LORD - ERP Error ERP_LORD_GET_HEAD caused exception EXC_LORD_NOT_LOADED

Hello,
We have an CRM 7.0 system linked to EHP4 ECC.
We have implemented LEAN Order Interface.
Now while saving an ERP Sales Order from CRM Screen, it gives an errror saying "ERP Interfaced stopped / failed unexpectedly".
We have implemented enhancement spot ENH_SPOT_LORD for the same in ECC.
No Detailed error description is appearing, no application log is being written, neither in ECC nor in CRM.
Required Switches are also made activated in SWF5. Mapping Structures are also mapped in LORD_MAPPING and LORD_MAPPING_RO.
error message that I get is : ERP_LORD_GET_HEAD caused exception EXC_LORD_NOT_LOADED
Can some1 please help the BADI's and the mandatory methods that needs to be over written in Enhancement.
Or can some1 please tell where I am going wrong?
Thanks & Regards,
Narendra.

Hi Narendra,
Did you get a solution to this please?
Thks,
William

  • Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION and Exception CX_RSR_COB_PRO_NOT_FOUND

    Hi ,
    When i tried to load data into my standard cube the following short dump error occure.
    The data was updated to PSA but while updating to further data target (my standard cube) the following error occured:
    Runtime Errors         UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
    Exception              CX_RSR_COB_PRO_NOT_FOUND
    Date and Time          2010.12.13 10:20:48
    Short text
         An exception occurred that was not caught.
    What happened?
         The exception 'CX_RSR_COB_PRO_NOT_FOUND' was raised, but it was not caught
          anywhere along
         the call hierarchy.
         Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
         adequately responded to, the running ABAP program
          'CL_RSR========================CP' has to be
         terminated.
    What can you do?
         Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
         To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
         administrator.
         Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
         at and manage termination messages, and you can also
         keep them for a long time.
    Error analysis
        An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.
        The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_RSR_COB_PRO_NOT_FOUND', was not
         caught and
        therefore caused a runtime error.
        The reason for the exception is:
        0REQUEST is not a valid characteristic for InfoProvider

    Please check the infoobject 0REQUEST, whether it is in active state, if not acivate it.
    Check for 0REQUEST Object in Infocube level at characteristics tab, if it is not available try to add this characteristic to cube.
    if 0REQUEST is not available, install it from the content and include it in the cube.

    Hi
    1. Check if your ADS is working. Use program FP_TEST_00 / FP_TEST_01 to test your ADS if it is working.
    2. Test using super user, it might caused by authorization too.

    Will cumulative update 9 for SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP1) installation help to fix the issue which is provided on the below link:
    (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2152148)
    The current version of SQL Server I am using is as below:

    Thanks in advance for the help!

    Hi Mon,
    The hotfix you said is for Microsoft SQL Server 2008. So it will not work on your scenario since you are using SQL Server 2008 R2.
    Based on the limited information, we cannot give you the exact reason that cause this issue. In order to narrow down this issue, you can apply the latest Service Pack and Cumulative Update as GregGalloway said. Besides, you can troubleshoot this issue by
    using the Windows Event logs and msmdsrv.log.
    You can access Windows Event logs via "Administrative Tools" --> "Event Viewer".  SSAS error messages will appear in the application log.
    The msmdsrv.log file for the SSAS instance that can be found in \log folder of the instance. (C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS10.MSSQLSERVER\OLAP\Log)

    Hi,
    In error analysis iam getting this can u
    Error analysis
        Short text of error message:
        Control Framework : Error processing control
        Long text of error message:
         Diagnosis
             An error occurred when the system tried to process the comma
             from the Automation Queue on the presentation server.
             There are several possible reasons for this:
             - The installation of the SAP GUI on the presentation server
             faulty or obsolete.
             - There is an error in the application program
             - There is an error in the SAPGUI or an integrated control
         Procedure
             1. Make sure that you have imported the appropriate Support
             Package, the current kernel, and GUI patch for the release o
             system
             2. Check whether the error occurs locally on one or a few PC
             generally on all PCs. Note whether the error only occurs for
             users, for example because of a specific Customizing setting
             If it only occurs locally, this suggests an installation pro
             with the PC. Check the installation; if necessary, reinstall
             software. In the dump, search for the SY-MSGLI field, since
             point to the cause of the error.
             3. Activate the Automation Trace (in accordance with SAP Not
             158985).
             4.Start the transaction and continue until the screen immedi
             before the dump.
             5. From the System -> Utilities menu, choose Autom. Queue,
                      Synchronous Processing.
             The status bar of the GUI displays the text:
                "Automation synchron flush mode on"
             6. If you now proceed with the application, the short dump will
             display the ABAP call that caused the error; the Automation Trace
             will contain the error on the presentation server.
             7. If necessary, load the short dump and trace files on to
             sapservX, so that SAP can analyze them.

  • Some Search Admin Pages Causing Exception 0x80131904

    I have a SharePoint 2013 Farm with multiple servers, though most applications, services and sites currently run on the main Front-End system.
    I have been tasked with re-building the Search Architecture, so as to distribute search components across some of the other servers.  During this process, I have been reviewing & documenting the current Search configuration.  However, I keep
    running into an error on several of the Search Admin pages.  I am able to navigate to the "Search Service Application: Search Administration" page, which shows that everything appears healthy under both 'System Status' and 'Search Application
    Topology'
    However, I receive a "Sorry, something went wrong" error message, with "Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904" page when I click on any of the following links:  "Crawl Log", "Crawl Health Reports", or "Content
    Sources."
    All the other Quick Links in the Search Administration page appear to work fine.  But other than a "Correlation ID" that I do not know how to use, I can find no other information about this error or how to diagnose it further.
    Anyone know how I can restore access to these Search Administration pages?
    Thanks in advance,
    Elohir

    Hi Elohir,
    You can use the Correlation ID to find more detailed information in logging file, the path of the file is :  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS .
    Also , you can see the logging file through Event Viewer (typing Event Viewer in ‘run’).
    0x80131904 is generally happened from SQL Server side. It may be caused by tempdb or Content Database is out of space.

    when i run this code it causes exceptions at its own sweet locations when i run it separately.if once it displays some valid input it would then be followed by the exception
    next time if i run it it will throw exception as soon as i run it at the very start without displaying even an iota of valid data like the previous case
    is ti because the os is placing restrictions on the threads growth or something else.incase there is an error in my code it should atleast pop up the exceptions at one particular loaction in the output and not give different outputs

    1) When you post code, please use and tags as described in Formatting tips on the message entry page. It makes it much easier to read.
    wasnt aware of it.will keep it in mind i post nexttime.sorry for the inconvenience[\b]
    3) You have multiple threads, right? The scheduling of which thread gets how much CPU time when is not subject to your control or prediction, so of course you'll see different timings in subsequent runnings of the same code.[b]actually the problem is not with multiple threads showing different times.whats happening is that exceptions are being thrown randomly at runtime.once when i ran it the exception was displayed at the very beginning of the output and the program snapped.next when i ran it first some output which was slated to be displayed got displayed and then the exceptions appeared in the output.now if the exceptions are thrown at the very beginning its obvious theres some problem at the background coz in the second case that never happened[\b]
    i guess the formatting tips have taken effect[:D]

  • How to set causing Exception correctly?

    I'm trying to nest exceptions. I've written a JUnit tests which does this, but while it works for simple nesting, it doesn't for my more complex Exception.
    The following works:
            Exception e1 = new Exception("bla");
            Exception e2 = new Exception("whatever");
            e1.initCause(e2);
            Assert.assertEquals(e2, e1.getCause());
            Exception e3 = new Exception("yet another exception");
            e2.initCause(e3);
            Assert.assertEquals(e3, e1.getCause().getCause());
            Exception e4 = new Exception("yawn");
            e3.initCause(e4);
            Assert.assertEquals(e4, e1.getCause().getCause().getCause());The following doesn't:
         * The exception to use when a Hibernate transaction can't be ended.
         * The causes of this are created according to the given exceptions.
         * If <code>exception</code> exists:

    initCause is rarely if ever used. It is possible that the way HibernateException is written does not support the use of this call. Have a look at its source to find out if it does.

    Olá!
    Estamos com um problema na inutilização de uma NF.
    A mesma teve a inutilização autorizada pelo SEFAZ e consta com o status code 102 no GRC.
    Porém houve um problema na atualização do ERP e este consta como ERP error 104.
    Na J1BNFE esta NF aparece com a engrenagem, com o status 2 (Rejeitada), status da comunicação 3 (Rejeitada e autorização para inutilização requisitada) e status messageria C (Inutilização requisitada).
    Rodando a /XNFE/UPDATE_ERP_STATUS_DIAL no PI ou indo na aba de erro no ERP na interface web do GRC, ocorrem os respetivos erros "Log number Missing for NF-e XXXXX" e "Log number is required for NF-e XXXX"
    Alguém já viu este erro ocorrer? Procurei pelo fórum, mas não encontrei nada parecido.
    Obrigado,

    Olá Henrique!
    Foi atualizado manualmente o status no GRC.
    E então o ERP foi sincronizado com o mesmo.
    Segue abaixo a resposta do Fernando no chamado:
    The status was manually adjusted on GRC side, I also tried to do it onERP side but the user provided to us there's no enough authorization.
    Next steps:
    - on ERP side both documents have status skip rejected
    - on ERP request cancellation again
    - GRC will refuse with flag MSS = G (ignore it, as the status will be
    waiting the response)
    - on GRC run the /xnfe/update_erp_status_dial for each NF-e
    Any problems let me know.

  • Regarding runtime error DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR and exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

    Hi All,
    I am loading a COPA cube from a DSO.
    There are about 15million records to be loaded. every time i try loading the data, 1 or 2 Data packages gets stuck and finally it leads to a runtime error DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR with exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB.
    When i checked in SM21 transaction code, i got the following message
    10:41:52 BTC  018 500 AMRUKV                     BY  O Deadlock occurred

    In transaction code ST22 i got the following message:

    Exception              CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
    Date and Time          18.08.2008 10:41:54
    Short text
         SQL error in the database when accessing a table.
    What happened?
         The database system detected a deadlock and avoided it by rolling back
         your transaction.
    What can you do?
         If possible (and necessary), repeat the last database transaction in the
          hope that locking the object will not result in another deadlock.
         Note which actions and input led to the error.
         For further help in handling the problem, contact your SAP administrator
         You can use the ABAP dump analysis transaction ST22 to view and manage
         termination messages, in particular for long term reference.
    Error analysis
         An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
         The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caught
          in  procedure "WRITE_ICFACT" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
         Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
         exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
         The reason for the exception is:
         The database system recognized that your last operation on the database
         would have led to a deadlock.
         Therefore, your transaction was rolled back
         to avoid this.
         ORACLE always terminates any transaction that would result in deadlock.
         The other transactions involved in this potential deadlock
         are not affected by the termination.
    How to correct the error
        Database error text........: "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for
         resource"
        Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/INSR//BIC/FCSDVD_C02 ]"
        Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).
        If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
        find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
        If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

    Hi ,
    This is a table space issue....
    u will be getting a Dump...as DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR check in ST22. in this DUMP if u scroll down u will find the table for which this is failing. Actually this is like some of the table related to the DSO is not having sufficient space to cary out the transaction. hence it is failing.
    U can also see in DB02--> Deadlock....u will see that there is a deadlock for this table. So find the table from ST22 and ask ur basis team to increase the space for this table....
    This can be solved only by increasing the space of the table...no other solution....ask help from ur basis team.
    Thanks

  • Error in loading Exceptions panel

    Hi all
    I'm trying to apply an exception on a worksheet (abs % err > 20 %) to see what items have a inacurate forecast.
    And I'm faceing the next problem:
    I set the exception conditions, hit ok, rerun and the worksheet is the same, when I try to go back to the exception window, the window is empty and stuck, the only buttons available is OK & Cancel if I hit OK -> ERROR Check connection to server.
    When I checked the Java Console the following Error occurred:

  • Error 5 - An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service

    Hi
    I use an instrument
    made by myself in vb.net using SMO
    objects to manage a mixed group of about
    80 MS Sql Server (rel. 2005-2008 r2 & 2012)
    With this tool I check the status of services,
    change service accounts and their passwords,
    etc.
    A few days ago one server
    started to return an error when I run
    the first operation on any property of the object
    ManagedComputer just created.
    Error: "Error 5 - An exception occurred in SMO while trying to manage a service"
    This is my code:
    If UserID = "" Then
                '//Use the credentials of current user
                                mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName)
                            Else
                             '// Use the credentials provided by interface
                                mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName, UserID, UserPsw)
                            End If
                            str = ""
                            For x = 0 To mc.Services.Count - 1
                                With mc.Services.Item(x)

                                        srvStartMode = .StartMode.ToString

                                    End If
                                End With
                            Next
    The instruction mc.Services.Count generates the error below:

    The server not have problems and the local Sql Server Configuration Manager work fine.
    I copied the tool on the server to run it
    locally. Strangely, if I use the credentials of the current logged user the tool works
    (mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName) )
    If I provide explicit the credentials
    (domain\username and password, but  the same of user logged in the server)
    is not working
    ( mc = New ManagedComputer(serverName, UserID, UserPsw) )
    From a remote server instead
    does not work in both modes.
    The server configuration:os Win 2008 R2 EE Sp1 , Ms Sql 2008 R2 Sp2 10.50.4321
    Any suggestion is
    much appreciated
    Many thanks in advance

    Hi Lydia
    Thanks for your quick
    response.
    Unfortunately I had already considered this hypothesis
    and the security settings on the object WMI
    seems correct.
    The user with which I run the program
    is part of a domain's
    group inserted into
    the local administrators group. This group
    has the flag "Remote Enable" active.
    However, I verified that the
    problem occurred since I updated my tool
    to monitor and manage the new systems Sql
    2012. The tool now uses objects
    SMO 11.0 that I installed in the development environment,
    and on server where it is scheduled
    the tool, through the package
    SharedManagementObjects.msi.
    The documentation says that SMO 11 is
    compatible with SQL 2005
    and higher and, in fact, I only had problems
    with one server. The old version of tool in fact work fine again.
    This information will suggest
    some ideas?
    Thanks again
