Looking for power adapter part for Deskjet F2480 Printer

Wonder if anyone knows where I can find the adapter part that plugs into the power point (board).  The slot in the back of the printer is a pinky colour with three holes.

Hi,
I've included a link here on where to find HP original parts worldwide.

  • Power adapter/cord for the Power Mac G5 A1177 EMC 2023?

How do I determine the correct power adapter/cord for the Power Mac G5 A1177 EMC 2023? I suppose I would need a part number or identifier to look for a replacement.
So far, I haven't been able to determine the answer from Apple's support search or other search methods. I do not have an original user's manual but the one I found on the net doesn't specify the correct power cord.

    Hi-
That is a Late 2005 Dual Core machine?
    This cord:

does a Usb cable to60 Watt L-Tip Power Adapter charger for Apple MacBook Pro Laptop Charger exist? i have an external battery pack i would like to use to charge my iphone and macbook pro.

Not that I am aware of.  An Internet search on your part will be required.  If you should find something to that effect, note it will not be endorsed by Apple and the magnetic connector will probably be in violation of Apple patents.
    Ciao.

  • Is this power adapter ok for Macbook?

I'd like to get a second 60w magsafe power adapter for my Macbook Aluminum (bought Dec 2008). Here is what I'm looking at http://cgi.ebay.com/60W-AC-Power-Adapter-Charger-For-Apple-MacBook-MagsafeW0QQitemZ370224264486QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain0?hash=item563315f526. The power adapter model number matches mine (A1184). But I don't see my Macbook model number (A1278) listed in those on the page. The Macbooks listed seem to be older models.
The power adapter looks to be exactly the same as mine. Is there any reason I shouldn't buy it?

Thanks. How do you know it isn't original?
I'm trying to save about 40 bucks since originals on eBay are around $35 + shipping. Is it worth it or is new better?
Here they have the new adapter and the older (mine): http://store.apple.com/us/search?find=60wmagsafe+poweradapter&mco=Nzc1MjMwNg. If I get new, guess it is better to go with the newest of the new.

  • Does anyone know the power cord part for HP A532 printer? I need a replacement cord. THANKS!

Does anyone know the power cord part for HP A532 printer? I need a replacement cord. THANKS!

Here's the steps to follow if your printer isn't turning on.
If you've gone through all those steps and you still don't have power, there are a lot of places that sell a replacement cord and supply for that printer.

  • I'm traveling to London for the summer, does anyone know a good power adapter/converter for my MacBook Pro?

I'm traveling to London for the summer, does anyone know a good power adapter/converter for my MacBook Pro? I know there's the Travel Adapter Kit but it's only for iPhones, iPods, iPad, etc.

    Apple World Travel Adapter Kit
The World Travel Adapter Kit includes the Apple USB Power Adapter, USB Cable and six interchangeable AC adapter plugs for use with iPod, iPhone, and iPad. The adapter plugs can also be used with Apple MagSafe Power Adapters, Portable Power Adapters, and AirPort Express, so you can plug your power adapter into most electrical outlets around the world.

  • Asking for power adapter replacement

How to order for replacement of power adapter for my WRT160N router?
    From forum thread
    http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/linksys.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=20899
I can order a replacement of my supplied power adapter (MU06-6120050-C5)  with a new one (PS-WRT160N-V3.2-E) because my original one must be connected first to the power outlet before being connected to the router. That conditiongave me a problembecause everytime I have power failure, I need to manually disconnect my router and then reconnect it to the power adapter, otherwise my router won't function.
So, how is the process to order for power adapter replacement?

I think you need to contact linksys to get the replacement.

  • HP Docking Station EN488AA - part number for power adapter

    Hi,
I have a HP Compaq nx8220 notebook, with a HP Docking Station (EN488AA).
Unfortunately I have lost the power supply for the docking station.
I still have the power supply for the notebook itself (393955-001) but it does not plug in to the docking station. It is the correct voltage but only 90W instead of 120W, and the connector is the wrong size.
I've been looking online for the part number for the correct replacement power supply for the dock, but became very confused when I found sites advertising the same replacement part for both the nx8220 and the EN488AA when clearly they are different because the plugs don't match. None specify the plug size so I don't know which is which.
Can anyone help me identify the correct replacement part? Or better still, is there a plug adapter available so I can use my existing power supply for the dock too?
Attached are two photos - the plug from the power adapter next to the inlet of the notebook (fits) and the dock (doesn't fit).
    Thanks,
    EddieD97

The pin in picture looks liek a 5mm pin and one one on docking station is a smart pin. So you would need something like the one in picture in this link.
In the picture observe the component in left hand bottom corner.

I would say, take the adaptor to store and get one.
    Wish you luck,

  • HP Deskjet D1560, Need Part numbers for power supply parts

I have an HP Deskjet D1560 still in the box.  Does not have power adapter and power cord.  (My daughter took them for her printer.)  Where can I find the part numbers for the power supply parts?  I live in the U.S., so I need the power cord that will fit in a U.S. outlet.  The power cords in the product section are for the Middle East, Europe, and England.  I need the one for the U.S.  Where can I find that part number?

The power supply is part number 0957-2231 and the associated US cord is part number 8121-0889.  I usually pick these up on eBay if I need a power supply, see the listings here.  Make sure the power cord is included, it may be listed as a seperate item.

  • Looking for Power adapter for 23"

I have this beautiful 23 Cinema display just looking at me wondering why I don't plug it in. Well....
I got a great deal off Ebay but it didn't come with the white box that connects the AC / wall cord into the monitor [the seller was upfront]. My local shops says they are on back order and it will be two weeks.
If anyone has an extra one, even if used, I will pay you for it. Thanks for reading, have a great day.

Ask your local shop whether they can get you the power adapter for the Cinema Display 30-inch. Although slightly larger in size and power capacity (160 watt vs 90 watt) it is backward compatible and works great. If you're anxious to get up and running then that is the way to do it.

  • Wiring for Power adapter?

I have a 90w power adapter from an older notebook that will work with my HP DV5-1015nr. I transport my notebook between home and office. I'd like to utilize the older power brick, so that I won't need to transport a power brick back and forth. The tips on both adapters, of course, are of a different diameter.
My multi-tester identifies that the tip is hot for both adapters. The problem I have is that the older power brick has two wires: core wire (+) and shield (-), and the newer power adapter has three wires: shield that is connected to the core of tip (+), black that is connected to outer part of cylindrical shaft that must be the ground, and white connected to inner part of cylindrical shaft (also negative?).
So do the black and white wires on the newer adapter need to be soldered to the shield on the older one?

Usually when there are three wires and the plug has 3 pins to the outlet then, one is positive the other negative and the third is ground.
And my guess that the main concern to HP not providing the information on something as simple as a charger is so that they cannot end up beng held liable for either damage to the decice or person should Mr. Less Than Average Joe mess up the information and electrocute himself or case something to brst into flames Renault ng in a law suit. Case and point the lady who bought a coffee from McDonalds and promptly dumped it in her lap then sued for not being warned. She got $50,000 for that. Same things with choclate bar warnings about trace amounts of nuts, etc... so whereas I too get the frustration I understand their unwilingness to help.

  • HT1349 5W power adapter, warranty for accessories purchases seperately

I purchased the Apple 5w power adapter from Target in Jan 2013.  The device stopped charging my sons Ipod.  It is not the outlet, cable or the Ipod as they charge with the power adapter for my Iphone.  equally my iphone can not charge with the defective power adapter.  How does one go about getting warranty access for the 1 year as this item is defective.  Apple store isn't that close and online/support doesn't bring up anything for accessories or when searching by the SN of the item.
I am putting this in the iphone 4s community as there isn't a selection for power adapters or accessories in general.

While the items you buy separately have a 1 year warranty on them, I have found that my local Apple store seems to ignore teh purchase of the separate item, and includes them under the iPhone warranty.  When I bought my iPhone, I got just the iPhone, then 3 months later we bought my wife's iPhone.  About a month after that, I ordered 3 extra Lightning cables and a couple of the microUSB adapters.  I have tried to get the lightning cables replaced under their separate warranty, but the APple Store keeps refusing to consider the cable purchse date and only looks at the purchse date of the iPhone itself.  In about 3 weeks, my iPhone will be a year old, but my cables should still have warranty for 4 more months.  I highly doubt that the clerks at the store will honour that since the iPhone itself will be over  a year old...

  • Old iPod USB Power adapter ok for iPhone?

    Hey folks,
Is the old-style iPod (classic) USB power adapter ok to use with the iPhone 3G? I wish I could post the picture of what it looks like ...
It's that 1.5" x 1.5", white, biscuit jack-looking plastic adapter with retractable power prongs on one end, and the female USB port on the other. Plugged my old 60GB iPod dock cable in to the USB end, and the adapter to a wall outlet and viola ... AC power / charging ...
Was wondering if I can do the same with my iPhone 3G dock cable?
    Thanks!

    Yes, that will be fine.
All of the old USB charging accessories will work for the iPhone just fine. The firewire ones, however, will not.
