Looking for a standard dock without having to remove my 3GS case

Hi,
I’ve got a 3GS with a silicone case, now I’m looking for abog standard, white or black dock for charging and syncing which I can sit myphone on without having to remove the case all the time. Does anyone know wherea good place to look for these is? Most of the ones I’m seeing are unsuitablefor the phone and case and the ones that I can use have lots of additionalfeatures that ramp up the price

In text edit, it automatically scoots my text over to the next line but I just want it to keep going with a horizontal scrollbar. Is there a text editor I can download from the app store or can I get textedit to work somehow where it uses a horizontal scroll bar instead of entering text to the next line?

Looking for a simple way to convert a string to title case

New to LiveCycle and Javascript. Looking for a simple way to convert a string to title case, except acronyms. Currently using the the following, it converts acronyms to lower case:

So this is my problem:
I just bought a new iPod Touch 4th Generation - 32gb last week and I am having trouble in registering for an Apple ID. I don't have any credit cards with me and I don't plan on having one soon. So far, the choices for payment method are Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. I'm from the Philippines. Please help!

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

I really don't want a passcode but I love not having to enter my complex password on the small keyboard. Why does this option have to be linked to a passcode? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

After restarting your iPhone 5s
When more than 48 hours have elapsed from the last time you unlocked your iPhone 5s
To enter the Touch ID & Passcode setting

You can't use Touch ID for purchases if Require Password in Settings > General > Restrictions is set to Immediately.
you should be able to use Touch ID without needing your passcode. If none of those circumstances is true and you're still being asked for your passcode to make a purchase from the iTunes Store, it would seem that something is amiss with your iPhone.

Looking for a cairo-dock plugin/applet

Does anyone know where i can find/download the terminal/konsole plug-in/applet for cairo-dock. It looks like a miniature version of the terminal, it's also fixed in place when it's executed. I've installed cairo-dock-plugins and cairo-dock-plug-ins-extras from the AUR, but it doesn't seem to be there. Thanks

How can I buy an new Superdrive for my mac pro without having to take my computer to a apple store?????

I have a Mac Pro and my optical drive is not working anymore.Thus, I went to the online store to buy another one.
Surprisingly, the only one I found was the macbook air (external) superdive.
I did not buy it online on that day. However, I went to the Apple Retail Store in Sydney to buy another external hard drive and asked to one of the costumer supports in red if the "macbook air" superdrive would work in any mac. The answer: YES!!! So, I got one. When I was paying the products I asked to the other "red mac guy" the same question... Again, the answer was YES!!!
So... Do these costumer support guys have any training. It is written in the box that requires a macbook air... That's why I asked for two different guys!!! Why did they say YES???
Ok! Lets not put the fault on the red guys... So I ask Apple:
Why apple does not make a external superdrive for pros?? Or one that works for all macs!!

Why can't we buy internal superdrives anymore? Neither the online store or the retail store sell them anymore!!!
How do I solve my problem? I have to waste my time, making an appointment and taking my Mac Pro to a apple store and wait untill all iphone user in the line learn how to send their photos to their facebook??

You know you don't have to buy a replacement dvd drive from apple. For example, take a look at OWC's selection.
You don't say what year your mac pro is so I use a 2008 as an example. On that page click the little picture that shows a 2008 mac pro. That will take you to this page. And there's an example of a Lite-On drive.
In addition, on the right side of that page are links to instructional videos on how to add the drive to your machine. Click, for example, Optical, med (medium) and you will see how straight forward it is to change the optical drive.

I was able to look at my pictures taken without having to comlpete an action. Now when I want to look at my pictures taken it is asking complete action using Gallery or Photos. Why is it doing this now?

You weren't asked to choose an app to look at the photos when you took them because you were already using an app, the camera, and didn't need to open an app in order to look at the photos.
Normally when you look at photos, you will use "Gallery" or "Photos" however there are other apps you can install in order to look at them. If you are already in an app which has the capability to open photos, you would not be prompted to choose another app to open in order to view them.
Since you are simply trying to look at your photos and not simply reviewing them after taking them, you don't already have an app open with photo viewing capability. Your phone, therefore, is asking you which app you would like to view the photos with. Try both, use the one you prefer.
