Looking for a way to share a single library among two computer

Ok here is the issue... I have a MB and MBP and I like to take the pro with me to work and such... Right now my itunes library on the pro is located on my USB drive connected to my airport extreme. my gf's is connected to her own on her laptop. now I want to be able to have her use my library when im not there.
these are the only two option i can think of
- Stream from my external to apple tv without my itunes open (Which as far as i know is impossible)
- make the itunes folder I have on the external her itunes folder aswell (Only problem is when adding more files we would have to manually update the XML file .. im looking for something more automatic)
- do the above and alias the XML file (Which wont work because i would have to be there in order for that to work which defeats the point)

Well - you answered your own question, didn't you? Since a and c are not viable, b is the best way to to it. And you're right, each of you has to maintain your libraries manually. For example, create a folder "New Stuff" on the disk that you put new files into, and empty it when you both have added the content to your libraries (with iTunes' copying option on, of course.)

I have over 12,000 songs in my library and my son likes the same music, but recently his ipod touch is picking up the texts from my wife's and my phone? He can still use your Apple ID for iTunes content, no issues. He just gets a separate ID for everything else.

Looking for a way to access iPod Library via Front Row

I am looking for a way to browse my iPod library in Front while my iPod is connected to my computer.
Does anyone know the trick?

All of my music is backed up on an external hard drive connected by FireWire to my desktop PC. I have enabled Share Music so that when I open iTunes on my iMac, I am able to access all the music on my external hard drive wirelessly. If I highlight the shared music in the Source column and then turn on Front Row, I have access to all the music on my external hard drive (wirelessly) through the remote control. I would imagine that since the iPod appears in the Source column when it's properly docked, you should have access to it through Front Row.

Looking for a way to directly choose keyboard layout.

I'm looking for a way to organise separated keyboard keys combinations (or single keys - the best) for every keyboard layout. I want to be able to choose layout directly. One unique key (keys combination) for each layout.
One way may be smth. like setting a key to execute a command:
setxkbmap -layout "us,ru"
and
setxkbmap -layout "ru,us"
For keys setup in OpenBox may be used obkey, for example.
In general it works. But in such a case, when not latin/english layout is the first one, or even single one, in the command's layout list, applications will not react on Ctrl-S, Ctrl-Z and so on. It do not depend on current layout, it depend on the first entry in last sequence to be used in the layouts list.
I'm shure there are some other better ways to implement the idea. Please, give me advise: what a tool, or tool set to study and use?

Layout itself and layout switching mechanics are too different objects (or classes) in terms of programming. My suggestion isn't that you use the XkbOptions switch since this won't work for what you are asking. Instead, I'm recommending you use a little keyboard shortcut utility, xbindkeys and use that to issue the setxkbmap command I mentioned earlier. All you have to do is bind the shortcut to keys that don't change across keyboard layout changes (if you have a number pad, an easy solution is to use a modifier + one of these keys as it won't change). This isn't a toggle like the xorg.conf edit, but can switch to any layout you choose to bind in any order you choose to perform.

Looking for a way to export full Popularity Trends data

I'm looking for a way to access all "popularity trends" data for a SharePoint 2013 publishing site in one place. I'm probably missing something pretty basic here, (I hope), but it seems if I pull up popularity trends for the site, all I get is
the hits & unique users for the site as a whole. If I go into my pages library and choose "Most Popular Items," I'm given a search results page that I can't run reports from. And if I select the "popularity trends" link under one of
those search results, I get a usage report for a single, specific page.
I've thought about doing a multi-select of pages from my site's Pages library, but I have more than 100 pages in the site, so I still can't get at everything all at once. Plus, the resulting usage.xlsx file just includes a lot of reports on individual
pages.
There's got to be something more all-encompassing than this...right?

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to see the all popularity trends data for a site.
Where did you export the usage report?
Did you export the report from Popularity and Search Reports?
To view the Popularity Trends report for a site collection
Verify that the user account that is performing this procedure is a member of the Owners group.
In the site collection, on the Settings menu, click Site ettings.
On the Site Settings page, in the Site Collection Administration section, click Popularity and Search Reports.
On the View Usage Reports page, in the Usage Reports section, click Usage.
In the message box, click Open to open the report in Excel, or click Save or Save as to save the report.
Click the tabs to view the usage report for the different usage event types.

Find the still within an event clip, right mouse, select add still frame to project. Repeat for all the stills you want.
In Finder under pictures, you should find files for all the stills you created. Import them into Iphoto and there you have it.
There is probably an easier way but this is not too bad.

The Numbers and Pages Apple Communities. or MS Community if you want those.
Importing and Exporting, but Numbers and Pages will not do a SAVE into other formats by default, and therefore have to keep using Export which is messy.
Changing your own thread midstream may not be ['thread hijack'] but it is like having the rug pulled out by changing the subject on us.
