Looking for S.M.A.R.T. data on dv6-3033cl

I just purchased a dv6-3033cl.  I am unable to see the S.M.A.R.T. data for the hard drive using HDTune.  The program acts like the drive doesn't support S.M.A.R.T., but it does.
How can I display the S.M.A.R.T. data for the hard drive on this laptop?

You are confusing the issues.
First the 2009 shipped with 10.5.7+ and likely you did buy retail 10..6.8 which is req'd to upgrade to Lion and above.
The issue is only with Disk Utility ability to format drives beyond 2.2TB. Odd as GPT support for even larger has been there since 10.4.6 but with Fusion drives in iMac Apple did "something" and then even when known, did not really address the problem.
Format the drive in 10.7 or even 10.8.2 or 10.6.8 (I recommend cloning systems and keeping backup and archives around). You should have 10.6.x on DVD.
Once formatted return the drive inside the Mac Pro.
There are other work arounds, command line, other utilities.
Has nothing to do really with losing or having SMART status.

I am looking for a way to enter multiple dates into a field without the form becoming too long.
This will be used by an old school bookeeper who needs the form to fit on one page.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,
If you don't need the field to provide a date picker, verify it's a date, or don't need to sort the dates in the table, you can just use a text area field, and have your form filler enter the dates comma separated.  Otherwise you'd have to add multiple fields.  However, you can lessen the space each field takes up veritically, by using the "Labels Left" option (in the toolbar).
    Thanks,

We are accessing firefox via a compression software, Xgate. The data we download most is a shortened version of the 4day weather charts. There is a way to lower the quality of the detail( a bloke showed us but he is no longer available), but we can't find it. it was a movable bar which could be adjusted with the mouse. Please help At present the page continually upgrades until it is perfect. Less than perfect will do for our needs.

    Hi,,,,
Double # (##) means the file is tab delimited.
When you download the file from application server use cl_abap_char_utilities=>horizontal_tab to split fields into separate variables.
Using this variable populate a ITAB then upload it to presentation server.

  • Looking for the best way to load data to the appended ODS

    Hi all,
I appended ODS with some new infoobjects.
if there is a way to load data only to these datafields without all data deleting and then all data reloading?
    thnx

    Hi Andrius,
If your ODS is set to be overwritten AND the newly appended IOs are not key fields then a full upload without data deletion will works. Because old entries will be overwritten by new ones which have values for the appended IOs.
On the other hand, if your ODS additive then from my point of view you need to remove all data and then reload again. Or else key figures would be doubled after a full upload.

  • Looking for 10.1.5 compatable cd, data burning software

Hi all! Fially got my G3 running smooth, but I can't seem to find any cd or data burnung software that is compatable with os x 10.1.5 anyone know where I might find such a program, preferbly free or free to try?

If you're running OS 10.1.x, I'd recommend searching eBay for a used retail copy of Toast Titanium 5 (version 5.1 through 5.2.3). Version 5.1 was released at the beginning of 2002 and introduced native support for Mac OS X. Version 5.1 can be updated to the final release (5.2.3), via free download from Roxio.

  • Looking for complete QT 7 GetUserData data

I'm looking for an updated listing of all data nodes available through GetUserData such as ©cpy, ©nam, ©prd etc. The one list I have found has about 11 items. I think there may be more.

If you install Quicktime on all the computers there won't be any Pro related items, other than the grayed out functions for Pro. Only if you type in the registration key will it make Quicktime turn into Pro.

  • It it possible to look for a page that does not contain a string?

Is it possible in the search feature in Dreamweaver CS3 to find all pages that do NOT contain a specific string?

I don't think so, at least not directly. I could be wrong, Regular Expressions can be pretty powerful, I'm not sure how well they're implemented in CS3 though: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/regular_expressions_pt1.edu.html
Maybe you could do a find/replace of that specific string, with itself.
All of the files that have it would be updated without actually changing the code.
The Date Modified for the file would change though.
The files without the string of info you are looking for would have the old modification date.

  • Looking for MTL_PARAMETERS

Hi I am looking for two tables in the ETL DATA LINEAGE DOC
    1. MTL_PARAMETERS
    2.MTL_ITEM_CATEGORIES
which are not present in the data lineage Doc 7.9.6.3 becoz the above two tables are from EBS R13 where DATA Lineage 7.9.6.3 shows only EBS R12 mapping
So can any one tell how to check the mappings for this tables in the ETL for an OUT OF BOX rpd

You may not get complete as 100% info using available Lineage docs.
    Try this:
Open the respective app folder in Informatica Designer->Go to Source folders find the above mention source tables
right click on any one and select Dependencies
    select only mappings/mapplets
you get the list of mappings
    select and view in designer

  • Looking for fm "moving avg price"

i'm looking for fm that i give her date and matnr and i get the moving avg price

    Hi,
Check the include program RM07MLBD_FORM_01 which is part of the program of Tcode MB5B.
Table MBEW stores the current avg price for a material  which means if i select the price from MBEW for a material is nothing but the avg price at the moment.
Form bestaende_berechnen does the average price calculation & the quantity.
This is basically the program for MB5B std report for stock valuation.
I had used this directly once to get  the latest price of a material.
    Hope this helps.
    Reward if useful.

    Hi.
I had a similar problem myself. This is what helped me.
I went to the App store app, scrolled to the bottom, logged out of the account, re logged in with my Apple ID.  Then went back to app updates. Once I put in my ID password all was fine.

  • Looking for formula to fill dates of particular days of week for a given month

    Hi
I have a Numbers document with a sheet for each month of the year, named "January", "February", "March", etc.
Each sheet contains a table as follows:
I am looking for a function that will calculate the dates in a given month that I am due to see each client, based on the year (contained in a single cell table on a seperate sheet) and the month of the sheet (I am presuming that a function can refer to the name of a sheet).  These dates would populate the cells under "Session 1", "Session 2", etc. (for some days of the week there may be only four sessions, for others five).
I hope this is clear, and would be grateful for any help in getting this working.
    Thanks,
    Nick

Here's an example, using September, 2011 as the month.
    Main Table:
    A1: =DATE(Year :: A2,9,1)
This calculates the Date and Time value for midnight at the beginning of the first day of the ninth month of the year indicated in cell A2 of the table "Year" (September 1, 2011). It uses a Custom format to display only the month and year of this date. The Dates calculated in the rest of the table depend on the Date and Time value in this cell.
A2 - A11: Entered data. Not used in calculations.
B2 - B10: Entered data. The text values here are used as search-for values, and must match the text values in column A of the table Weekday lookup.
    C2, Filled down to C10: =$A$1+MOD(7-WEEKDAY($A$1)+VLOOKUP(B,Weekday lookup :: $A:$B,2,FALSE),7)
This calculates the Date corresponding to the first occurrence of the weekday indicated in B during the month in A1. The result is a Date and Time value (used in formulas to the right). The cells use a custom format to display only the Day (of the month) number.
D2, Filled right to column F and down to row 10: =C+7
Calculates the date seven days after the date in column C.
    G2, filled down to row 10: =IF(MONTH($A$1)=MONTH(F+7),F+7,"")
This is the same formula as used in D2, but adds a check to suppress the calculation if the result is not in the same month as other dates on the table.
Year: The requested single cell table to record the year.
Weekday Lookup: A lookup table from which to retrieve the weekday number for the day in column B of the main table.
    Custom formats:
    Select cells C2 - G10
Open the Inspector > Cell Format Inspector > Date and Time
Delete the unwanted elements from the workspace in the Inspector.
    Repeat for cell A1.
    Regards,
    Barry
PS: Numbers cannot use the Sheet name or Table name as data for a formula unless the name is placed into a cell on a table.

  • Looking for a "free" Date Picker

I'm looking for a free to download and use Date Picker that I can integrate into a small Swing app. Nothing fancy, just a calendar (probably using a JTable) and the ability to select a day of year/month and (possibly) a time of day.
I'm searching google but they're all commercial licenses and I'm simply building this app as a learning process, not for profit.
If there's nothing out there, I'll just stick with my series of combo-boxes :)
