an increase in the planned accum. However if you run the FS10N and look at the cumulative balance at the end of March, it would be still 1000000 since the 30000 was posted to the G/L in september and not march. When the auditors look at these 2 reports, they think that sub-ledger and G/L does not reconcile. I tried to explain the reason and they understood. However, they need a report to see it.

I'm looking for a way to increase the slide show size from the pictures page in iWeb. It looks like it iPhone sized. I have tried it on 4 different computer with the same result

There's really no easy way of doing so without post publication editing of some of the support files. There were other topics earlier on this subject but no one was able to do it .
You can use 3rd party java script slideshows instead of iWeb's. Examples of some are:
Jalbum - it has over 100 themes/skins to choose from and many will let you set the size of the slideshow image. An example can be see on this demo page: Jalbum Examples.
Other options are:
SimpleViewer and Flash Album Exporter
Flash Album Exporter Postcard and AutoViewer Slideshow Themes
The last two are from an iPhoto plugin.

Click on the pull down window next to From: and you should be able to select the individual account you want to send from. The account that you want to send from must be an Enabled account in the Account Preferences of Mail.
