Looking for Q&A session from July 16th press conference on antenna issue.

Does anyone know where I can find the rest of video, the Q&A session, from the July 16th press conference on the iPhone 4's antenna issue? The post on apple.com cuts it off. Kind of irritating because I'm experiencing the same issue, and I'd like to see what questions were asked. All I can find are a few very small clips here and there on other websites and excerpts of the session with a lot of spin mixed in. I just want to watch it for myself. Anyone know where I can find it in its entirety?

In the video at the bottom, it clearly shows video from the Q&A session. So yes, the Q&A session was recorded.
So, does anyone with more accurate information know where this can be found unedited without all the spin.

I keep getting a 'Looking for backup disc' message from my Time Capsule. I have set it up several times without any apparent problems (I have even done a Hard and Factory reset). Everything seems fine until I ask Timemachine to 'back up', and then the problems start.
Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem. I bought the Time Capsule this past July and it worked fine for about a month then it told me it hadn't backed up in 10 days and was stuck looking for the backup drive. I called Apple and they said the reason was that the Time Capsule was in Bridge mode. I launched Airport Utility and sure enough, it was. I changed it to DCHP and NAT (Airport Utility -> Network tab -> Router Mode). After updating the Time Capsule, I couldn't even get on the Internet, let alone do a backup. A logged into the software for my cable modem and discovered that it too was in Bridge mode.
It turned out (for me) that neither should be in Bridge mode (which is for connecting two networks). Your cable modem only has one IP address. Your Time Capsule should be doing the NAT (Network Address Translation) which translates the internal IP addresses on your network to the one IP address your cable modem has. When I switched my Time Capsule to DHCP and NAT, it conflicted with the fact that the cable modem was also trying to do this. The answer was to turn this off on the modem (allowing all the packets to just go through the modem to the Time Capsule and let IT do the NAT). I did that last week and since then, my Time Capsule has been working perfectly.
1) Go to your cable modem (via a browser, enter "http://192.168.100.1"). Log-in and find the setting that indicates NAT. If you're uncomfortable doing this or can't find it, call your cable company and ask Tech Support to do it for you. They can do it remotely.
2) Launch Airport Utilty. Go to the Network Tab and change the router mode to "DHCP and NAT".
3) You may need to restart your modem and Time Capsule. I can't remember if I had to or not.
I hope this helps. I tried many things but this is the only solution that fixed it for me. And it makes sense. Only one device, the cable modem or the Time Capsule, can be doing the NAT.

Did You may be direct iPhoto to a different Photo Library
As iMovie tries to find the appropriate photo library - it can get lost if iPhoto direct it into a Library on a not connected external hard disk or to a strange location - And iMovie HANGS.
Do - When no other program is running that might interfere
• Start iPhoto - BUT NOW KEEP alt-key (option key) DOWN during the full Start-Up process
• Now iPhoto let's You select Photo Library
• Select the one in Your Account / Home folder / Pictures ! !
• Then iPhoto should start up OK
• Now Quit iPhoto
• START iMovie
Does it still hangs - then I would suspect - iMovie Pref. file
If it Run's OK - Then HURRAY !

Looking for a wireless audio from any source`

I have an Apple TV, iPhone 6, and Dell PC. I am shopping for a self-amplified speaker system which can WIRELESSLY stream audio over my home WIFI network (probably not Bluetooth) for BOTH the following:
MUSIC AUDIO, from ITunes, Spotify, apps from iPhone or PC
VIDEO AUDIO, from Apple TV or broadcast TV
Shopping around there seem to be several brands which do one or the other, but it’s not clear to me there is any system that does both. Is that true?
For example, Apple’s AIRPLAY enabled speakers (or normal speakers hardwired to my TV) seem require streaming though Apple TV. Can I also stream Spotify or other apps with AIRPLAY speakers? And NON-AIRPLAY speakers (like SONOS) clearly support most streaming sources, however do they also work with Apple TV for video, and if so without hardwiring the speaker to the TV?
I’m looking for something that does it all, and without complicated workarounds, and with a seamless interface on my device. Wirelessness of the speaker itself—i.e. not hardwired to signal source like SONOS does—would be an added bonus, but not necessary.

so that would make spotify be able to play out of airplay speakers be it an Apple TV or airport express with speakers connector or a

I have one web application which is deployed on NW 720 system . I have applied security contraint in this web application so when i try access the url pattern it ask user for credentials . But if i close this browser and open a new session then it never ask for user credentials . I guess it takes the user cookie information to re login .
The requirement from my side is to find the API from nwa which can be called during the _jspDestroy functionality so that current user can log off before the broswer is closed . Can you help me here to find that API ?

The date changed for unlocking my iPhone from July to October

For some change reason the date changed on which I was able to unlock my phone. I was July but suddenly it changed to Oct 2012. I have a German provider (T-Mobile) but they are not able to help me. Does anyone know waht happend. I found more people with the same question in other forums but no answers.

Don't know what to tell you. Yours is the first post of its kind regarding a "delay" in authorizing an official unlock I've seen, and quite frankly I can't imagine any reason for such on Apple's end. All that Apple does is add your phone's IMEI number to a data base of officially unlocked iPhones. Something seems fishy to me regarding what your carrier told you. At any rate, there is no one from Apple here, thus nothing anyone here can do to help you. You could always call AppleCare & verify the veracity of what you were told, and if not true confront your carrier.

Looking for app to stream from MacBook Pro to iPad

I am hoping soon to get one of the new iPads and would like to play movies stored on my MacBook Pro laptop and watch them on the iPad. What is best one and I dont mind paying for it.

It is a 2 part app-server on Mac, client on ios device.
It streams from any drive, folder on the Mac.
It does live conversion, so you can stream video regardless of format.
I have been using it for a couple years-it is excellent.

Looking for file storage site from where I could stream my vidos

Hello guys,
I have a .mov file from time to time, which I would like to store/post on the internet and send people it's URL so people can click on that link and watch that video.
I have tried few sites, including mobileMe. They do provide storage for files but the only way people can watch them is that they have to download them first. When I send people link to that file, it does not stream, but it downloads to their computer first. So I am wondering, is there any site where I could store my video files for streaming?

Mac projector looking for shockwave?? from CD

Just got Director 11 for a hybrid cd and all works fine until
I try to run from cd. Authoring on XP and burning standard hybrid
disc on Mac 10.4. with older version of Toast (5). Director
publishes the 2 projectors fine and no problems with pc version.
The mac projector plays fine from hard drive or usb drive but not
from cd. Is this just a hybrid cd issue or something deeper?

I saw the problem with D11. I thought it was resolved in D11.5. I'm not sure if you can create a hybrid DVD - ie. a DVD that reads differently on a Mac (sees Mac only files) as compared to a PC (sees Windows only files).

You can burn a CD so that a PC user sees an ISO-9660 format and Mac users see HFS CD. I'm suggesting you burn/create an CD image that does not have ISO-9660 for the Mac side.

Looking for ideal intermediate format from AE to Premiere

Hi! I have to ask this because Premiere CS5 still doesn't like still images at all. (http://forums.adobe.com/message/3446018)
We do a lot of animation (3D and 2D), composit them in After Effects and then I'd like to do final color grading and Output in Premiere. Unfortunately since the rise of mercory working with image sequences is nearly impossible. The output of the same image sequence based video to h264 takes three times longer than it does with after effects.
So I'd like to give out an different format (intermediate) from AE to work with in Premiere. It does not have to be necesarily lossles, but it should be good compressive and performative. Thanks a lot for any hints and advices.

This was shocking to me, but since it came from Adobe itself, you might want to explore it.

Looking for a lost loop (from old Access Virus freebie pack?)

Slightly bizarre question, but someone here might have the answer.
In the last 6 months, I've changed countries and continents, upgraded to a new Mac and new version of GarageBand -- and somewhere in this shuffle I've lost some of the freely downloaded 3rd-party loops that I'd used in some of my old GB tracks. I just opened one up today and found it complaining that certain audio files were not found.
There was a synth loop in this particular track, the effect of which I quite liked; it's called "16 Angels On Horse.aiff" (according to GB's helpful message about it not being found). I think it was from the "Access Virus Loop Collection 1.0", which unfortunately seems to be off-line and seems to have vanished long ago!). Does anyone know a live mirror site, or have a copy they could sling my way, somehow?
I'm probably missing some other loops too, but perhaps from the same pack that one came from. It'd be a start, anyway
