Looking for missing component for NISCOPE

I downloaded NISCOPE installation file(niscope.exe). When I tried to install it, I got an error message saying “Missing Component Scope-SFP 1.1f2”. Where can I find this component?

I'm looking for a good HDMI to component converter,

I decided to get a 2nd Apple TV for our basement room where we have an older TV with no HDMI input. I bought a cheaper HDMI to component converter but whenI hooked it up to the TV, I just got some weird green images and after triple checking all the cables, and testing the new Apple TV on our main TV with HDMI, I decided that the converter was the problem. Has anyone had any luck using a converter to get Apple TV to work with an older TV?
If so, please let me know what to look for.

Potential issues for you with such a converter.
If the converter is HDCP compliant then you wont be able to watch content from the iTunes store or netflix.
If your TV isn't widesceen or doesn't accept 720p then you'll likely find your picture is squashed or doesn't fill the screen properly.

when i publish my site and vew it the page on the web it just comes up with the file name w/ the ,swf and the "mising plug-in" message below. if i click on the file name it displays the flash file but gigantic (the entire height of the page).totally perplexed!

Looking for component: flexible rows like columns in a JTable

Hello,
I need a swing component to display several rows which can be moved up and down, the height resized, interchanged with the mouse like the columns in a JTable. But there is no need for columns. I think there is no standard swing component.
Any ideas, resource hints?

One more piece of advice. It is not very easy to get "pre-written custom components". Most developers do things to meet their own needs and these may not be exactly what you are looking for. The best thing to do is to try to develop this yourself. It will give you loads of experience and in later programmes you may write, based on the experience you obtained from the "pain-staking" development process you'll know how to go round these problems quicker and may be able to help others also.
So just start writing some stuff. You may end up finishing sooner than you think. And remember forum members are always ready to help with problems (accompanied by minimal code examples of the actual problem).

How can I find out specifically what plugins are missing? Am told missing, then plugin finder tells me no suitable found, I would look for them myself but have no way to find out what exactly need to look for.

I go into a wiki created by my employer, and get the bar at top of page almost immediately telling me there are plugins needed. I click the button offered for finding plugins, and almost immediately am told no suitable plugins are found. Plugin help offered is useless, because I have no idea what plugins I need to look for. How can I find out what plugins are being detected as "missing"?

If there is no LR edits to keep, or if you don't want to keep the existing edits, you could delete the files from LR and import them again.
Since the file names on disk and file names in LR don't match, you will need to manually match them up by hand individually, if you want to keep the existing LR edits.
The easiest approach to this -- without doing any script programming -- is to go into each directory, one at a time:
Select the correct folder in the "folders" pane. Right-click "show parent" as necessary to see the directory tree.
Sort the LR Library by creation date.
Using the details view in File Explorer, sort the files by creation date (add to the viewed columns if necessary).
Assuming no more than 1 image per second, the files should line up.

Best way to look for missing sequencial numbers in infocube?

I'm looking for some ideas on the best way to do the following:
The characteristic transaction number is in a cube by day, store, and register. I need to ensure there isn't a missing transaction number across days...
Example:
5/16        Store: 5     Register: 1       Txn: 12345
5/16        Store: 5     Register: 1       Txn: 12346
5/17        Store: 5     Register: 1       Txn: 12348
(So in the example above txn 12347 is missing.)
We are talking about 300,000 transactions per day
First Idea:
I was thinking about using an infopackage to extract the 2 days from the cube(600,000 records) and I could use ABAP in the start routine to figure out if there is a missing txn. Would that work? I vaguely remember something about a start routine only having access to a package, not the whole dataset.
Second Idea:
Is there a way to have a query get the last txn # from previous day and the first txn # from the current day? Then I could use a workbook with VBA to figure out the missing txns.

Not sure if the following method is the most intelligent, but worth a try if you have no better way...
1) Create a query with required variables (like Register, Calendar Day etc) placed in the free characteristics and the Txn Number placed in the rows. If the Txn number is a characteristic, from the properties, choose SORT ASCENDING. Else you can use listcube t-code and sort the output in the ascending order, then save the list as a local file (excel sheet) onto the desktop.
2) Create a separate Excel file with the transaction numbers in ascending order (assuming that you know the txn number range for those days in the period of interest). This is very easy to do in Excel especially since they will be in order (type 1 txn and drag it downwards which will increase the number serially).
3) Now that you have two files (first one is the as-is records and the second one ideal records) compare these two files using a software like <a href="http://www.scootersoftware.com/beycomp_062808.exe">Beyond Compare</a>. I have used this software before and found it to be useful.

Looking for Scripts that Replaces Text and Master Pages (Batch Missing Files and PDFs)

I have just found the Script Library panel in FM 10. (Always used InDesign before.)
I'm up to replace a text string and two master pages in 100+ documents. Tried to google for some nice solutions to make this automatically but cannot find any scripts/macros to FM at all.
Do you have som tip where to find such scripts/macros?
To facilitate my work I also look for a batch script that automatically updates the image pathes in each framemaker file (image folder has been renamed).
And at a last FrameMaker -> PDF Batch converter.

100 is a small enough number that no time may be saved writing a script (assuming none exist for the purpose).
I'd be tempted to ...
Create a sourcing file that has the new MPs needed (and safe versions of MPs "Left" and "Right")
Create a new Book file.
Add to it all 100 of the files needing update (this is the only tedious part).
Use Find/Replace from the Book menu to fix the text string.
Select all book component files:
File > Import > Formats
Import from Document [MPsourcefilename.fm]
[Deselect All]
[*] Page Layouts
[Import]
