  • Looking for dual wireless rechargeable headphone system with dual docks

I'm looking for a pretty specific product, and was wondering if anyone knows of a product that'll fit the bill.
I want a wireless dual headphone system with a charging dock for each headset. Transmitter should accept line level signal from dual RCA plugs. I'd prefer a 900mhz transmitter, but IR is acceptable. Either the system should come with two headsets or it should be a system with a transmitter/headset with the option to add a charging dock and an additional heaset.
My old system was a Sony which is on its last legs, and I found a replacement from another manufacturer with dual headsets but it lacks charging docks - you have to plug the heaset into the transmitter and both heasets can't be charged at once. Also, the manufacturer says not to charge a headset for more than 24 hours or you can damage the battery.
Anyone know if Sony or someone else makes what I want?
    Solved!

    Hi Verne,
Sony does not have manufacture dual Wireless Headphones. You can perform an Internet search and check for any third party dual headphones.

  • Looking for dual iPad 2 iPhone 4s dock

I'm looking for a dock or cradle what will let me place an iPad 2 or iPhone 4s on it, to sync via USB or charge via USB, i.e., leave it connected to the USB port on the computer.  I currently have a dock like the iPad 2 dock shown below, and it does work with the iPad AND iPhone 4s, but the iPhone 4s doesn't seem to fit correctly.  The fit is "squishy", and I have to almost force the iPhone to connect.  But it does connect and sync and charge.
I was looking one by Ezopower, but you had to set push buttons in 4 different configurations depending on if you wanted to charge/sync the iPad/iPhone.
Can anyone recommend a dual use iPad/iPhone dock similar to the one below that would support an iPad 2 AND iPhone 4s?

So, I've now purchased a 27" Cinema Display and used it with my Late 2008 13" Aluminum Unibody Macbook as well as with my Mid 2009 15" Aluminum Unibody Macbook Pro. I had some flickering issues when I first connected the Macbook Pro, let it go to sleep, and woke it up. But after I rebooted the Macbook Pro, and disconnected and reconnected the MDP cable, the power cable (from the Cinema Display to Macbook Pro), and the USB cable, the flickering issue seems to have gove away. I have read reports of the same issue, and the fix seems to have been to not use the power supplied to the Mac by the Cinema Display. However, after I replugged all the cables, there's no more flickering. I even tried to disconnected the Macbook Pro and connect the Macbook, and then the other way around. Everything seems to be fine.
So, now I really need to know how to connect my iPhone 4S and the iPad 2 to this display. Doesn't anyone have any suggestions?

  • Looking for proper SIM card for applet development

    Hi,
I would like to develop some applet on the SIM card. And does anyone know where I can get the proper SIM card?
I have a bit search for test SIM card and blank SIM card, but I am not sure which one can be used for applet development. It seems that Gemalto provides some development suit that includes some sample cards. But the suit is too expensive and maybe I don't need the tools they provide. I don't want to buy the wrong one, so it would be very helpful if any of you has some provider information or links!!
    Thanks in advance!!

maybe I don't need the tools they provide. You do as you will need a tool to install your applet on the SIM card
I don't want to buy the wrong one, so it would be very helpful if any of you has some provider information or links!!Are you just want to write applications or wanna be able to install them too on real cards ? If the purpose is just writing of apps then oracle and ETSI have provided everything, you don't need to buy any additional tool. But yes for dubuging you will need some third party tool or write your own one : -)

  • Looking for dual-band option in Time Capsule

I read with great interest the on-line article in Macworld that described the improvements with this week's AirPort updates because I run two access points in tandem: An old Linksys 802.11g device for my "legacy" systems, and an Apple Time Casule (configured to 802.11n at 5 GHz) for my newer systems. So I immediately updated the AirPort software in my 5-month old Time Capsule and the AirPort utility on my Mac so I can use the Time Capsule in dual-band (simultaneous 2.4 and 5GHz) mode so I can simplify my network and honorably retire the Linksys.
To my surprise, I find that, after updating, there is no difference in the configuration options for my Time Capsule; I seem to be limited to EITHER 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz operation. Is there a setting that I'm just not seeing?
If anyone could shed some light, or provide a "how to guide," I would be most grateful.
    Thank you.

Sorry, Simultaneous Dual-Band is an option available only to the new hardware (SKU MB763LL, 764LL,765LL).

  • I am looking for a sim card which has MMS/GPRS/MMSC and which operates 2G/GSM

I need a sim to operate a trail camera remotely but it must be capable of operating on 2G/GSM The camera is asking for,  GPRS SETTING                                                  APN                                                 ACCOUNT                                                  PASSWORD                                                 SERVER SETTING                                                 MMSC                                                 IP                                                 PORT  This camera will only be sending the odd picture so I don't want to get into any contract so any other options available Any help greatly accepted

So long as it will cover 2G as that is all the camera operates on, the area is also mainly 2G Where do I find the VPN and password settings etc as when I called into our local EE shop the staff did'nt know what I was talking about.

  • Give me an E72 with a dual sim

    My dream phone!
    A nokia e72 with a dual sim.
Only a real traveller with business interest in multiple countries will know the true value of a dual sim phone.  I have been using nokia phones for over 15 years now.  I always carried 3 to 4 phones at any given time, until 2006 when I stumbled upon a chinese make dual sim touch phone.  It worked alright ( I mean it served the purpose) but the user interface was lousy, it had no wifi and couldnt sync my contacts.  And worst of all it just stopped working after a few months.  Then came Samsung D880.  A very good phone indeed ! but again no wifi.  So am currently using the D880 for my overseas trips. I have one etisalat sim installed permanently in the second slot of the D880 and I insert a sim slot 1 wherever I go. But I love my Nokia e71 and can not do without it, so I have a second etisalat sim with the same number installed in my e71.  So when I am in Dubai, I switch the samsung D880 off. and use my e71.  When I am abroad, I put my e71 in offline mode and switch on my D880.  Keeping y e71 offline, still allows me to access my emails thru wifi when I am outside my office or home.
I also looked at the new samsung touchscreen dual sim phone, but was not impressed.  No wifi ! and I hate using a stylus.
So until such time Nokia brings out a dual sim phone with wifi and all the other usual great features, I guess I have to stick to my samsung d880 for my travel needs.  And as for my e71, I am happy with it but will surely grab an e72 as soon as it appears in the stores.  I did a mistake of buying the N97 last month, got carried away actually, but after a couple of days of playing with the resistive touch screen I gifted it off to some one dear.  Don't get me wrong, the n97 is the king of smartphones as on date in the market, with its awesome features and 32 gigs of memory, but it simply is not for me.
    Cheers
    Shaks

There is a very high demand for a Dual SimCard GSM phone. Many like me have to carry two mobile phones because of:
    1. Mobile operation connectivity in different areas
    2. Frequent travel domestic and international
    3. Different business and personal numbers
    4. Price of calling different mobile networks
    5. Old phone number which needs to be gradually phased out
    6. Support engineers having to carry bersonal and support mobile after office hours... etc
These are all compelling arguments for having products with dual sim capability and this perhaps why Smasung has launched 5 different dual sim models in a short time span.
I dislike samsung because of its usability and try to only stick with IPhone or Nokia when it comes to mobile phones.
India is a huge consumer base for mobile phones and a dual sim phone in my opinion can go a long way to increase the market share of apple.
Web search engines show a large number of search hits for dual sim phone and dual sim ghost cards. For travelers like me it has become a higher priority to choose a mobile phone with dual sim capability over camera and other features.

  • Dual-sim phone suggestions for my mom

I am looking for a non-touch Nokia phone for my mother. She requests a phone that supports dual-sim so she can use it for both personal and work calls. I have read around a bit, and there's this term called dual-sim standby, and as far as I understand, it seems it is about dual-sim phones having to change from one to another when you want to use it for other than calling, like for example browsing or writing messages. And to not give her this confussion, I rather suggest a phone that doesn't need to be controlled whether using sim A or B.
So I am here to ask if you guys could suggest a Nokia phone that supports dual-sim with no dual-sim standby? Thanks in regards!
PS: I found some phones that supported dual-sim, but it seemed like the phone needed to be a dual-sim model before having the feature. So is it true, that when you find a phone mode it does not necessarily have dual sim capabilities?

I still feel that phone such as X1-01 being able to keep work and personal calls separate and see on what side call is coming in would be very useful to her; an added benfit is good battery life on this model.
Happy to have helped forum in a small way with a Support Ratio = 37.0

  • Looking for some app which send SMS when there is Sim change in Iphone 4 G. Do we have any such software which is free

looking for some app which send SMS when there is Sim change in Iphone 4 G. Do we have any such software which is free or even paid will work.

I thought that is what the big deal was that people did not know until they opened the box and started using the iPhone 5, that it not only worked with one carrier but several carriers.  I did not say it will work with any carrier at one time.  I was trying to find out the reason for this and why people were so surprised that the iPhone 5 had this function and the reason for it.  As stated in my post, is it there so that after your contract is up and you want to go to another carrier you do not have to purchase a new iPhone, you  cna purchase a SIM card that works with your new carrier.
The Otterbox Defender has a tendency to let too much dirt, dust, etc. in the cracks on the case. At least this has been my expereince.  I was thinking something more along some of the really durable cases at BallisticCaseCo.com
As far as the iPhone 5 having issues, I have heard that there were more than usual with the first couple of manufactured batches that were shipped.  For example the Map App by Apple, the scratches on the backside of hundreds of iPhones, etc.  I am hoping these will get to be less and less, but with the recent riot at the one plant in China where the iPhone 5 is assembled is supposed to increase the waiting time.

  • Adobe flash  player  for (nokia x dual sim )mobile

adobe flash  player  for (nokia x dual sim )mobile

    It's Android®...
There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both availabe in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device.

  • PC Suite for any Dual Sim Mobile

Is there any nokia dual sim mobile which works with PC Suite ???

What do you mean by messages and other features?
Did you see my link? Here you have an overview: GSM Arena (minus the Nokia 108 and minus all Nokia Asha 50x)
I recommend to go for the Nokia X2-02 or Nokia 200 because they offer USB as well – in case you have a reset the devices, this makes it easier. Furthermore, those two should work without any hack to get the latest Suite(s) running. By the way, if you need to switch the SIM on the computer, there you go …
