I posted about my problems with the Creative Zen Micro not talking to my PC and freezing. Now checking back next day they have gone. Is this a Police State board or is free speech allowed.

At this point you have made 5 posts, none have been deleted. I suspect you might not be searching for the right words. The easiest way to find your posts would be to click on your name next to your messages and select "Find all posts by this user" on the info page. There you will find them.
Just to let you know, we do delete threads that are duplicated or are outside the realm of good taste (extremely bad language for example); however posts complaining about features or announcing frustration are not deleted. Deleting posts are a last resort as are bans. Plus, part of the advantage of these boards is that people speak their mind here. Yes it does attract more bad than it does good, but there have been many complaints here that have turned into good suggestions (and eventually happy customers).

Some songs will not sync to my iPhone 4s, looks like they are loading but they never do.

Recently I downloaded some new music and now when I try to sync to my iPhone 4S none of the songs i downloaded are syncing to my phone and even some of the songs that were on my phone are not anymore. On iTunes on "On this phone" or whatever the songs are there but it looks like they are loading even after the sync is over. I would really like some help cause this is really annoying... Thanks!

Same here, I have a new iPhone 5S and it will not allow me to put any music on it unless I have purchased it from iTunes, even music that I own and have ripped from the CD will not upload to the phone. Really Bloody Annoying!

Problem with slideshow in iPhoto. Photos look like they are all the right way up but when in slideshow action some are sideways.

even though all photos look like they are the right way up, when the slideshow commences, some of them display sideways. I have tried re-rotating them - and still have same problem. Help please - need it for Saturday night !

What version of iPhoto are you using? Are you creating the slideshow directly from an album or are you using the slideshow mode?
As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

Makeing a person look like they are standing on the ground (instead of floating)

I have a picture of a sidewalk. I added a layer with a person standing there talking on the phone, but the person looks like they are floating (and not standing on the street layer).
I can not find where it tells how to fix this.

Jammer is correct-shadows often give an image "depth" and a more realistic look.
Here is one technique.
I am assuming the person on the phone is on its own layer with a transparent background.
Copy this person to a new layer.
Select a greyish color and paint over the image. I usually "lock" the layer to keep the brush from wandering.
Use the Transform Tool on either Skew or Distort (often have to use both) grab one of the corners and pull down. You are trying to get the layer to lie flat. This takes some practice.
When you get the shadow layer where you want you, you can try different blending modes and opacity levels to make it blend better.

Briansyddal - you might be able to manage your phone without a PC, but many of us can't, especially those of us with large iTunes libraries. How do you propose I manage my 250GB of music using only a phone? Maybe I could go out and buy 10 iPhones and spread my library out among them!
Catz537 - I have the same problem as you and I've spent hours on the web trying to find a solution to it. It was a problem with iOS 7 and 8.1.1 doesn't fix it. The the only advice from Apple is completely useless because it requires you, effectively, to delete and recreate your iTunes library and lose all your metadata, album art, notes etc and there's also no guarantee it will work. I wish I could be more help (even more - I wish Apple could be more help) - I updated to 8.1.1 at 1400 today. At 2200 I'm still "waiting for changes to be applied" for a measly 16GB of music transfer.

You do have to click and hold down on any tool icon with a small triangle in the lower right.
The second method is to right-click on the tool.

Camera settings? The video looks like you are looking down

The video on the iPad looks like you are looking down rather than at the screen. Very irritating when using FaceTime. Is there a way to fix that?

The camera is at the top of the screen. You can see where it is. If you want your contact to see your eyes looking right at them, look into the camera and not the middle of the screen. It might also help if you hold the iPad as far away from your face as possible.
This is just physics and topology - there's no way to "fix" it. You're dealing with the same issues that TV newsfolk have to contend with for every broadcast.

Since experiencing a crash due to what I think to be some fake ADOBE popup is there any way to eliminate them popping up? As they do continue, some even look like they are really from ADOBE? I dont trust any ADOBE for now!

Quit Safari and run Software Update. Install what it recommends.
If you are going to download anything from Adobe do it from Adobe's website: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ The phony popup windows offering to update Flash may look authentic but they are fraudulent. Generally speaking all popup ads offering to download something are fraudulent. Dismiss them.

hello, I have this problem too but the spotlights come from the bottom. This started about 2 weeks ago. I took my Macbook Pro (early 2008) to Apple just a couple days ago and they said that my hardware is working just fine. Im not under warranty anymore so I didnt opt to buy a new display. They showed me a quick fix to the problem, press CONTROL + SHIFT + the EJECT button on top right and the screen goes to sleep, press any key to wake up screen and the spotlights are gone. Of course this is not a long term fix but its something. Here is a link to this problem from Apple, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1258 , they've had this problem since 2008. Hope this helps.

My Ipad's camera appears like it's in night vision mode. I don't know if there is such a thing, but that's what it looks like. I can't find any option button to change it. Also, all photos that I look at in my email, from others, look the same way. Help please.

Check Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Invert Colors and turn this OFF. Pre iOS 6 this is called White on Black.

You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden, so you need to hide the Menu bar via View > Toolbars, also accessible via Firefox > Options.<br />
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or hold down the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily.<br />
You can place the Tab Bar on top.

I'd call that a bad show. It's things like this a year ago which prompted me to not buy an HTC for my most recent phone, I was hoping Sony might do a better job this year.

It is sad that we are not getting JB, but then again the chances of us getting it was slim (refer to chardeen's post [53-page:6]). But we should be getting updates (hopefully) on the current ICS because it does lag every now and then and the camera is worse than awful.
