Looking for VRML packages

Hey all. I am looking for either VRML packages that work with Java or an older jdk that has VRML (and where to find it). I've been told that jdk 1.1.7 does but, I am having trouble finding it. Any help would be appreciated.

Upgrade kernel to version which is equivalent to distributed ASMLib package.

If you have windows, click on Start > in the search box , type Adobe Acrobat and wait and see if you have Acrobat listed there or you may visit C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat and look for "Acrobat.exe " or "Acrobat". It should be there if you have Acrobat Already installed.

OSD TS looking for previous package version, not finding it.

Yesterday, I upgraded our SCCM environment from 2012 R2 to 2012 R2 CU3.
I am currently unable image most machines (only VM's work, for some reason) as the TS is failing with the error about it not being able to find the package xxx00002, which is our Configuration Manager Client package. As a part of the CU3 upgrade, it
initiated a update on this package, taking it from version 10 to version 11. All distribution points now have the version 11 package.
My pain point is that the task sequences we are attempting to reimage with are failing when looking for version 10 of the package. Snippet below. I'm hoping someone has some ideas on how I can resolve this or has seen it before. I tried
changing the package in the 'Setup Windows and Configmgr' step to another package, saving, and changing it back, to no avail.

Yes. They have version 11.
In the meantime, I have created a new Configuration Manager Client package and swapped it out with successful results, as might be obvious.
Most likely, I'll simply update the package on the distribution points to resolve it permanently (to version 12). It's just not a quick fix for us as we have
a lot of distribution points. Sending down another copy, since the files are already there in content library, won't require nearly as much WAN traffic or time. We'll swap the task sequences back once
we update XXX00002 to version 12.

I actually found it on support.oracle.com, here is how to:
1) login to support.oracle.com
2) click on "Patches & Updates" in the top menu
3) in the search window (located on the right) clic "Product or Family (Advanced)"
4) in the updated search window type "Sun Remote" in the "Product" box, then select "Sun Remote System Control"
5) Click the "Release" box (which says "Select up to 10", in that box click "Sun Remote System Control" and then select the version "Sun Remote System Control 2.2.3".
6) In the new window you can now download RSC 2.2.3 (called p10264451_223.zip) by marking it and clicking "download".
hope this helps! I've noticed that a verbose instruction is often better for the oracle support site, since its not very intuitive .

Agent 10.2.0.3 install on OEL5 looking for OEL4 packages?

We are trying to install Oracle grid control management agent 10.2.0.3 on OEL5 x86_64. The install is looking for packages which are not contained in OEL5. It is looking for pdksh, openmotif21, xscreensaver. These packages are available for OEL4. How do I install the agent?

Please check the metalink certification.10203 agent is not supported against 64 bit OEL, it certfied only on 32 bit OEL.

ABS WINE issue, or simply looking for 20041019 package

Hello folks. I am having a slight problem with WINE. I am in need of wine 20041019 package. I used to be able to run foobar2000 on WINE 20041019 flawlessly, with no redraw problem or anything and it was simply working like native. However, at one point, wine was upgraded to newer version and foobar2000 started having various problem.
The problem is, I don't have that package cached and for some reason, I can't build functional WINE via ABS. Any version of WINE I installed through pacman worked, however, when I try to build WINE via ABS, it creates a WINE package, and I can install it, but it doesn't run. When I type in:
wine blahblah.exe
It hangs, without spitting out any error or doing anything, and I just have to Ctrl + C to kill it. It doesn't even start. WINE seems like the only package that doesn't build well, as I build various packages via ABS quite often. Other apps usually build quite well. I tried quite a few things to see if I could get foobar2000 to work again on WINE, but so far no go. I tried that sysctl thing as well as it was suggested with 2.6.10...
If anyone has tips to build WINE, or have 20041019 package, let me know. I miss foobar2000 [/code]

the class Win32PrintJob is there in rt.jar in the jre/lib folder.
but the package name is sun.print.Win32PrintJob just see if this is enough.. (jdk 1.4.1)

I'm just finished installing the Solaris 10 on a sparc, and need some additional packages that are not present by default on when installing the OS.
what I'm missing is :
64-bit drivers
SUN ONE STUDIO 8
SUNWsan
SUNWsprox
SFWbdb
SFWcurl
SFWsudo
I guess the "SFW" are freewares ?
I was able to access the Sunsolve to load the patch bundles, as well as download the Solaris 10 for sparc, but I can;t find the page where to find the missing applications / freewares.
Can someone help ?

I found all those packages on the OEL4 installation cd's. I am pretty sure they're also included in release 5.
Did Oracle finally create an installer for BI or do you still need to install it on a Windows Computer and copy the files to the Linux environment?
And watch out using OEL5, it's not certified for all Oracle software. I had to find this out the hard way when I was installing R12 on it.

Looking for a way to encode IDs

I have a problem � I am looking to join two data bases for a research I am trying to do but -
These two databases are from two separate government agencies. Both include different info of (among others) the same people, identified by personal IDs. Neither of them is allowed access to the info of the other. I am not allowed to see any info with IDs.
So I am looking for a package that can transform the IDs in two sites into another series of numbers, identical in both cases - That I will later be able to join
Is there a friendly package that can do this? A nice GUI will help a lot with bureaucracy! :(
Can you tell me about a nice complicated function that will encrypt as needed here and that the values of which are dependant on a user given input so that the same input will always (in the two cases�) give the same results?

le and supposed that it was a bug fix release for his version - because the v17 ov18 number is not often displayed. It is usually just 2014 CC.

Do anyone know whether PeopleSoft provide documentation for the Delivered App Packages.
I'm expecting something like Java documentation, we get complete documentation like complete list of classes, respective methods, properties, and relation with other classes and packages.

Weeks or months later when we return the packaging to them we get a

We look now for a suitable condition type "deposit for loaned packaging"
which refers to account 631010 and we can use in the purchase order.
Can you create such a type ?
Please any one tell me whether it is possible? If yes, then which way?

or set up a valuation class to determine that account.

PL/SQL does not have a package that allows a PL/SQL program to
make a System call to execute a command on the OS. It can be
done in Pro*C, however, and Oracle has a couple of app notes
that talk about this. You create a Pro*C program that runs -
sort of like a daemon - that waits for commands sent from a
PL/SQL program via DBMS_PIPES. One is a Bulletin called "How to
Generate E-Mail within PL/SQL Routines", ID= "<Note:66347.1>".
The other is from the Problem Repository called "DYNAMIC SQL AND
SYSTEM COMMANDS USING DBMS_PIPE", Problem ID= 1005666.6

I have all latest jars (jaxp, xerces, xalan, jdom, dom4j and any related jars). I have w3c DOM and i have been trying to convert it to JDOM and dom4j using relevant APIs. i keep getting following error.

Looking for package locking to avoid developing colisions

Hi,
I need a mechanism (either in database or some tool) which will allow me to lock the package for the time I am modifying it to prevent other developers from making changes at the same time. Is there such a mechanism built in Oracle it self or maybe you know some tool providing some functionality basing on some kind of repository?

If you are using a tool that reads the source straight from the database (USER_SOURCE), allows you to edit it, and then save it by CREATE OR REPLACE - ing it back into the database, then yes you run a big risk that developers "overwrite" each others changes.
The real solution to this problem is to not use the database as your environment of master sources, but instead use a version control system that uses a filesystem with lots of ascii-files as your master source environment.
If you run into the problem only now and then, and find introducing a version control system a too heavy solution for your problem, then you could also look into developing a few DDL triggers (triggers that fire when you CREATE OR REPLACE something) that copy the current source into a 'backup'-table, before having it overwritten by the create-or-replace ddl command. Then you can always query your backup-table to get the overwritten source changes.
