Looking for artwork

I'm looking to make some 4x4 cards to hand out at my bands show next week. I need to find some images to put in the background then I'll put the set list in the card to hand out at the show. So a 4x4 image, with some cool font outlining the set list.
I'm looking for a repository of images I can use for CD artwork. Anything will do for now, just looking for
something to start with.
Secondly I'm looking for a way to put upload the image into the 4x4 blank sheet I am working on. I found an option to import a pdf. Can you import jpg or bmp files?

2. One single document with sheets for the time sheets and then a folder of sheets for invoices for each month, which update dynamically using SUMIF functions when the relevant data is present in the time sheets. An applescript could then do batch exporting of all time sheets for a given month. This would entail building a table or populating a table using something like the method you described in your answer to this question:
(a) I apologize but I'm unable to make the difference between the word "sheet" used to name a true sheet and the same word used to name a table.
(b) there is no way to exchange datas between a document and a "folder of sheets" without a script.
As a Numbers document may embed a huge number of sheets able to embed a huge number of tables I guess that you may achieve your goal with a single document.
The idea is :
sheet 1 contains the table(s) with the main datas.
sheet 2 contain tables building the invoices for a given month
sheet 3 contain tables building the invoices for a given month
In each sheet starting from sheet 2, insert a single cell table whose content is the date of the first day of the dedicated month.
It's the contents of this cell which will be used to extract the relevant infos from the main datas.
Advantages : a single document behaving on its own.
Disadvantages : huge document which may behave slowly.
I can't choose for you and I must add that the slow behavior may become a sad remembrance the day we will get the next major iWork update.

Looking for BLANK artwork plug-in

I'm not looking for a plug-in that will get artwork for me, I'm looking for a way to filter on songs that do not have any album art. Kind of like the 'show duplicates' feature in iTunes lets you see where you may have multiple copies of the same song, I'd like to only show those songs that do not have artwork.
Does anyone know of a plugin that will let me show this?

Thanks, unfortunatly applescript wont work for me, although I am runnng a Mac, a Mac Pro, but since I'm using Windows Vista on it, this should be the correct forum.
I could boot to the MAC os, but I don't want two copies of iTunes trying to manage my library, and have to clean up after the MacOS drops some very strange files on to my library array.

ITunes ID3 tags handling for artwork

I have created MP3 versions of my band's artwork for inclusion in an online radio. I am running into some issues with ID3 tags.    The MP3s show the artwork and everything just fine on my Mac. However the artwork doesn't show up in the radio software (Centova) when the files are uploaded. Because of this, I've got a crash course in ID3 tags--at least the album artwork tags.
It turns out, in ID3 tags version 2, there are no less than 15 different ID3 tags reserved for artwork--meaning you can attach up to 15 separate pieces of artwork (in theory) to each MP3 file. Here are the tag reservations:
$00     Other
$01     32x32 pixels 'file icon' (PNG only)
$02     Other file icon
$03     Cover (front)
$04     Cover (back)
$05     Leaflet page
$06     Media (e.g. label side of CD)
$07     Lead artist/lead performer/soloist
$08     Artist/performer
$09     Conductor
$0A     Band/Orchestra
$0B     Composer
$0C     Lyricist/text writer
$0D     Recording Location
$0E     During recording
$0F     During performance

Yes, you read that right, there's a tag for "A bright colored fish". So here's the rub: I'm finding that iTunes defaults album artowrk to the first position (00), which has a certain logic to it. But, I'm finding that this radio software, and some other pro level software looks for cover art in the third tag (Cover Art) be default. This makes a number of problems. It means that I'm having to find a serious ID3 tag editor to change the iTunes artowork tag from "00-Other" to "03-Cover Art" in order for it to be properly displayed.
NOW THE QUESTION: Does iTunes have any sort of method to select which "type" of cover atwork tag you want to apply to the added artwork? Or am I at the mercy of iTunes' default designation and that's that?

IPad video poster frames white box with grey tv, looking for fix

I have searched the forums and can not find a working solution.
I have mpeg4 Apple TV/ iPad videos that I have added to my iPad through iTunes.
When they came in, all the poster frames were black, as that's the first frame of video. I manually went though iTunes and set each poster frame.
I then sync and reboot on the iPad. Poster frames are now white squares with grey tv.
Repeated the above twice.
Signed in and out of home share (as suggested by one forum) and reboots iPad.
Have removed all files from iPad and then added back. Back to black poster frames.
I have no way to check if the poster frame are correct as in iTunes, I can only see files on the iPad in list view. When I do get info, there is nothing about the poster frame.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Still looking for an answer on this. In addition to the above:
I have tried setting the poster frames inside of iTunes
I have tried setting the poster frames outside of iTunes and then importing onto the iPad though iTunes.
Setting ratings made no difference.
I can not add artwork manually, it is greyed out in the info pain and not accessible.
Still same results. Now all video files are a Grey Square with a different symbol depending on what "Media Kind" the file is set to. And in fact, when I do this, the files disappear from iTunes and I can no longer find them.
Apple, Please help!!

Looking for some assistance

I would be classified as a beginner when it comes to flash.
When searching around in the forums, I feel completely lost when I
see a huge list of actionscript. However, I was hoping someone
would be able to direct me to some great beginner tutorials or
assist me right in here. What i'm trying to do is build a website
to showcase my work as a game designer; mainly artwork, movies,
flash games, and user downloadable modding/mapping files. What I'm
looking for is....
1) How to load images/movies from external sources. I managed
to find a resource that explains using "load external movieclip".
It works perfectly for the images, and seemed to work for .swf
files. However, what can I use to load other movie types such as
(.wmv, .mpg, .avi)?
2) How to add a simple preloader to the images/movies that
will be loading.
3) How to load flash games. I'm not certain, but my best
guess is that I could use the "low external movieclip" behavior.
4) The last thing I want to know is how I can allow users to
download files from my flash site. I'm going to use a simple
button, but I'm unsure of how to set that up.
Like I said, I'm only a beginner, so any tutorials related to
what I need or code samples of what might work would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you!

Seems a canny bit out of my scope lol, but could you not just
use invisible buttons again, but place them on higher layers than

If so, Guest Networks cannot be " extended" since it has Website Authentication encryption which the RE1000 does not support. Here are my suggestions:
1. Main Network WiFi password should be WPA2 Personal (more secured)
2. Enable Guest Access (password protected)
3. Reconfigure the RE1000 to connect to the EA6500 (main network) and change the extender's network name and password (still WPA2 Personal). You can name it with "EXT" at the end to designate it as such.

I'm new to Premiere Pro CS5 and After Effects. My intentions are strictly to create technical and tutorial videos for our company. I have vast photoshop and illustrator experience but the learning curve is a bit steeper with PP & AE.
I'm looking for some follow along tutorials that will help me create some intro animations and effects for my videos.
I have a good start with what I have played with so far but I'm hungry for more.

There's a whole slew of tutes on Tuts+ and then there would be Greyscalegorilla, Graymachine, creativeCOW and comemrcial sites liek Lynda. Still, may I advise to not waste all your time with rebuilding fancy projects that you will never do again?! if you do tech doc and training materials, you should much rather focus on transporting your existing PS and AI knowledge over to AE, that is learn the differences in effects handling, how to use masks and shape layers for vector-based artwork and diagrams and animation and all that. Yes, those eyecandy tutes are okay for a while, but their awe factor wears thin pretty quickly and you still haven't learned anything relevant for your actual daily work...

There's no charge for downloading artwork from iTunes, however you do need an account because you are accessing the store to get the artwork.

You've used the wrong name for the folder that holds the html page.

Is what it is trying to find (and it doesn't exist).
www.artworksforyouth.org redirects to www.artworksforyouth.com which then redirects to your iWeb page.
Rather than the word "Site" in your URL you need to use ArtWorks%20for%20Youth

Looking for iTunes Script

I'm looking for a script that would remove ALL the album art from my songs. I've got so many mismatched album covers/art that it would be easier to start over from scratch than to go through all my songs one by one.

You really don't need a script.
Select all songs (Command-A) and Get Info (command-I).
Tick the checkbox at 'Artwork' and click OK.
All embedded artwork will be removed.
To remove all downloaded artwork (from the iTunes Store), select all songs again, control-click on the selection and choose 'Clear Downloaded Artwork'.

Movie rentals that I downloaded onto iMac with Lion to do not show up on ATV 2 in menu for computers. Purchased movies show up just fine. What to do or look for?

I have an imac that is running lion and an Apple TV generation 2. I have rented a movie from itunes and it shows up on my imac in Itunes under a rental icon, and will play fine on my computer. However, it does not show up as choice to play on my apple tv. I have homesharing enabled and everything else works fine including purchased movies that are on my imac, but no where does it show rental movies.
What do I look for? What do I do to play the rental movie on my apple tv 2?

Answer to my own question:
Wait until the downloaded rental has completed its download to the imac. This took a long time for me, since it was part of several things that I was downloading at the same time.
Finally, it showed up on my apple tv. Interestingly, I was able to watch much of the movie on my iMac before the movie finished its download and was available to the ATV 2.

I used List Directory on advanced IO , to list all .. the Name is the same for all ... then i used Name_ concateneted with Serial(typed)* .. this command serial* ll list all serials equal the typed , in my case , ll exist only one , cuz its a count this serial .Then i pass the path to the delete , and its done !
