Loop between animation on edge and external slider

Hello guys, anyone can share me a snippet for ,i have a div where is my animation maked non edge , i need when this animation finish load in the same div a slider gallery maked with a external plugin on jquery i am thinking on lazy load cos is like 120 photos each one 1920x815 pixels, when the gallery finish load again my animation and then the gallery looping betwen both. I am more designer than programmer so i need a hand guys. Thans for all

Hi,
I usually just add the Reverse Proxy and Edge SAN's to the same public cert, but thats just me. There is no problem using a cert across Edge and a separate cert across RP. If you do, remember to mark the cert as exportable when requesting.
Edge Public Cert
The easiest way to do this is to add a multi-server Edge pool in the Topology builder. Add your Edge servers to this pool. You will find that when running through step 3 of the Deployment Wizard the cert SAN's will be populated with the Pool FQDN's for access,
Web Conf and AV.
You dont need to add access1 and access2 etc.
So perhaps your Edge cert will look more like this:-
Public Edge Cert
SN
-access.const.com
SAN
-access.const.com
-sip.const.com
-conf.const.com
I would just add the Reverse Proxy SAN's to that as follows:-
SAN
webext.const.com
meet.const.com
dialin.const.com
Lyncdiscover.const.com
You will see that I dropped all the .local entries. This is no longer permitted (.local on a public cert).
What else is required externally?
Public DNS, unless your DMZ DNS is resolving queries from the internet it won't do.

Unfortunately, I don't have either a Slingbox or iHome speakers so I won't be able to reproduce any of the issues you are having. With the fact that you live in large apartment complex would still lead me to believe that Wi-Fi interference may be the reason that you are having streaming issues.
I suggest you perform a simple site survey, using utilities like iStumbler, or AirRadar to determine potential areas of interference, and then, try to either eliminate or significantly reduce them where possible.

Connection between portal (KM system) and external server.

Hello All,
I need to establish connection between portal (KM system) and external server. At external server, IIS and WebDAV are configured.
So for this reason, I have created an HTTP system and a webDAV repository manager at portal, but not able to connect to the external system.
I have created a webDAV template, but not able see it under KM systems to create a webDAV system, I have even restarted the portal, still no use
Please suggest, any prerequisites need to be done?

Yes, ofcourse i already followed the doc.... In the 20th page of the doc, it is said the portal needs to be started, for the WebDAV template to be seen. to go head and creat a WebDAV system under KM systems.
But even after restarting the portal, I cant find the already created WebDAV template. Any guess to reslove it...
A quick response it appreciated.

PowerPoint 2010 arrows in series lines was displayed reversely between the edit mode and the slide show

I encounter a strange problem with the column chart in PowerPoint 2010 (or maybe the combinations of Excel 2010 and PowerPoint 2010). The directions of the arrows in Series Lines display in the reverse direction between the edit mode and the Slide
Show.
Here are the steps to recreate this phenomenon:
Open a new Presentation > Insert > Chart > Column > Stacked Column > Press OK
Excel pops up. Close Excel and return to PowerPoint.
Click on the chart > Layout > Lines > Select "Series Lines"
Right click on the lines and select "Format Series Lines"
Line Style > End Type > Choose "Stealth Arrow"

When F5 was pressed (Slide Show)
(well, could not paste an image yet... arrows display like -->)
If you look closely at the directions of the arrows, they are display in the reverse directions. Anyone is having the same issue?

Based on my tested both of the PowerPoint 2010 and
PowerPoint 2013, I reproduced the issue in my environment.
If I choose the End Type> Stealth Arrow(---->), it showed "<-----" in "Normal mode", but showed the "---->" in "Slide Show mode". It seems display correctly in "Slide Show mode".
We have definitely heard your frustration, and we're thinking about ways to make this scenario work better for our customers. Please wait for the issue is fixed. Thanks.

Font smoothing issue between built-in display and external

Ok, this one is a bit tricky to explain, but here we go. I have a Macbook 2.2 C2D and a 24" FHD2400 Gateway LCD which I connect using the mini-DVI port. My problem is that any applications I start with the external display plugged in have slightly "thinner" text (on both displays), like the font smoothing is different. But, applications that were already running look smoother and thicker on both displays. Further, even after disconnecting the external display, the thinner text persists until I restart the application.
As a real example, I was running Safari with just the main LCD. I plugged in the external, and it looked fine. I restarted Safari (now with the external plugged in) and the text appears thinner. Unplugging the external, the text still appears thinner on the main LCD until I restart it again.
Here is a photo, where the left side is the thinner text, and the right is the normal, thicker text:
Any insight/advice on this would be much appreciated.
* Note: I run the main LCD in native resolution (1280x800) and the 24" in native (1920x1200)

Under System Preferences, Appearance, try setting "Font smoothing style: to "Medium - best for Flat Panel" and see if that helps.

IPad as intermediary between cf card reader and external hard drive?

Would it be possible, using any combination of accessories, to use an ipad to facilitate the download of my canon 7d's video files from a cf card to an external hard drive? I bought a netbook to do this and I just hate it. Not that it doesn't do it's job but that's all i need it for and i'd rather use the ipad if possible. any ideas?

No - you cannot connect an external drive to the iPad.

Conflict between Logic Pro and external device error in Logic Pro X./cpu problems

using a MacBookPro 15 inch Retina, 2,7 GHz intel Core i7, 16 GB Ram, OSX 10,8,5, Logic X 10.0.4.
i am wondering if you can help me out with the following problem i cant solve:
when starting logic x with a not too big arrangement, lets say using one third to half of cpu, i open u-he plugin Diva and the cpu is going up on full range and the following error appears: "sample-rate 39299 (number always changes) reconized. Check conflict between logic pro x and external device"
as external device im running a VirusTi and as audio-device Apogge Duet. when dis-connecting both devices, i have the same problem.
putting the sample buffer up to the highest rate, doesnt change anything.
same arrangements on friends computers dont show that problem, so it has to be something wrong in my set up.
anybody has an idea?

Have you used Diva's preset Accuracy system to reduce CPU load?

Click on the Main button at the bottom of the window. To the right of the Master section are two selectors called Accuracy and OfflineAcc. In the current version of Diva these are global parameters i.e. they remain fixed across all presets, per loaded instance:
draft........CPU-friendly, but FM will sound rough and resonance is primitive i.e. NOT zero delay! fast......... Fine for older computers and/or when you need more polyphony in acceptable quality great...... The best compromise between quality and polyphony on high-power computers divine..... Top-quality zero delay feedback filters... but can your computer can handle it?
OfflineAcc only has two options – same or best (i.e. divine in the current version).
Some host applications may have problems rendering to audio at the selected accuracy, but the
better ones include an “inform plug-ins of offline rendering status” or similar.
I typically work in draft mode and then switch to Devine or best when freezing the track or bouncing the entire project...

Animated TOC in edge and DPS

I'd like to create a animated TOC in Edge and import in in indesign.
How can I link indesign pages/bookmark/article in Adobe Edge?

Thanks, I know how to create animation in Edge and Import in Indesign. What I don't understand is how to use my animation as a menu / index / toc for idesign page.
I guess it involve some scripting that indesign can understand, like an anchor/link (on Edge) that goes to a page/article in Indesign.
Is it possible?

Difference between Internal type and External type

I was trying to load data to a DSO from a flat file.
while loading data to the field type 0calmonth, input was in format yyyymm. And on activation of data, it would give me an error.
I want to know what is the difference between the internal format and external format.

If u load the date fields in this format,SAP changes this field into User reqired format as
MMDDYYYY
DDMMYYYY.
DD.MM.YYYY
DD/MM/YYYY
These setting are user specific.

Material groups are Extensively useful during :

Reporting Purpose
External material group : Key that you can use to assign the material to an external material group or to a material group determined according to external systematics.
In General, External material groups are nothing but external representation of group of material which are extensively used in supply souce determination for provions materials related to retail and some other functions
In short if your Internal material group for example bearing is 0001 you can group externally further based on manufacturer like FAG for NRB. No accounting activity is based on it

DX70/80 and external SIP video calls

We have a BE6K running CUCM 10 and Collab Edge. Our main conf room has an MX300. We have a couple rich media licenses.
We are looking at the new DX70/80. From what I understand they will work fine for video calling within our cluster. But will they work with Collab Edge and external SIP video conferencing to a third party? Do I just need to make sure I have enough rich media licenses? Anything else?

Additionally, yes, you need the RMS licenses for your Expressway-Core and Edge to traverse the call for B2B calling as well as a SIP Dial-Plan in CUCM to send the calls to Expressway.

Paging through phones and external simultaneously on UC560

I have a new install that just threw me a bit of a twist. They would like to page through both the phones and an old external paging system. I have previously used an interface between an FXO port and external paging on CUCM and CUMBE with an adapter and an access code to hit the FXP port but I am not sure if I can do both on the UC560 for the same paging code.
Anyone here ever had any success doing both?

Kudos to Daniel (and David's!) suggestion of using a SPA phone for overhead paging with the UC560! We had the amp tied into the FXS port on the UC560, but we still couldn't page both on the handsets and overhead even with a blast group. Also, we noticed that there was a bit of crackling and popping at the start of each page, and all the overhead speakers produced white noise. We bought a SPA504g (we wanted a true display) for $80 on ebay. Popped it open (use tiny flathead to defeat the "tamper-proof" screws in the SPA phone). Cut the speaker wires off the speaker inside and stuck them through one of the screw holes (no drilling needed). Put the unit back together. Used scotch-locks to tie the speaker wires to a pair of wires off of CAT5 that ran to the amp. Voila! Perfect. We actually had to turn the amp volume down. No popping, no crackling, no white noise. We taped the phone down (as you can see by our lovely picture, don't tape down the buttons though) and stuck it on the back wall of the IT closet where we could get to it if needed. Total cost: $82.00 for phone, scotch locks, piece of CAT5, two pieces of tape, and about 30 mins to modify and install. Downside: it uses one phone license.
Don't forget to assign an extension to the new phone and place it in your paging group!

Mixing Edge and Muse

So I am new with edge and so far has not been so hard since is similar with flash. So here is my problem. I created some animated buttons on flash and integrated them to Muse. Easy... but since flash is a problem with devices such as ipad was wondering if I could do the animated buttons on edge and insert them on my Muse site. I know I can just do it static, generate the html and animate it... BUT... the same button is pretty much on ALL my pages so Muse has the very handy thing of creating master pages which are very handy but not published. So is any tutorial about this?

In Muse as of now you cannot add a hyperlink on a Muse animation. However there are two workarounds for you :
1) As you mentioned, add interactivity to the animation in Edge and then import it into Muse.
2) The other option is to import the animation in Muse and then add a transparent rectangle on top of it. Then you can add the hyperlink/interactivity to that rectangle. It will seem o work like it is working for the animation.
To achieve this please follow the steps below :
1) Import the Edge animation (.oam file) on page in Muse.
2) Place the animation according to the requirement on the page.
3) Now add a rectangle to the page and set the size of rectangle exactly equal to the dimentions of your Muse animation.
4) With rectangle selected, Click on the dropdown which is just right to "Fill" at the top on the toolbar.
5) It will give you some color options, select the first option which is of white color with a red diagonal line on it (which means no color:transparent).
6) Now place the rectangle exactly on top of the animation. And you can add the hyperlinks to this rectangle.
This way the Edge animation is also visible and when clicked on it, the hyperlink also works via rectangle.

Edge Animate 1.0 and external css

Hello and Happy Friday All,
I'm having issues getting an external css to work inside my Edge Animate project.
I'm importing the css like so on the compositionReady area of the stage actions:

This works fine in all browsers - add this to Edge and it does not work.

Error while trying to synchronize audio and MIDI. Sample rate 42804 recognized. Check conflict between Garageband and external device.

Sometimes, while playing back my software instrument songs, I get an intermittent pop-up error message, saying "Error while trying to synchronize audio and MIDI. Sample rate 42804 recognized. Check conflict between Garageband and external device."
(Sometimes the five digit number is different, but remains a five-digit number beginning with "4".)
Simultaneously, the song stops until I press the "Okay" button in the pop-up window.
When I continue to play the song, the sound is jerky and clipped, and the playhead doesn't keep up with the song, and then suddenly jumps to the part of the song currently being played.
There's also a sound of static.
The issue seems to occur whether or not I have my MIDI controller turned on and plugged into my desktop Imac.
