Looking for an app and some help...
Well, I'm looking for an application that will let me turn my keyboard into a synthesizer (besides GarageBand) I have all the nescesary things hooked up, so I just need the name of a good app...And possibly free?
Also...I've tried some apps out, but they're audio plugins, which I have no idea how to use. Any help with that?

iMac from late Dec. in 2006 Mac OS X (10.4.8)
Hadn't thought to check this before (got GB but never use it) but yes, it seems to handle AU VI's and FX just fine. You get a VI slot for Midi tracks, plus 2 FX slots for both Midi/VI (GB or AU) and audio tracks. It even handles Melodyne Bridge perfectly on audio tracks. Don't think it accepts VSTs though.
Fun prog, and very quick to use, if you're just jotting down ideas, I'd only really looked at it because a friend wanted to 'score' an iPhoto slide show - the ease of use and compatibility with iPhoto (and iMovie I'd guess) is really very impressive.

I'm looking for an app that will help find my property stakes.

Google Maps can mark locations and show feet, I believe.
But you're looking more for a GPS tracking app, if you look at one of hiking or running apps, one might handle feet. I've seen some golfing drive distance apps also.

I am looking for an App that gives me some graphics to title pages and margins in word documents
I am looking for an App that gives me some graphics for Word 2011 title pages, and margins. A range of screen backgrounds for the page would be useful as my word documents are sent mostly online. ...appropriate for business topics.
I use documents to go and find that it works very will. It also has a desktop program that will allow for wifi syncing of documents outside of iTunes. It, like any app, won't have all the bells and whistles and formatting goodies of a full fledged program, but it does have basic formatting (bold, underline, italics, indents)
I don't think it comes with many fonts, but the iPad itself doesn't have a lot of fonts either. -
I am a new iPhone user. I'm a frequent technology user but not a sophisticated one. I am looking for an app where I can make lists -- books, movie titles, etc. And I want to be able to make individual folders. But I do not need much more capacity than that. Ideas?

What do you mean make folders? Like folders inside an application or accessing system folders? You can't do the latter. -

I don't believe it will open a Word document, but Writepad allows for handwritten conversion of notes to text and then to email. Might help you some of the way...

I just downloaded "FastContact" for free but its too slow while searching. After more research I saw "ABContacts" but don't want to pay $5 for something I may not be looking for.
Any suggestions?The only thing available to you is the restrictiions section in settings. Due to sandboxing, apps cannot interoperate with other apps except for sending data files from one app to another if allowed. There is no app that will help you.

When I try and download an app, I get a message "MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.Mobile_message". This is even for free apps, and I do have plenty of credit. Can anyone help please?
With a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps.
From the message it sound like there is something wrong with your account or some of the information you entered in the account is not correct.. Verify that the information is correct and then if still problem contact iTunes.

maybe its just me but verizon had my rebate for a month and some change and still haven gotten it i got this contract on july 10, and my samsunsung galaxy s4 does nothing but shut off on me constatntly and they wont even help..any suggestions because im looking into a lawsuit now so aggravating..my phone is def on a blank sceen right now

We can help you right here with your phone! How often does it turn off? Is it just that the screen goes black or does it completely power down? Also, does it start back up by itself if it does power down?

Not easily, no. There's no direct transfer option between POP and IMAP, especially across email providers. The best you could do would be to forward all of your emails to your new address, although it's not clear that you need to - dropping your sbcglobal.net account doesn't instantly render all your existing mail void - it'll still be in your Mail client, you can still read it, search it, etc., it just won't be on your provider's server.
I have toyed with the idea of getting a MobileMe account. Would that solve my issue/question above?
MobileMe would be viable, especially if you're interested in synching your various iOS devices. It's not free, of course, unlike Yahoo and Gmail, although you've already discounted them...
I have also toyed with purchasing my own URL, but it's hard to tell from the sites (1and1, Namecheap, etc.) if they come with IMAP email accounts included.
Some registrars offer email hosting bundles with a domain registration. This could be a good way to go. GoDaddy, for example, have a email hosting option for domains you register with them. -

I am looking for an app where I can edit word documents as well as sign them. I am a physical therapist whose looking to cut down on paper work. Someone types my evaluations and then we print them out for me to edit by hand and then they go back and make the corrections on the computer then w print them and sign them to send off. Recently I have begun using apps where I can pull up the document and edit it thru quickofficepro or through cloudon, but I cannot sign them using a stylus pen. I also have notability which I can use to sign the documents, but it doesn't save the document as a doc, it's either a PDF or rtf. Also, in notability, it doesn't pull up the letter head for our company which is a template with our logo on it. So I need an app where I can both edit and sign my documents by hand using a stylus. If someone could provide me with any relevant information I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
