Looking for an app which lets me create my own formula

I need this simple thing done, I know it could be done by Excel, but I DO NOT want an Excel supported app, becuase I need to give this to someone who dealing with a lot of cells might be too confusing to him. Also I need to protect constant variables from being modified by accident, so Excel is not a good idea.
What I need is:
Input: A
Input: B
Do calculation on A and B base on a formula that I setup, and output answer C. Only +, -, *, / will be involed in the calculation, nothing fancy.
The interface must be simple: Upon opening the app, there are two fields for the user to input A and B, with text hint of course, and a button to display C.

Look at iAnnotate. I don't use it, but I have read that it will work with PDF and PowerPoint files and the app description seems to indicate that as well.

Adobe Reader will let you annotate and take notes on PDF files and it is free.

I thought that is what the big deal was that people did not know until they opened the box and started using the iPhone 5, that it not only worked with one carrier but several carriers. I did not say it will work with any carrier at one time. I was trying to find out the reason for this and why people were so surprised that the iPhone 5 had this function and the reason for it. As stated in my post, is it there so that after your contract is up and you want to go to another carrier you do not have to purchase a new iPhone, you cna purchase a SIM card that works with your new carrier.
The Otterbox Defender has a tendency to let too much dirt, dust, etc. in the cracks on the case. At least this has been my expereince. I was thinking something more along some of the really durable cases at BallisticCaseCo.com
As far as the iPhone 5 having issues, I have heard that there were more than usual with the first couple of manufactured batches that were shipped. For example the Map App by Apple, the scratches on the backside of hundreds of iPhones, etc. I am hoping these will get to be less and less, but with the recent riot at the one plant in China where the iPhone 5 is assembled is supposed to increase the waiting time.

I have a iPad 2. Someone told me there would be a App which i can download that enables me to write in a document on my iPad, on the screen. For instances during a business meeting. Then it is not necessary anymore to print the document when i want to make notes in the Word-document.

Need an app to edit and sign word documents (sign with stylus)! Notability let's me sign but doesn't pull up letter head, quickofficepro let's me edit but not sign. Looking for an app that does both

I am looking for an app where I can edit word documents as well as sign them. I am a physical therapist whose looking to cut down on paper work. Someone types my evaluations and then we print them out for me to edit by hand and then they go back and make the corrections on the computer then w print them and sign them to send off. Recently I have begun using apps where I can pull up the document and edit it thru quickofficepro or through cloudon, but I cannot sign them using a stylus pen. I also have notability which I can use to sign the documents, but it doesn't save the document as a doc, it's either a PDF or rtf. Also, in notability, it doesn't pull up the letter head for our company which is a template with our logo on it. So I need an app where I can both edit and sign my documents by hand using a stylus. If someone could provide me with any relevant information I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

I need to go to my clients and update their personal records to include a Photo of the employee and his personal information. When I have this I want to take the photos to a complainant and show it to him to identify the staff member who sold him the stolen stock.

You are asking several different questions. If you need to store your photos, music, and movies on an external volume, you certainly can. Any externally connected hard disk drive will work, connected either directly to your Mac or to your Time Capsule as a shared volume.
You should not rely upon using that as a backup device though. Although you certainly may use it for both purposes, it is a better idea to have dedicated backup devices for a variety of reasons not limited to redundancy. You would not want to simultaneously lose all your pictures as well as your backup. If they are all on the same device, that could happen. Furthermore, a backup cannot back up the volume on which it is running.
As for adding an Extreme or Express, using its LAN port for your iMac, and then enable Internet sharing so you can effectively use the iMac as a "hotspot", you can do that too, but I am unclear on what benefit you believe this arrangement would convey for you.
An Extreme's Guest network is separate from its Main network; that is the reason for having it.

I'm looking for an app to catalog contacts I am making. I would like to snap a picture of a product or idea and then log it into an app to which I could add notes about that product as well as be able to attach contact information for this product or idea. I would be fine if the app had a specific place for contact information about that particular picture or just the ability to attach another picture of someone's business card. I recommend that instead of working on an iPad application you get a good web programmer in and set up a web-facing system that can be used from anything with a web browser -- an iPad, a smartphone, a laptop or a desktop. Then your employees can access the system from any computer with a web browser, and you don't need to employ an expensive specialist programmer to produce a system which is useless for devices made by other manufacturers. The only requirement for use will be that your devices must in range of either WiFi or a phone signal.
It will also mean that if you need to change your software at any time you only have to change one copy, back at headquarters, rather than update an App on every individual iPad.
Apple's web browsers (including the ones built into iDevices) allow a web site to request the user's location, so people using an iPad should be able to do the things you have asked for.
